@knottiee829c Good luck with Beta tomorrow xxx @babydust2507@albrooks1,@autumnlvs, @jangcorrea29 I'm 6dpt now and still having crimpies (which I attribute to the crinone) and tiredness - but that could be the drugs also. I also reeaally want cold crunchy toast with orange juice - not entirely sure if that's a craving or if I just want it! I don't really think I could actually call any of these 'symptoms' just yet! I've bought 2 FRERs but they're locked away in my press until Friday (maybe Thursday at the earliest). I'm kinda jealous of you guys having Betas this week when I have to wait until next Monday!! It's a bank holiday here today, so I'm just chilling with DH and the dog and kitty - I've been suuuuuper lazy this weekend! @mkr_0128 I've never used PIO so can't offer personal advice - but I've definitely read ladies saying that warming it up (even by holding it under your boob for 2 min!) can really help. And I wanna say massive kudos for giving it to yourself on a night out - that's pretty awesome!!!

I just had labs done (5dp5dt) and my progesterone is only 2! I'm on crinone 2x daily. My estrogen was 160. Now I'm super nervous about my progesterone being so low. ;(
I tend not to get on the bump on the weekends b/c I don't like the mobile ap for the threads but I always miss so much!
@Bababatty - I think my RE has the due date as 6/21. It's always so interesting to see how they determine that. The online due date calculator I did says 6/22. We are having a c-section (I had to have one last time) so I can't imagine my ob scheduling it for a weekend. Nausea kicked in over the weekend. Really today is the most noticeable which seems about right at 6 weeks. I used this thing called a reliefband last time and it was amazing. I couldn't find it anywhere so I spend the $100 on a new one. It's basically like a tinz unit and sends a little electric current. It's supposed to block the signal that your brain sends your stomach saying it is nauseous. I didn't throw up once last pregnancy which I attribute a lot to the band! @mbradfo2 - that makes so much sense about the sesame oil. My hips have been itching for the last 2 weeks! I am going to ask my RE on Friday! @mkr_0128 way to go on doing your own injection! I have to inject the needle myself every day b/c husband hates needles but he has to push the oil in b/c it's too hard for me to do. @cscronce I'm so sorry you aren't seeing your BFP! I think you have the beta today. hoping for a late implant and good news.
I'm thinking about all of you ladies having betas this week! don't be too worried if you don't have many symptoms it's so early that you may not have many anyway.
Me: 33 (no known issues)

