So...skin tags. When I read that they were normal in pregnancy, I thought "Hm, interesting. Probably won't happen to me though." Well, guess what. I have skin tags now in assorted bodily corners including ona nipple! Color me surprised.
Otherwise, same same. Baby pressing up on my organs feels tingly sometimes. I require Zantac before breakfast and dinner. His movements feel smaller, more like he's trying to tickle me instead of him rolling around. Sleep is usually good, but there are always exceptions. Oh, and the ol' achy back when I've been sitting up too long in a hard seat.

@echo-charlietango i don’t know if you are looking for how to get rid of skin tags, but I learned about a year ago that you can treat skin tags with apple cider vinegar as long as it is “with mother”. Put it on a cotton ball and let it sit overnight - I’m not sure for how many nights. DS3 had a planters wart on his heel and it took weeks of this, but the OTC wart meds wouldn’t work and the apple cider cinegar did. I haven’t tried it on a skin tag, but my friends who were telling me about it working for warts said it would on skin tags too.
Sleep is is still horrible, especially now with horrible pain around my pubic bone. Every time I roll over it hurts. Other than that it depends on the day - sometimes I swell when I sit at my desk for too long, other days my back hurts. I’m just tired of the lack of sleep. I know I’ll probably take this back, but right now MOTN wake ups from a newborn sound better than my current sleep. At least when I’m sleeping it won’t be so uncomfortable?
@echo-charlietango the tickling movement feeling is so right on. @snugglyduckling25 every time I get up to pee in the night and have to resituate my whole self when get back in bed I think "Well, at least when the baby's here i can just get back in bed however". I feel like I'm being prepared for it
Afm, nothing crazy but I think lo has started to move down into the pelvis. I can feel more pressure there when I walk, and the lightning crotch/ cervix scratches started this morning so that is interesting. ETA: also feeling movements (kicks or punches, I dunno) that are going toward my butt! Things are very interesting inside my body right now. Some very mild reflux, gonna pick up some tums tomorrow. Needing lots of rest, but feeling well overall. Is it baby time yet??
@snugglyduckling25 I'm not looking to remove them yet, I want to see if they disappear after the baby is born. If they don't I'll just get the mofos lasered off (or whatever removes them fastest).
@morgantu Butt punches sound real...crappy? I'm sure I'll get a few soon enough. Enjoy your Tums! The regular chewy ones are pretty good, and I think the chewy plus gas relief taste like Fruity Pebbles.

@echo-charlietango yeah, that does sound way faster to get them off. @morgantu I’ve been getting kicks that go towards my butt too, I have no idea what baby is doing in there. I also forgot about the lightening crotch - that’s definitely been happening way more too. Not fun.
Woke up this morning and almost immediately got a charlie horse in my right calf. Only other time I've ever had one was my last pregnancy, I forgot how effing painful they are!! My calf is still sore from it. Otherwise sleep is still sucky, hips usually hurt by morning from laying down so long, still sick/coughing and still peeing a little when I cough sometimes. Also feeling smaller movements, more like he's rolling around it just pushing against me rather than kicking. I think he switched positions again and is head down, or at a diagonal with head down on the right and feet up on the left, I felt hiccups just a bit ago super low on the right side. And I think heartburn is starting back up, somehow I had some relief for a few weeks!
And not a symptom, but starting to feel overwhelmed with everything I have to "do". Most of it is stuff I've brought on myself lol. Lots of sewing (stuff for Christmas, so not stuff to put off) mostly, plus a huge crochet afghan I still need to finish (also for Christmas...). Plus usual baby preparedness stuff. It's crazy that for weeks I kept thinking "oh there's plenty of time" except now there's less and less time! I can't believe it!
@echo-charlietango I can understand why you wouldn’t t want to remove them, but if you plan to breastfeed, I would have your OB take a look. You may not be able to do certain treatments on your nipple while bfing.
I am overall feeling pretty good, just sore. My left thigh is still numb quite a bit and my hips are so sore. Baby also has the ability to push on my bladder and kick my lungs, at the same time.
@CecilB93 Ugh, the Charlie horses. I've had a couple wake me up in the middle of the night.
Charlie horses have begun. It could also be because I didn't have as many bananas as usual last week, because DH bought me salads from work so I was eating those for lunch instead of my usual peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
Dizzy spells. Anyone else getting them?! I had them bad overnight Saturday night, so bad that I couldn't help DH with DS multiple night wake ups (see the bitchfest thread..molars). The one time I did get up I thought I was going to throw up and pass out. I laid down on DSs floor and fell asleep for 20 minutes, he was asleep too though so it's okay. Then I felt bad all day yesterday. I had almost no appetite and could only manage snacks.
Pelvic pain as well. Usually only while/after running. I need a better support belt I think. Friday night I cleaned the house after DS went to bed and I was SO uncomfortable. My pelvis and back hurt and I was being such a bitch to DH. I feel kinda bad about it.

