He took our 1 year old out all day so that I could rest and do whatever I wanted, and then he surprised me with (cooked) sushi when he came home. I went to a cafe, the library, and Target.

My H loves going on adventures and today he found little crater lake. It was so beautiful. We had such a nice relaxing day walking around the meadow and the woods. I love that he isn't lazy and actively tries to take us to places we've never been. He's going be an amazing father, and I still feel lucky every day that he's mine. Pic in spoiler
It's 34 degrees and completely clear all the way to the bottom.
Last night I asked DH to bring me some candy from the pantry, he comes out of his bathroom ( his hiding spot) and gives me a BIG bag of Sour Patch Kids. Stashing candy away until I have a craving... Smart lol.
@CoastieGirl79 - I LOVE Astoria. The drive over the bridges is my favorite thing in the world. We usually keep cruising up to long beach when we head out there, but Astoria holds a special place in my heart.
My husband cleaned the kitchen before and after I made dinner and didn’t even complain that I didn’t clean up after making dinner. (I couldn’t handle the smell of dinner after smelling it the whole time I was preparing it.)