@roisis enjoy your day off! and I don't know if I'm excited to know the answer by Friday, even typing that makes my heart beating so fast! I think I like being PUPO! hahaha @albrooks11 what's your RE said? are they going to increase your dose? are you on PIO or suppository ? @Griffin5413 that's exciting to know your EDD, a date to look forward to! and I agree with you about the bump app or even the mobile version site and that's for the same reason I don't get on it over the weekend that much.
@Griffin5413 I’ve never heard of that band but what an amazing concept! I’m going to keep that in my back pocket because as of yesterday the nausea started, albeit mild, but anticipating it getting worse.
@mkr_0128 Great job on the self injection! I never used the PIO but I’ve heard the unpleasant stories. Only a few days until transfer!!
@albrooks11 I’m sorry to hear about your progesterone. Did they have a plan to increase it?
@roisis Way to go with the self control! Hoping you’re having a relaxing day off!
@cscronce Praying for some late good news for you today and a good time at the beach with your family!
@roisis thank you! My nurse told me to do it between 6-7 pm, so it just so happens to fall when I'm supposed to be out doing something or having company -_- lol. Fingers crossed your crampies are a good sign!!!!
@albrooks11 your clinic checks your progesterone after transfer? That's kinda cool but I could see how you're worried! What's it supposed to be? I'm hoping it's nothing to worry about!
@annielmartinez I can't wait to hear about your U/S! so exciting!!! @albrooks11 I'm on PIO and my clinic does not check after transfer, even when I wanted to check one more time before transfer the nurse told me I'm on a highest does of progesterone (2ml/day) that if it wasn't at a good level they weren't gonna increase my dose (*eye rolls) but she knows for sure it's where it's supposed to be. not sure if she lied to me because she didn't wanna do a BW or if that's the truth... what dose are you on?
wow that's good! which also means the nurse lied to me! ugh! sorry I couldn't help it! FX that the new dose will bring your progesterone level where it's supposed to be! that's very good that your clinic still monitors after transfer,! that's a blessing!
I also ordered some more PIO today because i won't have enough by my beta, hope I'm not wasting money and it's for a good cause, although my copay is just $10,LOL, but it's just annoying and frustrating all these things we spend money on ! even HPT, I don't wanna spend money on it anymore! ugh!
Hello ladies. It’s official: my beta was negative. Again thank you all for the support. We are truly blessed to have been successful with our first IVF on our first try. We are ok with being a family of three. My DH and I bought our son home from the hospital on our 12th year anniversary. He is. now 4 years old and if you saw and met him you would understand why we would want more. Before that we spent years just traveling the world (multiple islands, all over Europe, etc.). Our plan now is to focus on being a happy family of 3 and exposing our little one to our favorite thing: traveling the world. Someone asked if I will try again. No. Getting to IVF was a long journey. I was in the middle of my Master’s degree (my third degree) when I realized no number of degrees or traveling would fulfill me. I wanted more than anything to be a mom. So we started this journey willing to do whatever it took to make that happen; and while it was stressful, emotionally and financially draining, I would not trade any moment of the journey. I am content in accepting the Lord’s will for our family. Oh let me not forget Riley our mini dachshund who we’ve had for 8 years and our fish Nemo #4. Sorry number 1, 2 and 3 🤷🏽♀️.
I wish you ladies all the best and will likely lurk because I’m so vested in all of you being successful. 🌞
Married 11 years. PCOS; TTC since 2009; 3 unsuccessful IUIs; New RE. First & Hopefully Last IVF November 2013.
@babydust2507@albrooks11@jangcorrea29 have I told you ladies about the $12 HPTs I bought off Amazon that included 50 of those little sticks that look like OPKs? They're amazing and sensitive to beta > 25 and I still POAS every day because it's still so exciting!
@babydust2507 my clinic doesn't check any levels after transfer either. FX
@roisis I love your cravings! Now I want some, too!
@knottie829c next to the alphabet, there's the paragraph tab - you can click on the spoiler and insert in there. looking forward to hearing some news
@cscronce so sorry to hear your update. your outlook is so positive and wonderful. hope to continue to hear from you about your travels and beautiful family.
@cscronce I am sorry to hear the news, but you truly have great perspective! It sounds like you all have a very full and rich life together ❤️
@albrooks11 My clinic never tested progesterone levels while I was on suppositories because you cannot get accurate levels (they said). The suppositories are acting more locally, and bypassing your circulation a bit, whereas the PIO gets into circulation and can be measured more accurately. My clinic wants progesterone over 20 for PIO, but idk the criteria for suppositories 🤷🏼♀️ Anyhow, it sounds like it was good they measured if they increased your dose! And awesome news on you 5dp5dt test! Congrats, that line looks nice and dark for 5 days! 👍
@annielmartinez congrats again on the beautiful betas and your upcoming ultrasound! So exciting 😄
AFM I had my 3rd beta today, and it increased like they wanted, so I’m done with betas and get to “relax” until the ultrasound at 6.5 weeks! Hard to believe I’m preggo at times because I don’t have as many symptoms as I expected to have. I guess they can kick in later like @Griffin5413 said 😉
@babydust2507 I am still moving 11/2! I'm excited my 2 big days are almost here! I haven't found a pharmacy yet as far as future cycles go, but I'm going to try to get some refills when I'm at the hospital for my transfer since they are "free"!
@cscronce I'm so sorry. You have a BEAUTIFUL family and I wish you smooth travels and nothing but the best for your future!
@albrooks11 congrats! Anxiously awaiting your beta!
@cscronce Your son is just absolutely gorgeous What a happy handsome young fellow But I'm so sorry to read your update - I can understand why you'd want a dozen more of him! It sounds like you have a wonderful family and I wish you all the best in your journey forwards. It can be tough to call it a day on pursuing fertility treatments - but I believe we all know when we have had enough and if that is where you are then it is the right choice to move forward with your life. I wish you and you family a lifetime of travel, wonder and adventure
@albrooks11 My clinic also never tested any levels during this protocol. If I do get a positive Beta, however, my RE has decided to put me on extra progesterone - I can't exactly remember what but it's a sub-cut injectible (on top of crinone twice a day). But that's because of my previous losses rather than any measured progesterone deficiency. I'll also be on heparin if I get a positive - so if I do achieve this I'm gonna be a human pin-cushion for my first trimester! I know I shouldn't complain when you guys are managing PIO - I'm just such a wuss when it come to needles
I was mostly ok last week but I'm getting a tad nervous now. I've decided to test on Thursday morning 12dpt. If you'll indulge me for a moment, I got kinda upset last night. My mum is still going through cancer treatment (although thankfully this is her last week) and she's moving house in 2 weeks so she's crazy stressed so I keep trying to keep her calm. Over the weekend my brother rang me and gave out about my sister and then my sis rang and gave out that mum hadn't done anything about the move (when actually she/I have). They know I'm going through treatment but no-one has even wished me good luck or asked how I am - I just seem to be trying to keep everyone else calm. The worst thing is that it's actually DH's father's first anniversary on Monday (our Beta day) - so while a positive result on that day would be an amazing lift, I'm worried that a negative could be really really bad. And his step-mum has just gone through open-heart surgery for the second time this year so we have to drive across the country and back on Sunday to spend some time with her, after spending all day Saturday clearing out my mum's house. Sorry to rant - and I know this is just life - but it just feels like this is the worst weekend for me to be getting results. Good or bad, I'd much rather keep to myself this weekend but that is simply not possible at the moment - and unfortunately people in my real life either trivialise my infertility or simply don't want to discuss it. Plus - to be fair - I don't even really want to talk about it that much - so I don't know why i'm giving out about them not asking me about it!!! Ffs - this has made me so unreasonable! I really hate the way infertility just wears you down - I feel like a different person to who I was 4 years ago (and definitely not a better person ) Again sorry for being a downer, DH is really supportive - but there's only so much I want to offload on him right now.

