@kayjay44 , today I am 21dp5dt, two embryos. I did have an US. I am showing two. One has a yolk sac and is measuring 5 days behind. The other is just the gestational sac. We couldn't get measurements. That was right behind the first, so we aren't sure if it's viable or not. Either way, my last doubling time from Thursday to today is 131 hours.

I’m stressing over my numbers. My office is dumb and did them 7 days apart, but Beta Base is telling me they are low *TW* and with multiple previous losses I’m scared *END TW*
at 5w3d they were 4,060 at 6w3d they were only 16,608
we did see a heartbeat on 6w3d (where I was measuring 3 days ahead of my calculation based on LMP) but I don’t recall the rate.
The NP wanted me to come in in another week (tomorrow) for more blood work and *possibly* another US which I will probably demand now. Going to be worried sick for the next 18 hours until my appointment.
@Ktrue85 , once you see a heartbeat, your chances of loss are WAY low. As far as your betas, they aren't bad. The doubling time slows down after you reach a couple thousand. So you really are right on track.

I'm not even sure what's happening. Everything looks fine. The larger one is measuring one day older. The smaller one is still not really measurable, but they are both still there? There was zero source for the bleeding... I'm so confused and relieved and I have no idea what to think. I feel like I am going crazy. How is it even possible?

@KristoKekerooni Damn. I’m sorry they’re not strait forward. I do have a few thoughts though. It’s possible that betas slow down when you’re pregnant with twins and one doesn’t survive. Also, the rest seem to be in normal range based on this chart. What does your doctor say? I’m so sorry lady. Big creepy internet hugs.

@susykat77 , I'm actually waiting for the doc to call so we can discuss. I am leaning toward exactly what you said. WE did see two gestational sacs. One was looking very tiny. We weren't sure if it was actually small, or just hidden (they were both practically right on top of each other). But based on all the bleeding I have had, paired with the HCG, and the original size, I really think I just lost one. It would make sense, since we transferred two.
As devastating as that is, because I don't want to lose any baby, regardless, I do hope that I have one that has survived, at least.

we did see a heartbeat on 6w3d (where I was measuring 3 days ahead of my calculation based on LMP) but I don’t recall the rate.
The NP wanted me to come in in another week (tomorrow) for more blood work and *possibly* another US which I will probably demand now. Going to be worried sick for the next 18 hours until my appointment.

@Ktrue85 , once you see a heartbeat, your chances of loss are WAY low. As far as your betas, they aren't bad. The doubling time slows down after you reach a couple thousand. So you really are right on track.
