FWIW I'm a FTM and I flipped a digital test at 4 weeks pregnant (2 weeks after conception), which surprised a lot of people because I shouldn't have had enough hormone for that so early. Symptoms hit me like a pillowcase full of bricks and broken glass, and our first ultrasound showed twins last week. Going back tomorrow to confirm that both are growing ok, but symptoms have not abated so I imagine that's a good sign.
I got a + digital at 10 DPO at 3w3d and there's only one. This kind of stuff is purely anecdotal.
I am 8w3dys with twins, I'm scared but blessed. My first hcg was 792. Then it quadrupled, but like alot of the ladies have mentioned wont really tell you if you are carrying twins. What I did noticed was that I had twinges in 2 areas and It was always the same areas where I would feel the cramping. twinges cramping would alternate from each area. I'm always hungry, got cravings, amd nausea throughout the day but no nasty morning sickness yet.
