@adirat@smsaulinoklj0228 ya'll are troopers. I told my boyfriend to remind me of that little event if I ever pester him for more kids. I'm still super queasy in the morning, but I was able to forego the zofran today. I stopped taking the unisom and I'm going to try regular doses of b6, essential oils and a complete overhaul of my already pretty clean diet.
@tasha_ak Be cautious with essential oils. They have not been studied for pregnancy safety and even supposedly safe oils like lavender have recently been identified as endocrine disruptors which is risky for a fetus.
@mrsman2018 I do, have had it with both pregnancies. It's miserable AF but mine cleared up almost immediately after birth. Check out the tailbone/sciatica/pelvic floor thread. There's quite a bit of discussion in there about groin region/hip pain!
Same here. Also, I do think a support belt does help when the belly gets to be too heavy. My SPD kicked in early ~16 weeks this time but surprisingly has been a milder case this time.