@cscronce I'm sorry about your result, and gad to know that you are at a better place. sounds like you have wonderful family, i wish you all the best with life and many more blessings for you and your family and memories to share! @albrooks11 that;'s awesome! OMG I'm so excited for you! Congratulations! yay! can't wait to hear about beta! that's a very strong line for 5dpt! whoop whoop! @hereforthebabies glad to know that your pregnancy is progressing the way is expected to! and can't wait to hear about your U/S! @mkr_0128 yay! I'm rooting for you! @roisis sorry that you have to go to all of these additional stress on top of IF, that sucks! very sorry for you and your family. and I know excactly what you mean about AF making you a different person, I feel the same way. My DH has been extremely supportive too and very positive about the whole process, I don't where he gets his positive energy from. and as much as i want that BFP so bad when he says something positive and with a bid assurance, I get mad and frustrated, like i'm very scared! now that I'm getting closer and closer to my beta I'm so scared! scared to see another BFN! I'm even scared of testing but I have to because I know I can't wait hours for the clinic to give me the result, I will pass out by then! my DH asked when I'm gonna test, he wanted me to test today my I refused. I will buy the test on thursday morning, FX! even reading the word beta makes my heart race.
@cscronce - I'm so sorry for the outcome but so encouraged by your outlook. What a beautiful family you have. I wish you and your family many years of happy travels together! @albrooks11 congrats on that line! autumnlvs I love that you are still POAS! I was just looking at mine at home thinking it would be fun to do another one just to see an even darker line. lol roisis - you and your family have so much going on. I can only imagine all of that stress right now! I'm so glad that you are here with us though because we can be the people you vent to or share your own fears and thoughts with since your family isn't able to be that for you. I completely agree with you about how much infertility changes us. Hopefully when you get your BFP you will be able to look back and see the victories as well as the struggles

Thanks @babydust2507 - I understand your fear in testing, I have that too now. On the one hand I'm thinking - just test and you'll know but on the other it's like - hmmmmm - no matter what it says I still have to wait until Beta for confirmation, so maybe holding out a bit longer makes more sense? Just got a call with my BETA results and I'm kind of nervous, My BETA was 35.8 I'm 8dp5dt. The nurse that call me said not to obsess about the number since they only get worried when they have numbers less than 25, I have an appointment on thursday. She also said numbers don't necessarily need to double but they should keep raising as days pass by. I looked at the google sheet and it seems like my numbers are low so I'm worried but hopeful that whatever it happens is God's will and will accept it.
@knottiee829c congrats on your beta! whoop whoop! I understand your stress and concerned and I still think that 35 is a great number! I know @annielmartinez started with 35 too but I forgot how many dpt she was, and and numbers doubled really quick! I have my FX for you for your next beta meanwhile sending you hugs and positive vibes!
@knottiee829c you’re still in it. My 7dpt beta was 39 and another gal @justharrison had 41 on 9dpt. I think it has to do with how quickly your blast implanted after transfer. You can see the October charts here.
@roisis wow you have so much going on! I'm sorry you have to deal with that extra stress and I hope everyone and everything turns out okay. I hope if you get a positive you can enjoy it because you deserve it!
@knottiee829c congrats! That still is pretty early and not everyone's number is the same, so try not to stress and put that extra strain on your body!
@knottiee829c Congrats!! Try not to panic. My beta 7dpt was 35 and then 48hrs later, it was 132. There is still lots of room for hope there! FX for a strong number at your next appointment.
@roisis Girl...you have so much going on and I’m sorry that you have to be sorting through all of that while dealing with such a difficult thing yourself. I’m happy we can be here for you to share/vent with. Thinking of you over the next few days!

@albrooks11 congrats on that line!
autumnlvs I love that you are still POAS! I was just looking at mine at home thinking it would be fun to do another one just to see an even darker line. lol
roisis - you and your family have so much going on.

IVF round 2: FET : Oct 4 - 1st Beta 188!
Stupid mother-flippin 2WW!!!
Thanks @Griffin5413 It's so wonderful to have you guys here that understand what it's like to struggle through this

Just got BETA results
@cscronce I got inspired by what you said, Good bless your beautiful family
@knottiee829c you’re still in it. My 7dpt beta was 39 and another gal @justharrison had 41 on 9dpt. I think it has to do with how quickly your blast implanted after transfer. You can see the October charts here.

@roisis Girl...you have so much going on and I’m sorry that you have to be sorting through all of that while dealing with such a difficult thing yourself. I’m happy we can be here for you to share/vent with. Thinking of you over the next few days!
