Welcome to the PGAL (Pregnant after loss) weekly thread!
**This is a general trigger warning that CP, miscarriage/spontaneous abortion, selective abortion due to medical complications, and/or stillbirth may be mentioned. There is no need to add specific trigger warnings in your posts, but you may if you choose.**
1. How far along are you? Any milestones?
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)?
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)?
4. Any appointment updates?
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here):
Pretty good - still appear to have energy for the most part, though the leg cramps have been a little more frequent lately. I should go to bed earlier though.
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)?
I think okay. It still feels weird planning and actually buying things - I can’t say it’s completely without doubt in the back of my mind.
4. Any appointment updates?
None to note - have 28w appointment this Friday.
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here):
Just working more than usual lately. I don’t even know why I’ve bothered to put sunscreen on the last few days as I haven’t left the office during the day this week . Otherwise, a little rant that I ordered that dress to attend a wedding this coming weekend back on the 12th, and it’s STILL not here.
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story?
Hmm...I met someone online for drinks and when he walked me out to my car, I realized I didn’t have my car key. Looked around and it was on the ground right by my car (a Mercedes at the time) - SO lucky no one else found it first! I felt like such a ditz. Years later I was volunteering answering calls during a public radio station pledge drive and I randomly answered his call.

1. How far along are you? Any milestones? 28+6- past 'em all!
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)? Just tired. Less achy than before, which is a nice surprise. I hope my body keeps this up for a while longer!
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)? Baby girl has been moving way less this week than she has been previously. It's kind of worrisome, but she does still move. It's just a lot less than what I'm used to.
4. Any appointment updates? Passed my glucose retake! I have a 30 week u/s a week from Friday, and I am going in every 2 weeks now. Crazy!!
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here): Just taking things one day at a time, and trying not to look too far forward, or I get overwhelmed with everything I still have to do! Apparently I'm only 78 days from my EDD!
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story? I don'thave anything too crazy. I have faked an emergency a couple of times to get out of a bad/awkard date. I think the worst was some dude who brought me on a double date with one of his buddies and another girl, to some restaurant downtown. He was just beyond cocky and both guys were all over us (not reciprocated at all), and saying the creepiest shit. It was like one of those scenarios where they thought we were "sure things", just because they spent a lot of money on our dinner. Neither of us were having it, and we both went to the bathroom together, and she and I decided to bail. We snuck out and took a cab back to her place and got drunk instead. It was a lot more fun that hanging out with those douchebags.
@artemis618 Ugh, I hope your dress makes it here in time, how frustrating! I am also getting leg cramps, but mine are only happening in the MOTN in my calves. When I was pregnant with DD, it would happen in my feet. It's weird.
@Hollyyyyy Congrats on passing your GTT! Your date story is funny...good for you girls for getting out of there!
1. How far along are you? Any milestones? I'll be 28 tomorrow...finally in the 3rd trimester!
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)? I've started to feel nauseous again. Along with the normal backaches, heartburn and gas. I felt so sick on Monday, I stayed home from work after I took DD to her ENT appointment.
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)? Pretty good since I can feel him move now. I still have bad thoughts about labor/delivery though.
4. Any appointment updates? I Have my GTT this afternoon.
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here): DH and I had a nice date night on Friday and this Friday we're going to the Rockies game with friends. So looking forward to another date night out! Plus, the Rockies are in playoff contention, so it could be an exciting game.
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story? Umm, I've had some odd dates before but here's one that really rubbed me the wrong way. I went out on a bowling date with a guy that I met at a bar on NYE in downtown Denver. We shared a smooch at midnight, but no crazy makeout session. When Iwas changing into my bowling shoes, he saw the hummingbird tattoo (that has significant family meaning to me) on the top of my foot and asked if I had "any other nasty tattoos on my body." Needless to say, I was icy for the rest of the date and told him I didn't want to see him again. Le douche.
@artemis618 I am feeling a bit of the same thing about having stuff in the house ready for baby. H's out-of-state aunt sent us the pack and play and wanted to see a picture of it so I set it up over the weekend. Yesterday I had a moment thinking how sad I'd be if something were to happen and it's sitting in the house set up and ready to go. I think they are normal feelings though and we are getting so close to bringing home our babies!
