  • @bpietronicco Yeeeeeees Hallmark movies!!! I have an alarm set on my phone for the Christmas preview at end of the month! 🎅 Also one of their Christmas movies (I've heard rumored two, but I know for sure one!) was filmed in the small town we just moved to!! I live in a legit Hallmark town 😍

  • @imrachellea @bpietronicco I have never seen a Hallmark movie and I have always wondered what the fascination is with them, can you explain?

  • @imrachellea admittedly I am not the biggest fan of Hallmark movies but I did love the Will&Kate one 😂

  • @imrachellea that is awesome!!!

@sleepy33 they just all have happy endings and are feel good movies.  Several have same plot and usually easy to figure out ending but still good to watch!!

Oh man, this is hard - Mean Girls (still one of the most quotable movies I know), Romeo + Juliet (the Baz Luhrmann version), Harry Potter generally, all of the Nora Ephron movies (Sleepless in Seattle, You've Got Mail, etc.), pretty much any paranormal horror movie, especially those produced by Blumhouse (Oculus is a favorite), Mary Poppins.

I am kind of weird and picky about movies, it takes a lot for me to want to see them in theaters because I hate hearing others talk during them, it's really distracting for me.  We mostly watch TV shows at home.  However, when DD was really young and I was on maternity leave, I would take her to movie showings specifically for babies to come to and that was fantastic.  It was intentionally loud so it never bothered me, and it was in the morning so I'd get a coffee and DD would nap on the soft seat and we would get some time outside the house.
Where is this?! I want something like this in my town!

Im all about the action films.
    Transformers (all of them)
    The Dark Knight
    Speed
    The Widow Maker
    Crimson Tide
    San Andreas

  • @expandcontract I like speed- there are 3 hilarious lines in that movie that my friends and I used to quote when we were in high school!
  • @expandcontract Here in San Diego it's an Ultrastar Cinema that does it, but I think Cinepolis (both theaters are chains here) also does it.  AMC has it on their website, but I haven't ever actually seen a showing that is baby-friendly.  Ultrastar calls it Parent Movie Mornings, I had a PPD/PPA therapist tell me about it.
DD born PPROM preemie at 36 weeks on 10/1/17 after over a year TI,
then 3 failed IUIs, and finally a successful IVF FET.

Due with #2 5/2/19 after HIO once in my FW,
because apparently that's how life works now. Team Blue!
