Hi ladies! I have been MIA due to some major health issues with my Step Daughter and wrapping my brain around what ended up being a chemical pregnancy.
I'm so happy to come back to all these greats betas and ultra sounds!!! wonderful!!!
So after the Chemical mid august they took me off the lupron and put me back on estrace after my period. Went for lining check and bloodwork today and lining looks good and as long I didn't accidentally ovulate again I should transfer next week or the latest 9/17.
The medical issue with my step daughter is on going and very emotionally for what it is and physically stressful due to multiple trips 2hrs away twice a week for therapy. I think I can handle it all and have been trying to take good care of myself. I have one good PGS embie. Does stress really play that much if a role in FET? My RE says no, if the embie is good and your lining is good then no stress factors are going to impact it. We've been on this IVF road for motnhs and are so close to FET I dotn want to delay it but wonder if I should to give myself the best chances? Thoughts?

@knottienj so sorry about your chemical pregnancy and your step daughter. It's unlikely that the stress would make a difference in the out come. But I also would recommended doing what will make your life easiest and less stressful for your own well being. If that means not having to wait any longer, I'd say go for it this month. But if it's just going to make your life too difficult at this moment in time, then maybe waiting is best.
*TW* As for me, it's been a crazy week and a half. I POAS a couple days before my beta after feeling crampy and was thrilled to get a positive (although it was a faint). My beta (9dp5dt) ended up being only 29. Even worse, my second beta barely rose to 32. My nurse instructed me to stay on the hormones until my 3rd beta 4 days later since "stranger things have happened". 3rd beta came back and it was 166!! I'm cautiously optimistic, but I'm hoping maybe I just had a couple of late implanters (I wasnt crampy around day 5-6 and haven't been since) and lost one of the embryos, causing the second beta to be so slow. Crossing my fingers and saying my prayers that they see a healthy pregancy on my ultrasound next week!

AFM- I was able to move my beta up by a day so it is tomorrow morning instead of thursday. My DH has to go out of town and I wanted to know before he left and also not have to give myself progesterone shots while he is gone if it is negative.
@knottienj do what feels right for you. A good piece of advice I got recently... don’t stress about being stressed. It won’t hurt to push it out if you’ll feel better.

I started bleeding pretty heavily today, clots and all. Ran to the REs office (didn't even call them, just drove straight there. I felt like the wind was knocked out of me). They did an ultrasound and saw a gestational sac, but couldn't really see much in it (I should be 5w4d) and they said that it's still pretty early. They did also see a pretty good size subchorionic hemorrhage so are having me stop my lovenox and aspirin and be on bed rest as much as possible. Also, they got my beta (20dp5dt) which was 23,404 and progesterone which was 27. They were happy with the beta, though with usually a beta that high they should be able to see something in the gestational sac, and they didn't like that my progesterone dropped from >40 to 27 so they're going up on progesterone. Please send good thoughts girls that this little one sticks around...Have a repeat us on Tuesday.

It's still super early to see much more than a sac, I've been paranoid and reading stories if for sure they'd see something on my ultrasound next week and I saw lots of people saying they didn't see a sac around that same gestation, but saw it the next week. I wouldn't worry about where the pregnancy is vs. what your hcg is since some people just seem to naturally have high numbers, doesn't mean their pregnancy is "further" along. Crossing my fingers and saying a prayer that you get to see a heartbeat next ultrasound and give you some reassurance.

@MSU_Girl1202 I had an hcg level of over 30k at 6w5d and they saw nothing so called it non-viable and I’m now 18w+2d. Don't go by levels when it comes to what they “should” see — GL!

Sorry your in limbo but we’re all rooting for your embie! fx for Tuesday’s ultrasound but even then it may still be too early to see much (as mayflower can tell you!).

Hi @northbeach3! I can’t believe I’m 18w either! I didn’t have any nausea aside from when I had OHSS so all is good on that front! And my SCH’s are gone. My anatomy scan is on Monday so FX everything looks good and the then mayyybe I can relax a little I’ve been showing basically since I got my BFP but it was all bloat, and never resolved, just slowly morphed into a real bump over the last few weeks.
How are you doing?? Is your FET this cycle or next? Are they making any changes?

Ughhh I'm going crazy waiting here in beta limbo. The clinic I've been going to for my monitoring wouldn't do a pregnancy ultrasound for an outside patient so I had to hurry up and find my new OB. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in yesterday for an appointment so I could get an ultrasound next week. They ran a blood test again, but never called with the results. Called the office today and they said the results were in, but I would have to wait for my doctor is back in the office to call me tomorrow. I'm assuming that probably means bad news. Just wish I'd hurry up and find out whether or not there was any chance that this is a viable pregnancy...

The office called me back this morning and my HCG went up from 166 to 1170 in 5 days! That's a doubling time of 42 hours! I l'm hoping that this means they'll for sure see at least a sac on my ultrasound. I know it's very possible it could be blighted ovum, but I'm just so happy I've made it this far. I'm just in shock that with betas #1 and #2 of 29 and 32 that there's a chance that this might still work out!

@MSU_Girl1202 I had my 3rd beta drawn today and now waiting for the results- if all is good-ultrasound scheduled for Friday to check to make sure the embryo implanted in the Uterus. Waiting for these calls are so stressful.

Sad to read your update @MSU_Girl1202 but I hope the blood is just from the SCH and not indicative of anything more serious. Agree with @mayflower513 that 5w4d is still very early to see anything in the sac. Sorry your in limbo but we’re all rooting for your embie! fx for Tuesday’s ultrasound but even then it may still be too early to see much (as mayflower can tell you!).

Ughhh I'm going crazy waiting here in beta limbo. The clinic I've been going to for my monitoring wouldn't do a pregnancy ultrasound for an outside patient so I had to hurry up and find my new OB. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in yesterday for an appointment so I could get an ultrasound next week. They ran a blood test again, but never called with the results. Called the office today and they said the results were in, but I would have to wait for my doctor is back in the office to call me tomorrow. I'm assuming that probably means bad news. Just wish I'd hurry up and find out whether or not there was any chance that this is a viable pregnancy...

The office called me back this morning and my HCG went up from 166 to 1170 in 5 days! That's a doubling time of 42 hours! I l'm hoping that this means they'll for sure see at least a sac on my ultrasound. I know it's very possible it could be blighted ovum, but I'm just so happy I've made it this far. I'm just in shock that with betas #1 and #2 of 29 and 32 that there's a chance that this might still work out!