@Hollyyyyy your date story is great! I wouldn't have had the guts to sneak out but I love that you did!
1. How far along are you? Any milestones? 28+2, past all my milestones
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)? I am feeling good this week. Tired but that's caused by my dog currently not the pregnancy
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)? My anxiety always manages to creep in at random moments but overall I am feeling very positive.
4. Any appointment updates? My 28 week appointment was Monday, blood pressure still a little elevated so I bought a blood pressure cuff this morning to monitor at home. I was rushing to set it up and take it before my 7am meeting and definitely put the cuff on upside down. My reading was 208/98 and for a minute I definitely thought I was in trouble! It was in my "normal" range once I put it on the correct way.
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here): I've made too many plans for the next 4 nights so I'm feeling a little overwhelmed/tired already but they are fun things so I really can't complain. Tomorrow the women in my family are going to designer handbag bingo to support the local HS's Italian exchange program, Friday night my H may have gotten us tickets to see Kevin Hart, Saturday night Bowling for Soup is playing at our local fair (anyone else remember them?!) and Sunday my mom and I are going to a meet and greet with one of our favorite authors, Jodi Picoult. Cramming a month's worth of nights out in to one long weekend!
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story? Mine's an online dating story too. Met for drinks and apps at a nicer restaurant that has a beautiful outdoor patio. He was so loud and abrasive the entire time, I could barely get a word in and other tables were looking at us. Finally he says something to the effect of, "this doesn't seem to be going well so let's get the check" and I was relieved to be getting out of there. After we paid, he said "I'll walk you to your car and then you can follow me to my place." Uhhh we just determined this date was a bust and you think I'm coming to your place? No chance buddy. I saw him leaving a bar a couple weeks later and he yelled some derogatory names at me from across the street. Real nice!
@lippy625 Eww, what a creep...I'm sure he was able to get a lot of women to go home with him with that winning attitude. *eyeroll* Ahh, I love Jodi Picoult...enjoy the meet and greet!
@clbness Have you read her new book, A Spark of Light, yet? The event includes a discussion on it but I haven't read it so I am hoping the ending isn't spoiled! The ticket cost comes with a signed copy and I didn't want to buy it twice.
@lippy625 I haven't! I actually haven't read one of her books in a few years, but there is something about her writing (and how she ends her books) that sparks a lot of emotion in me. I need to get back into reading more regularly. I don't blame you for not wanting to buy 2 copies...I hope it's not spolied for you too!
@Hollyyyyy I hope so too! His work gets free tickets and his boss thinks there are 2 extra but we don't have a definite answer yet. I had just watched him on Jimmy Fallon with Robert Irwin and seeing him terrified of all the animals reminded me how funny I think he is.
@artemis618 I hope your dress didn’t get lost in the mail! @Hollyyyyy Congrats on passing the GD retake - and I love that you and the other chick ditched the guys and got drunk @clbness Le douche indeed! @lippy625 I’m excited that you get to see Bowling for Soup
1. How far along are you? Any milestones? 29 weeks today - 20 entire weeks since my loss
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)? Good - as long as I have Zantac regularly. Same easily achy back, but at least it's expected in the evenings and no longer a surprise.
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)? Low anxiety, thanks to this little wiggly guy.
4. Any appointment updates? Nothing special! First two-week interval was on Monday, and it was good. Got my flu shot, but want to talk to my OB about TDAP again. His office recommends getting it after the birth, but I'm paranoid and would prefer to follow CDC guidelines. Maybe I'll send a message to my regular physician (that I've never met) and ask their advice.
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here): Calm week over here. DH is out of town, so I am single-momming the dogs. It's funny, when DH is here the dogs pester him for breakfast at 5:30am and won't let him sleep. But for me, they just wait until I am up - be it 8am or noon - the dogs wait for me. I hope that this boy child learns this too, because Echo-without-adequate-sleep is a useless woman and it's worth it for everyone to let me sleep (it'll probably take him a few years to learn this, that's okay).