@AdorkablePixie I had one wake me up last pregnancy, those suck. I had a couple dizzy spells last week, but I was thinking it was a side effect of my cold (literally just congestion and cough, no fever or anything), so maybe it was pregnancy related? Not sure.
@AdorkablePixie I get dizzy spells all the time. Usually when I stand to fast, but sometimes just randomly. I hate them, im just standing doing my thing, and then the room starts shifting so I have to grab something to steady myself.
Symptoms for me arent anything to bad. Getting frequent heartburn so tums are my friend. Ive also been very tired lately, just very low energy. Apparently I've started to waddle as well. My stomach is to large so if I walk any other way it's painful. Not really a symptom, but baby has been bunching in a ball lately, its very uncomfortable. I wake up every morning with him bunched at the top of my stomach between my ribs. He comes down as the day goes on, but then balls up in my right side or way low in my abdomen.
I’m a little jealous of you guys having smaller movements. If anything I feel like mine have gotten bigger. I don’t know if it’s because she’s breech, but it could be. Sometimes it feels like she moves her whole body to one side or she starts poking her head out really far and it’s so uncomfortable. Night time symptoms are the worst for me. I’ve been waking up probably every two hours to pee, and that’s on good nights when I’m not being kicked in the bladder or having BH. I’m sleeping sort of sitting up which aggravates my lower back and gives me this pain into my butt sometimes. I tried laying on my side a few nights ago and the pelvic pain was crazy and immediate so no more of that. Whiiiiiiine. I've been getting dizzy spells here and there too, but not too bad. They are pretty rare and only last a few seconds so I just grab a wall until they pass.
I have had SUCH bad headaches. They are so annoying. I am also feeling less movement, which is freaking me out. Also.. just exhaustion... is this what the third trimester is all about?
My symptoms are pretty mild - one thing I am noticing is that sitting upright is uncomfortable and seems to cause BH. Has anyone else experienced that?
Other than that, LO has been kicking some internal organs recently (kidneys, maybe?) with such force that I flinch every once in a while. Is my babe going to be a UFC fighter, or did she just find a convenient/fun organ to punch?
Every time someone writes something, I'm like "oh yeah, definitely have that too". Glad we're all in it together with the exhaustion, kicks, and aches!
@morgantu I feel the same - reading through everyone's posts I'm like, "yep, I'll put that in my post. Yep, I've got that too!" It's crazy! I've definitely been feeling baby bean kicking (or headbutting) my butt. It feels really weird! And my reflux really kicked up this weekend after not having anything through pregnancy at all. Not fun!
@CecilB93 and @AdorkablePixie Charlie-horses are awful! I've had a few in each calf so far and they are so excruciating for like 2 minutes. The worst part is that I can usually feel the knot tightening and I try to stop it, but it never works!
@rosebud332 I'm sorry you're having trouble with sleeping! I'm right there with you. I usually try to start off lying in bed with DH, on my side, but I can't make it more than half and hour before I have to move to the chair. I should just stay in the chair all night, but it feels so lonely! Hope your sleep gets better!
And definitely exhausted, all the time. This weekend wasn't even that busy, but I didn't have the energy to get onto TB or my email or anything. Blah.

