Oh - @jangcorrea29 - yes - as @autumnlvs has asked - are you on Crinone or vaginal suppositories? Crinone can cause some brown spotting - and that's perfectly normal.

@autumnlvs I was on crinone with my son and it was SOOO GROSS! It really irritated my cervix and caused spotting almost my entire first trimester. Not to mention all the black leftovers in there. You should have seen what they cleaned out when I went to the OB for the first time.
@sarac986 that's so exciting! did you guys only implant 1? I wonder if it showing up so early is due to twins??? Bababatty - how are you feeling?
Me: 33 (no known issues)
DH: 33 (lower motility; 0 morphology) TTC since Oct 2013 IVF round 1 January 2016 (w/ ICSI) ER: February 17, 2016; 15 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 11 fertilized Day 5 Blastocysts: 8 sent for PGS - 5 Normal FET date: April 12, 2016 - DS born Dec 7, 2016 IVF round 2: FET : Oct 4 - 1st Beta 188!
@sarac986 @Griffin5413 I had 2 implanted and my 8dpt after day 6 transfer was 304 -- I probably would have gotten a line as early as 4 days (I think it's 25 for the line on most tests?)! So it's possible....! Or you just have an overachiever
Yeah, the whole mess and spotting thing is why my RE prefers PIO for transfers. Fewer preggo ladies freaking out over spotting

@Griffin5413 I’m feeling pretty good. A little crampy; I’ve had cramps the whole time, but these are slightly more intense so a bit anxious. But at the same time, I think I’m starting to feel nauseous, so... Are you on the June BMB yet? And what EDD did your RE give you? Mine said 6/23. How are you feeling??

@sarac986 haha I know the feeling. I read somewhere during my IUIs to clean out daily so a quick sweep it is. On both crinone and estrace so creating some beautiful colors there @roisis your advice about the crimpies was invaluable though because I started feeling super anxious 6dpt @Bababatty so exciting!!
@sarac986 congratulations! that's awesome! can you share the picture with us? @cscronce how are you holding up with your last days before beta. AFM can someone tell me why i'm not feeling any cramps, like nothing at all, i feel so normal! making me worried! ugh!!! and I'm 2dpt do you have any symptoms @roisis?
@sarac986 Definitely a line!!!! Huzzah!!!! @babydust2507 I'm getting light cramps - but I'm not reading too much into them as I had crimpies the whole time last time from the crinone. But I'm also completely exhausted - that's always been the biggest sign for me. I've 4dpt now but not testing until the end of next week. @albrooks11@babydust2507 I wouldn't worry about no cramping/symptoms yet - it seems like all the typical symptoms (cramping/spotting/fatigue - even nausea) can be explained by either pregnancy or the drugs we're on - plus I've seen loads of women have absolutely no symptoms and have bfps. It's impossible not to symptom watch this week - but there's no reliable conclusions to be drawn!!

@babydust2507.... it has been bitter. I tested all the way through 10dpt with BFNs. I’ve decided to not test anymore and pretty much accepted that we will be a family of three, which is disappointing, but ok at the same time. I feel blessed to have my DS.
@cscronce i'm so sorry to hear that! maybe you have a late implantation and it's still possible. your beta is next Monday, right? I will be praying for your a nice surprise an a great bday gift for you DH on Monday! sending you love and positive vibes! if it doesn't turn out your way, you don't wanna go thru another IVF cycle? thank you ladies for the the comforting words for my no symptoms fear! so it looks like 3 of us are gonna have their beta on 11/2! (@jangcorrea29, @albrooks11, and myself!) @autumnlvs lol, I had the opposite, i was constipated and took some colace. the nurse said it was ok to take it. feeling better now. when is your beta?
So my PIO injection area is starting to get itchy. There is a lump that I have been trying to use heat on and massage. It's hard to use the other side because I give myself the injection. Any advice?
@sarac986 Congrats on the BFP! Sorry I don’t have any helpful advice for PIO, my clinic has me on endometrin. @cscronce I’m sorry that you’re not seeing your BFP. I’m going to keep hoping for a late bloomer for you!
Update:
The last 24hrs were super stressful with lots of bleeding throughout yesterday. I was certain that our BFP was over. I had a self ordered beta on Thursday that was 35 and another yesterday during the bleeding that was 62. Today was my official beta at my clinic and it was 132.6!!! The bleeding has since stopped so we are super hopeful that this is our baby! Next beta is Monday!
@cscronce we will hope for you. Having you on this journey with us has been one of the most supportive and positive parts of the experience. DH and DS are extremely lucky to have you.
@babydust2507 colace is awesome! I think it should be given post every procedure! Betas posted in the spreadsheet US on 11/1
@sarac986 you could try a little Benadryl cream over the area to help with the histamine release causing the itching
I successfully did my PIO myself last night! You ladies were right, it was not bad AT ALL! I was having a girls night last night so I was at one of their houses and had been stressing that I'd have to disappear to the bathroom for a weirdly long time since it was my first time doing it. I made my husband call me and pretend he needed to talk to me about something so I could go upstairs to an extra bedroom 😂 it ended up being a good thing I was at their house cause I didn't prolong the process or keep hesitating about it. I wanted to get done ASAP so it didn't look weird I was gone so long!
Only thing is my butt muscle got gradually sore as the evening went on... Not unbearable but definitely noticeable and kinda sore to the touch. I tried to massage the area quickly after the injection... But any suggestions for that?
I’m glad to read all the positive stories. I’ve been working a lot to stay busy but have beta on Tuesday.
@mkr_0128 I’ve been doing the PIO for about 2 weeks now and I’m getting the red marks and very itchy. My RE’s instructions said not do heat for now as it can affect my embryos so I just have to suck it up for now.
Congratulations ladies even though I’m not very active I’m always reading the stories.
@autumnlvs@blackhottamales I will have to try heat! I wasn't home yesterday and tonight we had family over so it was me having to get it done as quick as possible!
@knottiee829c fingers crossed for great news Tuesday!!
The heat helps thin the oil a little. After a few rounds of PIO, I wouldn't do mine without it. Usually, I always headed the bottle of oil for a few seconds in the heating pad, then for a few seconds on the injection area. It made the oil go in so much quicker and easy IMO. Usually, the say no heat mainly on your stomach / lower area. You can still heat the oil itself and not be an issue.

@knottiee829c Also, if you are using the regular PIO, it's sesame oil which -can- cause allergic reactions. I got redness and itching around the injection sites. Ask your doctor and they can get you a different PIO that hopefully won't cause any reactions.
