I got cherries on sale today and they are SO good. I want to eat them all. Also rice pudding for some reason. Literally something I’ve never bought but absolutely needed to have.
Super sick today. I just found these Nature Valley "biscuits" that are actually cookies with almond butter. It's been the one thing to appeal to me today. They have 14g of whole grain and 3g of protein as well as fat and sugar obvs. At least its something! Yum.
We had Noodles today because we had a gift card (DH does not like Noodles otherwise). DD got a kids Mac n cheese, she didn’t eat any of it...guess who gets the leftovers?!
I really want pepperoni pizza but I’m pretty sure the pepperoni is a no-no during pregnancy. So sad
I’d eat it. Not every day (because it’s heavily processed, nitrates, etc.) but one slice of pizza isn’t a big deal imo. I’m also a huge enabler so take my advice with a grain of salt
The opposite of actually eating things - my husband wanted steaks for father-to-be day, and he cooked mine to a well done temp, but man, as soon as he put it on my plate it just smelled totally awful. Then I tasted it and it was nothing like a normal steak. He tried a bite and assured me it was perfectly fine and tasted like it always does. I’m very sad now. I ate a baked potato and salad for dinner, which actually tasted perfect.
I’m in NYC this week and the first thing I did after the driver dropped me at my hotel was hunt down a huge slice of New York style pizza. Omg it was heaven!!!
I have a whole list of foods I want to eat while I’m here. They just don’t make them the same in the south... knish, hot pastrami on rye, pumpernickel bagel, Chinese food, cannoli... I’m drooling just thinking about it.

Hummus W/ Pita is my go to work snack right now. I have to eat every two hours. So there's also a lot of granola bars, wheat crackers, and nuts. Anything but meat, please.
NOTHING sweet. It’s so different than my last pregnancy when I ONLY craved sweets. Now I’m craving savory foods- specifically hot sub sandwiches and breakfast tacos! A week ago when my nausea was horrible, I requested Whataburger for dinner and my husband was like “Oh yeah, you’re definitely pregnant” because I never eat burgers, lol
If I had to name my baby after what I was eating right now, they'd be Mac and Cheese Avocado Peanut Butter Waffle. (ETA not at the same time. In rotation)

@DLpanda08 if you're still in NYC, I'm going to make two recommendations if you can get to Brooklyn: Grimaldi's for pizza and Juniors for cheesecake. Yum!!!
Would really love some freshly made chocolate chip cookies...just want them to appear at my house....
I've been drooling over the idea of a home made fresh baked chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich. Damn I might be stopping at the store on my way home now.

Having a Nutella and Banana sandwich for dinner tonight. It was all I could think about all afternoon. Had to stop and buy the Nutella on my way home. And its sooo delicious!
I can really only eat fruit and candy without feeling sick. Like, the gross kind of candy I would never have even looked twice at before getting pregnant. I ate a box of Dots for dinner last night.
@galactickates that's exactly what I've been wanting. I want chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream sandwiched between two freshly baked thick (not skinny or skimpy) chocolate chip cookies.
A lot of seafood...shrimp cocktail and tuna salad specifically! And lemonade, pickles, and PBJs with grape jelly. I don't want anything to do with beef, chicken, or pork.

@snackheart um I second that...gross! get peppers out of soup. Their flavor totally overtakes stuff when they're cooked.

@rooonilwaazlib - I've been drinking lemonade too! +1 to not being into beef chicken or pork. I made steaks tonight and for the first time ever I couldn't eat it. Not one bite. That's so not like me.
@galactickates we went to an incredible steakhouse for father's day and I had lobster. I mean it was also really good but not the same as steak. I had one piece of it before I decided it was like chewing a napkin. blahhhh

I don't even like ranch dressing but all I want is French fries with a ranch/ketchup mixture.
Dinner was baked potatoes with steamed veggies and cheese sauce. It was perfect.
