@BigBadWolf12 - I would probably support that more, but we're talking about a lot of my friends who had babies 6-7 years ago, before we were all really thinking/aware of the software. They just weren't going to share photos of their kids because their kids "can't consent" which is TOTALLY FINE, except they post a million and a half photos of the back of their head. It just feels weird in those circumstances. I do have a friend who has never once posted any version of her kid ever on social media, and I think that's just fine since she's sticking to her principles on it.
Even 6-7 years ago they'd only post the backs of heads? That is weird. All my experience is in the last 2-3 years.

@lilmamabebe3 I am also a white woman. Idk that white people are so much the worst, no people are, as it is about the ingrained patterns of bias from the time we are children. Our history books are one example. But like you, it really makes me want to stab my eyes out when someone doesn’t just go oh me human. You human and you are being oppressed. I will help! Yea there are some Black people who are more privileged than others but that has nothing to do with the systemic and structural racism that our country was built upon to keep them down. It literally has nothing to do with that.
And @MamaK225, feminists. Those are another people that need to do better. We need to do better for Black women. They die more than we do giving birth because of lack of health care. It’s not even about access. It’s becaue they are Black. Also, so many Black girls go missing and are killed. They are also doubly discriminated against when it comes to our “justice” system. We're actually hosting (not leading, we have a POC leading) a workshop on undoing systemic racism this month. I'm pretty stoked & hope things get real uncomfortable, because that's where the real change happens.

@suzycupcake you're good! We have very similar ideals. I am very active in our local political community. So much so, that my republican senator basically sent me a cease and desist on emailing him about issues. It was a very professional but vile email telling me that my opinion did not matter and to fuck off, right around the Kavanaugh hearings. Being active is super important to me.
