GTKY: What is your favorite time of year?
Summer! I love sunny days, having daylight until late in the evening, spending time outdoors, making meals on the grill, and everything else that comes along with summer. Also I don't care for winter/snow, but Christmastime is my favorite "season." I love how there is just magic in the air! ❤

GTKY: What is your favorite time of year? Spring, summer, and fall. Pretty much anytime that my kids can go outside to play without having to bundle up.

Rants/Raves: I have today off!! Woot woot! My toddler is driving me nuts!
Questions: Gender reveal: Should the parents know prior to the party or not? My husband wants to know, I don’t see the point in having a party if we already know. My sister is hosting it.
GTKY: What is your favorite time of year? Fall. So I’m pretty excited to have a fall baby.

Upcoming Appointments: not till mid March. I’m actually fine with that. Not much they can do or say that I don’t already know, unless something is wrong.
How are you feeling?: Always tired. Sore boobs. Nausea around lunchtime but thankfully no puking yet.
Rants/Raves: I miss when I wasn’t working and pregnant with my first. I could just nap and nap all day. Now I have kids following me to the bathroom and demanding stuff. 😂 It’ll be fun when they find out though.

GTKY: What is your favorite time of year? That’s a tough one. I’d have to say April 25th. Because it’s not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket. 😉
But seriously, I love late fall/early winter because of the clothes. I love scarves and sweaters and boots. Where I live it means chilly mornings and evenings with sunny afternoons.

@rachelgreene-2, I agree with @brownbarista, I think gender reveals are more fun when the parents are finding out too. At least half the fun if not more than half the fun as a party guest is seeing the parents' reactions. The parents care the most out of anyone, anyway 😊

Upcoming Appointments: March 6th. I didn’t get to really hear the heartbeat at my last appointment which was 6week 1day. So i requested an appointment soon so that i get to hear the heartbeat and put my nerves to rest!
How are you feeling?: very cautiously happy! Haha! Also mild nausea and supreme tiredness. I have tingly nipples and an upset stomach too!
Rants: no rants.
Raves: I am pregnant!
Questions: is it ok for some of the symptoms to come and go? I get anxious really quickly. I had majorly tender nipples till a few days back but now that is decreasing. They still are sensitive but not as crazy as they were earlier. Does it sound normal?
GTKY: What is your favorite time of year: I love every season except winters! Living in Oregon, winters mean rain and cold. While m totally happy with the cold part, rain doesn’t sound too appealing to me. To say the least, i hate it. 😄

Questions: I found a place that does novelty ultrasounds! One package is for pregnancies 10 to 15 weeks and it's $60. Do you think that it will be worth it?
GTKY: What is your favorite time of year? Spring & Summer for sure.
thing about it was that it made things real for DH because I didn’t get an official scan until 18w, so it was his first time seeing the baby. The price wasn’t really worth the 15 minutes they do it though, especially with a certain uncooperative baby 🤷🏼♀️

How are you feeling?: bloated. And eating all the things. And that is starting to make me anxious! Also anxious. Is pregnancy anxiety a thing because I totally have that! And irritability. My poor husband!! 😂
Rants/Raves: I am just so happy to be pregnant right now. I’m 35 and having my first.
Questions: will this bloat subside?? I think I’ve gained 7 lbs and it’s been 7 weeks!

I've been waking up at 4am like clockwork these past two weeks. Same thing happened when I was pregnant with DD2, but much later in the game. At least I can go back to sleep after peeing.

Going into the family room at work to take a nap after lunch is totally allowed, right? Asking for a friend.

How are you feeling?: EH. Crazy tired...nausea comes and goes all day...not severe, just not much of an appetite.

GTKY: What is your favorite time of year? I live in the northeast so we very much have 4 seasons and I love them all for different reasons. Currently over winter though and ready for those 60-70 degree spring days and some flowers!

Definitely Christmas! I know that’s not a true time of year or a season but my mom, who passed away 9 yrs ago, absolutely loved Christmas and made it so special for our family. I can’t wait to carry on the tradition with our new little peanut this year!

Questions: Who else is doing the Panorama test? When are you going in for it? My doctor said anytime after 10 weeks, but I have an appointment at 12 weeks so I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone kind of thing.
GTKY: What is your favorite time of year? Autumn!
If you have to do it do it at your provider’s office, I’d wait until your appointment so you don’t get hit with a copay (it’s usually considered a separate visit and doesn’t fall under the maternity care charge)
FWIW, last time, I had the panorama test drawn on a Tuesday afternoon. The samples made it to the lab (in CA) Thursday, and I had the results the following Thursday morning (they were uploaded at around 7p PST Wednesday night) in my patient portal, so the turn around time is pretty quick.

How are you feeling?: Fine, other than some boob soreness in the mornings and the ability to smell meat on my hands several washes later nothing to report. Oh I think I cry more easily now, but that's hard to tell because I always cry during movies and books.
Rants/Raves: I've finally slowed down at work and I do not have the motivation to do anything, it's actually terrible haha. I need this weekend to recharge (last weekend didn't count since we were traveling and skiing). Speaking of skiing, I decided to stick to bunnies and lower mountain trails for the 3 days since my sister (an RN) said the baby is way tucked away. Even so, I did have a tiny fall once and felt immediately guilty, so no more skiing for me this season (le sigh).

GTKY: What is your favorite time of year? I love Summer and Falls in Boston, in the south though I enjoy Spring most.
@jane101757, I hear you on the anxiety. I've been saying anxiety is my number one symptom (although nausea is now competing for the top spot). Hopefully both of our anxiety subsides soon! ❤

@aevans318, that's so sweet your mom made Christmas so special and memorable for you! I'm the same way. My mom (and grandma, really) instilled a love of Christmas in all of us. My mom and sister and I have a group chat where we count down how many days are left until Christmas! ❤💚

@marbellie, we are EDD twins! Mine is the 6th based on LMP or the 8th based on O. I'm going to just stick with the 6th unless the doc tells me otherwise.