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story? Hm, I'm not sure if I really have one. I'm very skilled at being in long term relationships, and as a result I have very little dating experience. I usually only ever dated guys that I was already friends with first, so that mitigated a lot of issues because I wouldn't go out with a total ass. I was introduced to one guy that I didn't already know though - we went out for drinks one night and it was pleasant. We had plenty to talk about and I enjoyed his company, but we just never talked again. Not a bad date, just a good date that didn't go anywhere *shrugs shoulders*

@echo-charlietango I am jealous of your relationship with your dogs. It's the opposite in my house, the dogs are totally chill around H and super needy with me. It's probably my fault because I spoil them but still! I also am glad someone else knows Bowling for Soup. My H insists he has no idea who they are even after I played the two songs by them that were very popular when we were in college. And the town's FB page is filled with comments like "who are they?" and "we couldn't get anyone better?" This is a tiny town fair so I think they are doing pretty good by getting Bowling for Soup and the concert is free, quit complaining!
@artemis618 i feel you on working a lot. I hope you get a break soon, it's so draining! @Hollyyyyy 76 days?!?! did you say 76 days?!??! Omfg. SOOO much still to do! @clbness i love live baseball! (baseball on tv is boring)! have a great time at the game @lippy625 dang, busy lady! That's all fun stuff though! I keep reminding myself that soon I will be much less able to make plans like that, so it's ok to get them all in now! Enjoy @echo-charlietango do you know why they advise tdap after birth? I haven't heard of that.
1. How far along are you? Any milestones? 28+6 into the third tri and moving toward the finish line, people!
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)? not bad, a little rls, a little gas and indigestion, a lot of tiredness.
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)? Pretty dang good. I still get little moments of insecurity, but for the most part i feel good.
4. Any appointment updates? Nope, had one on monday, arm is still sore from tdap lol
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here): 15 hour work day today, which is dumb. I'm 1/2way through and already exhausted. I havea 2nd job and they require 15 hrs/month. Well, it's the last week of the month and i still need 5 hours so guess where I'll be 5-10 tonight. booooooo (but it's my own fault).
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story? I used to online date pretty frequently so i have a lot of interesting ones, at least. I once went on a second date with a guy that I wasn't totally smitten by, but i liked enough to go out with again. We decided to go to a pretty fancy restaurant so i was hyped for that as well. He had been at disney the week before for work and brought me a stuffed animal souvenir...into this fancy ass restaurant. I was like ummmmmm ok, and kind of sat on it/ hid it behind me for the rest of the date. When the bill came, he didn't even make a move for it so i ended up paying the whole bill (i would have been totally fine with splitting), then he tried to kiss me and i dodged and gave him the cheek. He later was very confused and upset that I wasn't interested in a 3rd date. My friends still call him "teddy bear guy"
omg @lippy625 that jimmy fallon/kevin hart video just came up on my fb and i died. Have you seen jumanji? i didn't think i'd like it but it was pretty hilarious. I also love the rock.
@morgantu so funny! I would be scared of a tarantula too but that baby ostrich was freaking adorable! I haven't seen Jumangi, I'll have to check it out. I love the Rock also and have watched many "bad" movies multiple times because of him (Baywatch and San Andreas specifically) haha
@lippy625 then you should definitely watch jumanji, it's legitimately funny! I would have been a no for the snake and spider, but the ostritch and bird were good jimmy was hilarious too
I haven’t seen the new Jumanji but I heard it’s funny...and that video of Kevin and Jimmy is just awesome! Hard pass on the tarantula for me. Snake is a maybe.
@lippy625 I like the rock also! Watched San Andreas for at least the 3rd time this week...
1. How far along are you? Any milestones? 30w + 3d
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)? Same old- itchy, heartburn, back ache, etc
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)? Medium (my perma-level?) Not as much movement as I would like although she has been good about it today. That's her style- move a lot for 1-2 days then be real quiet 2-3. Ahh
4. Any appointment updates? Had my last on Fri & was surprised to find I will likely have her 6 weeks from today! My next appt is next Fri & I will get to book officially then. Have my 1st appt with the perinatal center Oct 16th
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here): Rain, rain, rain & they still had football practice the past 2 nights. My son was covered head to toe in mud. Not a fan!