I think movements have gotten less intense for me for the most part, but every once in a while I get an almost painful one. Last night it happened up in my ribs (!?) and nearly took my breath away. I also had a horrible dream in which my baby's hands were sticking out so they were visible through my stomach and one hand had 6 fingers, the other 7. They were just out there, not moving and I think I chopped them off eventually because I was so freaked out!
Movements definitely seem less intense here. I told MH I didn't know if it's because baby is getting bigger & running out of room or if I've just gotten that used to them.
Also plus one for being thirsty all the time which leads to the decision to have to pee constantly or feeling dehydrated.
+1 for constant thirst! I thought it was just my meds, but I guess it's pregnancy!
I had dizzy spells about once every week or 2 in the first tri, but (*knocks on wood*) so far none since. Headaches occasionally. Those don't go away until I sleep them off.
I'm with @morgantu and I'm glad I'm not alone! Reading everyone's posts makes me feel normal, though it sucks we all have to go through the unpleasantness!
Exhaustion, heartburn/reflux/ indigestion/gas continue, and are getting worse. Belly pain occasionally when walking too fast or too long. Back pain is REAL when sitting upright or on a hard surface. @ab_canada I don't get BH (I don't think???) but definitely get weird upper back pain when sitting upright or on hard surfaces for too long.
@mag1cbeli3ver Sometimes I can stop them, which helps. I stopped one last night, thankfully. It's a certain way I move that does it.. but it's in my sleep so I can't help it!
+1 to the being thirsty and peeing constantly. I definitely go for the peeing constantly thing. haha

I have these random days where I wake up at 4am and cant go back to sleep. I cant prepare myself bc it literally happens once a week on a random day. Wah.
Last night I woke up after a dream that my husband ultrasounded me and I could very clearly see that our baby is a girl (we are team green so we dont know). We'll have to see if that turns out to he true!
Well, decided to stay home from work today. I still have a bad cough, and it caused me to start cramping a little this morning. Just kind of a dull ache on my right side. So I'm hoping staying home sans toddler and just resting all day will help some. I don't even actually feel "sick" other than this damn cough that I've had for 2 weeks now. But the cramping and lower back pain is worrying me a little. I don't think I need to call my OB (just saw her yesterday dammit lol), but if it gets worse I might. I just worry its RLP that's not going away for some reason and I'll waste her time, but the back pain makes me think otherwise. Guess we'll see how I feel after a while.
@CecilB93 glad you are taking the day off. I had the cough going around last week and it was miserable. Stay hydrated especially if you’re worried about contractions.
So I’ve been whining about baby pushing on things low down in my pelvis. Fun new symptom as of last night is episodic downward pressure from baby that results in zinging nerve pain through the scar tissue from my tears and episiotomy from last delivery. I am...not a fan of this sensation.
I did call just to be safe since it hadn't gone away by lunch time. The nurse said it all sounds like RLP. The cramping did eventually go away, so maybe that is what it was. I hate RLP. Not even because it hurts or anything, but because I've felt like 5 different types of pain from RLP between this pregnancy and last and it's so confusing to me how one (two I guess, one each side) ligament can hurt in so many different ways!! Ugh!! But, I did get to enjoy a day of doing absolutely nothing but laying in bed watching The Nanny while crocheting, so that was fairly nice lol.
@CecilB93 I'm glad you at least got some rest! And yes, I hate RLP too. It's always disconcerting to feel pain but have to determine whether it's a safe pain or an unsafe pain. Anyway, glad you're feeling a bit better!
