I went in for my NT scan yesterday, and the news was not good. I had thought I had been feeling baby move for the past week or so, but I guess not. As soon as I saw the ultrasound screen I knew the baby looked way too small for 13.5 weeks. Sadly, our baby girl had stopped growing about 4 weeks ago. We had seen the heartbeat at 10 weeks, so things must have ended soon after that appointment. This is my second missed miscarriage and 4th loss overall. I never thought I would be in this position again, especially after making it this far. I'll be getting a D&C next week, and they'll test the tissue. We did the NIPT and we were low risk, so there's a good chance they won't find a chromosomal issue, but I hope we can get some sort of answer. I'm sad my journey is ending here, but I wish you all the best with the remainder of your pregnancies.