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story? I'm also a serial monogamist but I did go on a couple on-line dates in-between my last serious relationship & this one. There was one guy who I loved talking to, we talked on the phone for like 6hrs straight one night! Then we finally had our 1st date. He didn't look exactly how I expected, but not a deal-breaker. Then the good night kiss came & I wanted to throw up. I can't explain why, but it was the worst kiss I've ever had. I was so bummed. 1st & last date.
@artemis618 Have you been able to track the package? I hope it arrives soon! @Hollyyyyy I’m so glad you passed! I feel like these next couple of months will fly! @clbness Enjoy your date night! @lippy625 I hope your BP remains stable! @echo-charlietango I also got my TDAP in the hospital last time after delivery. @morgantu That sounds like a very long day! Good luck! @mommythlegend 6 weeks! That is so soon!
1. How far along are you? Any milestones? 26+2, so waaaaay past it!
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)? I’m just tired and sore. My left thigh is numb most of the time now.
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)? I do pretty well most of the time, but then baby won’t move much for a few hours and I start to worry. I wish I had a Doppler, but I feel like there is no point in getting one this late.
4. Any appointment updates? Not until my GD test, which I’ll do sometime late next week.
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here): We has a wonderful visit with my brother in Austin, Texas, but I’m so glad to be home. DS napped for 30 minutes total for the whole 6 days we were there and took forever to fall asleep at night.
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story? I started dating my H in high school, so I really don’t have one. Some of yours make great reads, though!
@morgantu & @katy0990 I know! 9 weeks seemed getting pretty close, when he told me 6 on Friday I could not calm down all day! I was like- that is soo soon! I can't believe it!
@Hollyyyyy Yay for your glucose test retake! I swore I was going to fail mine this time around - thank goodness for small miracles. I live in Los Angeles, and am a little bit of a vampire (or just...Asian in that way :P)
@clbness Oh yes I meant the MOTN charley horse-style leg cramps (which reminds me I should be drinking water right now). This morning I got into work and experienced weird cramping in my left hand. It went away, but that was a new one. Supposedly USPS expects to take delivery of the dress from DHL and it *should* be here Friday (it shipped on 9/12 and initial estimated delivery was 9/20). Hope your glucose test was uneventful!
@lippy625 How nice of your aunt to send a pack n' play. I feel like I'm getting better with it (the anxiety - or I just really like shopping - which I kinda do) - although I got a bunch of from Pottery Barn making sure to put it all on a registry first to extend the return period to 90 days beyond the stated "event" date (and called them to confirm it applied even if I bought it myself off of the registry)...baby steps...
@echo-charlietango I thought part of the reason for TDAP in the third tri was to protect the baby as well? I actually had a TDAP shot 4 years ago because my brother actually came down with whopping cough - and we're twins so figured my mom vaccinated us at the same time, so I ran right out to get a shot! But my OB explained that this one is more for baby. At any rate, I hope my OB's office has them by now so I can get those checked off the list this week.
@morgantu I'm determined to take a lunch break tomorrow! Sorry you're having to work so much, especially now. Hang in there!
1. How far along are you? Any milestones? 28w4d. No milestones anymore for quite a while now.
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)? Just tired and big still. I think I’m bigger this time around than I was the first time. I don’t remember feeling so obstructed until much later!
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)? I had a bout of anxiety last week kind of out of nowhere. I have been feeling good and then suddenly I got really worried about her size. She dropped from around the 65th percentile to about the 35th in about 6 weeks. I found that out a few weeks ago and wasn’t worried until all of a sudden I was. My doctor isn’t worried and said some numbers were up and some were down, it was just the overall percentage was down because of that. Trying to trust that she’s right and it’s not a problem.
4. Any appointment updates? Not for a couple weeks I think.
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here): Not too much going on. Just continuing to house hunt and we just dropped the price on our house (boo) which hopefully will bring some folks in.
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story? I can’t think of any that were too terrible other than just being awkward. I had one blind date in my life and it was pretty awkward and uncomfortable. For some reason in my early 20s I decided to just ghost that guy instead of just telling him I didn’t want to go out again. Probably over a decade later and I still feel bad about that. Bad rosebud!
@artemis618 Yeah I also think the tdap is supposed to pass along some immunity to the baby. That’s why pregnant people have to get it every time they’re pregnant as opposed to every five years or so like everyone else.
