How many months have you been TTC?: 1, just started
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: Incertain on how I am suppose to answer that. I use OPK and try to listen to my body. It's our first try, so we don't know yet if I'm doing it wrong or if I should do more to precisly find my ovulation day.

I'm new here, obviously. I don't understand yet all the abbreviations so I am sorry if I didn't use much of them above.
I have a standard 8-4 job, so does my SO. I don't have any pets (allergies) but I have a lot of plants.
We don't have any kids, we just started trying for a first child after having a IUD for 6 years.
That's about it!
Can't wait for other newbies to introduce themselves

What are you doing to get knocked up? Nothing really, except the obvious
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.): I am married to my best friend from high school. We have two children, no pets (for now). I do dream of having chickens and would count them as my pets in the future! I work from home as a clothing & accessories reseller. And I also work nights at a local gym. I LOVE to crochet, bake sweets, garden, and binge watch HGTV. My husband and I have a dream to one day own a lot of land and have chickens, basically we are wannabe homesteaders
This is is my first time actually introducing myself. I lurked with both of my previous pregnancies, but never gained the courage to actually get involved.
I did the same. Lurking for the past 5 months and now that I'm officially off bc I gain the courage to say something

What are you doing to get knocked up: IVF
Tell us about yourself: We married in July 2015. I have Parakeets as my pets. We don't have any children. I used to google randomly and come to this site sometimes before. I get confused with the abbreviations and trying to memorize. I feel like I waited too long!

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: OKP, temping
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.): We’re both in sales, which means work is always different -keeps it interesting! We’re in the Midwest and boaters, so we’re sad about summer going away with the warm weather. It’ll be a good fall though

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: OPKs, prenatals, I'm going to add B6 starting tomorrow due to a short LP, and we are having special bedroom times.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.): We have two cats that are spoiled beyond all reason. We both work in the entertainment industry and love theme parks. Team Gryffindor! I've been a longtime lurker and accidentally jumped into a TWW thread for awhile before realizing that I had never properly introduced myself over here. Due to lurking for so long, I felt like I had already become a part of the furniture. Oops!
How many months: Month # 7
WAYDTGKU: Currently tracking cm and using OPKs. I was using the Ava bracelet but it’s not for me.

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: Taking PNVs, tracking with Eve app, and I just downloaded the FF app

I used to have between 150-200 kids when I taught high school
How many months have you been TTC?: sigh, guess next month will be considered our first month.
TW- i experienced a missed miscarriage recently so I'm back.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: my dr told me that we can start trying next month so I'm going to find a pnv that doesnt make me sick, work on getting as healthy ad possible, lots of sex.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.): I work in a warehouse and he works at the mill. We have great families, 2 nephews and 1 niece. We have a 4 month old catahoula leopard dog mixed with Australian shephard. we recently sold our townhouse and have to be out by november 1st and still havent found a new house. So that's stressful but worst comes to worst we will live with his parents since they have a basement suite.
TW I'm 'thankful' I was only a few weeks along. doesn't make it hurt any less what so ever but it wasnt as traumatic as a later loss could be of course.

Ovulation strips & trying to get good timing- sex as much as possible during my fertile window!!
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.): I have a 3yo son & 2 Maltese mix pups! I’m a high school math teacher & I love my job! My hubs & I have been together since we were freshmen in high school, & he is a nurse! We love hosting neighborhood hangouts for all the kids & barbecuing on the weekends. I’m a self-proclaimed hot mess momma but I work as hard as I can to provide a great life for my fam! Looking forward to being a part of this community! ☺️
