Also, like last pregnancy, I get this weird feeling/tightness on the right side, right at the bottom of my ribcage. It's like constant and feels like a tightening. It's not really a pain. It's annoying.
I am having lower back, left side pain. I am pretty sure its because shortly after getting pregnant I started driving my old car which is a stick shift. I hadn't driven it much/regularly for like 4 years. I just got a new car Friday (automatic) so hopefully it goes away soon. It hurts.
I've been having headaches to the point where there's throbbing in my ears. Never happened with my first. Good thing i see my midwife in 2 days.
I also think I'm feeling movement... no kicks or anything, but more like a shifting type of feeling.
My nausea has come back the last few days (I'm 14w3d today). It makes it hard to eat and then I feel like crap from not eating. I know it could be worse (like you poor ladies vomiting), I just thought I was done with it since it was gone for almost 2 weeks.

I've also developed a weird thing where every morning when I get up, I'm so short of breath that I can't carry on even a short conversation. I sound like Stevie from Malcom in the Middle, gasping in between words and feeling like I'm going to pass out. I have asthma, but this doesn't feel like my usual asthma symptoms and I'm fine by afternoon. I go for a walk every evening with no trouble breathing at all. WTF, body? All I can think it that it's somehow connected to acid reflux that's happening while I'm sleeping?
Plus I'm so tired I need a 2-3 hour nap every afternoon, which just isn't feasible when I'm taking care of two toddlers. My eyes feel like they're full of sand.

Also, I love loved papaya enzymes for my indigestion with my second and subsequent. I also found some chlorophyll with peppermint flavor you could add to water it was so delicious and good for you. Obviously I like to go the natural route and am a bit 'crunchy'.
The nausea is lessening, so is the fatigue, only to come back with a vengeance for short bouts. The only thing I really miss is my appetite, nothing sounds/tastes good right now. On the plus side, I've gained nearly no weight in the first trimester.
I know I already complained about this in this thread, but the pelvic pain is getting worse. It has moved to be more in the center of my crotch. I honestly feel like I got whacked in the vag with a two by four.

+1 for trippy dreams! It usually doesn’t bother me, except when I have nightmares involving DD or this pregnancy
Sorry that's not helpful at all but it did eventually lift. I would think since its mid day like that it could have to do with bloodsugar/blood volume. The dr. Brewer pregnancy diet is kind of insane but interesting. Think hydrating but not just with water with vital minerals. And the protein is a building block of everything we're creating right now plus it helps stabilize sugar. When I was hurting I just wanted an easy button but didn't really find it.
@lifesabeach85 I do have awful allergies this time of year, but I never take anything. I will try a zyrtec and see how I respond to that. Thank you!

And working 26-28 hours with only a short nap after....while pregnant? Are you a superhero or something. I feel dead and I sleep a lot.
Ha - definitely not a superhero. I work one night a week because it worked better for breastfeeding when we moved here and DS was 5 mo old. Now I just like the people and the extra money doesn't hurt. Work is busy enough it's easy to stay awake, but the 40-45 min drive home is killer. It's works for now. Once the kids are in school I think I'll look for more normal hours so half our weekend isn't a wash.