@artemis618 Can you track your dress? I'd be irritated for sure. @Hollyyyyy I know I've read something saying the farther along you are, the less room baby has to move around. If you ever get too worried, call your doc! It's not worth the anxiety! @clbness Oh man, I'm sorry about the nausea that's back. lame. @lippy625 Reading that you have plans for the next 4 nights just gave me an anxiety attack, lmao @echo-charlietango Awww, your puppers are so considerate of you! @morgantu What do you do for your second job? Is it at least not something torturous? @mommythlegend Wow, 6 weeks!!! @katy0990 Has your son re acclimated well to being home? @rosebud332 My mom is a realtor and my best friend is in mortgage and both have said things are a bit lame right now due to mortgage rates. Hopefully the price drop will bring in some bites!
1. How far along are you? Any milestones? 30w4d
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)? Freaking exhausted. I started taking the elevator this week.
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)? I'm doing good!
4. Any appointment updates? I have my 30 wk appt today. I was measuring 2 weeks ahead so they're going to do an US today. I'm up a million pounds, so I'm prepared to get the stink eye
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here): Had my bmb g2g which was a blast. I'm getting over a never ending cold that made me extra tried and cranky. I coughed so much a pulled my stupid abs. All I want to do is sit my ass down.
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story? Went on a date with my friend's brother who was in love with me for years. I figured I'd finally relent because maybe I was just missing something. I let him hold my hand during the movie and it was really awkward and then on the way for him to drop me off, the song "Your Body is a Wonderland" came on and he was pretty much singing it to me and I was mortified. Then, even though I told him I didn't want him to kiss me, he totally swooped in and did and TASTED LIKE A PENNY. I then laughed hysterically for 3 minutes straight which I did feel really bad about, but the whole thing was sooo sooo weird. Clearly things didn't work out, ha.
@texas_t it's sign language interpreting, same as my regular job. Just at a company that processes video phone calls for deaf people. It's fine, just ended up being a long day and it was super busy! Sorry to hear about your cold.
Also, I have thought of some other funny date stories. One is from HS when i went to prom my freshman year. The guy i went with liked me more than i liked him, but i wanted to go to prom, so i said yes. We had a nice time, and then on the way home he tried to kiss me across the front seat of the car but he had already buckled his seatbelt and he couldn't reach! He unbuckled and started to try again but i was like, "actually, maybe just take me home". It was soooooo awkward but we still joke about it when we see each other (which is rare).
another one was a set up by friends. A big group of people we going camping for the weekend and the only single guy (i was the only single girl) was apparently interested in me. We had to canoe out to the island where we were camping, so of course the two of us are sharing a canoe. I asked him if he wanted to row or steer, and he said steer, so he got in the back. Turns out, dude didn't know how to steer a canoe and it took us like twice as long as everyone else to get to the campsite. Luckily, we had different tents. We still see each other all the time and he's a sweetie, it was just not going to work out romantically.
@morgantu I'm not the most outdoorsy gal anymore, but I could not take a man seriously if he couldn't steer a canoe. I totally would have precariously switched positions with him so I could show him how it's done. AlphaEcho don't need no man to steer her canoe.

@texas_t Yes, he has adjusted to being home very well. He slept 10 hours both nights we have been home. Unfortunately, it took 2 1/2 hours for him to fall asleep for his nap yesterday and we had to wake him up after just an hour and a half to go to his well check. I just don’t understand why he hates sleep so much!
Okay, I thought of a crazy date story. When H and I had been together for only about a month, he got a call while we were out one night, that his brother was in the hospital. He asked me if I minded coming with him to the hospital and said that I would most likely be meeting some of his family. I went along because it seem like the right thing to do and I really didn’t mind meeting them. Well, he did not mention that the reason his brother was in the hospital was because his jaw had been broken in jail. So, I was shocked when I walked in, not only to me the family, but to discover his brother handcuffed to the hospital bed.
@katy0990 that's crazy! I would've had a million questions running through my head the entire time. Meeting your SO's family would be a good GTKY starting with your story haha!
@morgantu Ha! I'm happy that our respective men can steer canoes I once dated a man primarily for his looks & his ability to cook. After breaking up with him I realized that I needed some survivalist James Bond in my life. Amazingly DH showed up and whilst camping we realized that I needed more get-a-way skills, because he can drive/fly/steer things and I need to contribute. So far we've decided that my skills are social, and if we need to plot an escape I will be in charge of distractions and bad French while he commandeers a vehicle

The 6 is indeed more comfortable than the 4 . Now I just have to let it hang and probably iron it before Sunday.
P.S. Don’t mind the pee hat in the IVF supplies basket!
@lippy625 The first time I met DH’s sister was on a golf course with DH’s best friend (whom I’d also never met). She asked me how it was going, and I told her that I didn’t know if we were supposed to be dating other people (because I didn’t - we hadn’t discussed it). To which she responded, “I think he thinks you’re his girlfriend.” I actually wasn’t even sure he liked me till he proposed to me since we’d never discussed marriage before.

@morgantu At least you know how to steer! If I was in a canoe with a man who didn’t know how to steer, well, we’d probably paddle in circles until someone rescued us.
Thanks ladies! @katy0990 It’s ASOS maternity - and was on super sale for $38 (shipped, no taxes). But that also made it hard to find in my size. Just keep in mind that it can apparently take a while to get things, frustratingly.

Re: PGAL check-in w/o 9/26
1. How far along are you? Any milestones?
27w5d
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)?

Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here):
Just taking things one day at a time, and trying not to look too far forward, or I get overwhelmed with everything I still have to do!
Le douche.
@Hollyyyyy your date story is great! I wouldn't have had the guts to sneak out but I love that you did!
@clbness good luck on your test today!
Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here):
I've made too many plans for the next 4 nights so I'm feeling a little overwhelmed/tired already but they are fun things so I really can't complain.
Real nice!
@clbness Ew, what a turd. Some people just suck. Good luck with your appointment this afternoon!
@lippy625 I love Kevin Hart! I was so bummed to have missed him when he was here a few months ago. I hope you guys get to go!
@Hollyyyyy Congrats on passing the GD retake - and I love that you and the other chick ditched the guys and got drunk
@clbness Le douche indeed!
Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here):
Calm week over here.

@clbness i love live baseball! (baseball on tv is boring)! have a great time at the game
@lippy625 dang, busy lady! That's all fun stuff though! I keep reminding myself that soon I will be much less able to make plans like that, so it's ok to get them all in now! Enjoy
@echo-charlietango do you know why they advise tdap after birth? I haven't heard of that.
1. How far along are you? Any milestones?
28+6 into the third tri and moving toward the finish line, people!
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)?
not bad, a little rls, a little gas and indigestion, a lot of tiredness.
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)?
Pretty dang good. I still get little moments of insecurity, but for the most part i feel good.
4. Any appointment updates?
Nope, had one on monday, arm is still sore from tdap lol
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here):
15 hour work day today, which is dumb.
I haven’t seen the new Jumanji but I heard it’s funny...and that video of Kevin and Jimmy is just awesome! Hard pass on the tarantula for me. Snake is a maybe.
Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here):
Rain, rain, rain & they still had football practice the past 2 nights.
@Hollyyyyy I’m so glad you passed! I feel like these next couple of months will fly!
@clbness Enjoy your date night!
Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here):
We has a wonderful visit with my brother in Austin, Texas, but I’m so glad to be home. DS napped for 30 minutes total for the whole 6 days we were there and took forever to fall asleep at night.
6. GTKY: What's your worst date story?
I started dating my H in high school, so I really don’t have one. Some of yours make great reads, though!
@mommythlegend 6 weeks makes things really real!

@Hollyyyyy I know I've read something saying the farther along you are, the less room baby has to move around. If you ever get too worried, call your doc! It's not worth the anxiety!
@clbness Oh man, I'm sorry about the nausea that's back. lame.
@lippy625 Reading that you have plans for the next 4 nights just gave me an anxiety attack, lmao
@echo-charlietango Awww, your puppers are so considerate of you!
@morgantu What do you do for your second job? Is it at least not something torturous?
@mommythlegend Wow, 6 weeks!!!

I once dated a man primarily for his looks & his ability to cook.
