Hi ladies! I'm Jackie. DH and I have been married almost 4 years. I'm due Jan. 2 with baby #2. DD is almost 18 months. Last pregnancy, I ended up on bed rest at 25 weeks due to cervical funneling... hoping this pregnancy goes smoother!
Hi mamas! I got my BFP a few weeks ago, due January 2nd with baby #2! DS1 is 18 months. DH is 31 and I’m 30. I was active on the bump during my last pregnancy and I still participate in the O16 Facebook group daily. I’ve been hesitant to participate here yet because I’m trying not to focus too much on my pregnancy right now. I remember lots of anxiety during the first Tri last time and time dragged so slowly. I just can’t wait until we can tell people and get truly excited!
Hey ladies! I got my very light BFP yesterday at 9 dpo. A little darker today, so I figured I would introduce myself. I am due January 16 with baby #2. I am 38 and DH is 41. DD is 4.5 and I was pretty active back on Oct. 2013 under a different account. I haven't been on TB in years and I am very excited to be here!
Hello! I’m a 35 year old Momma to an amazing 15 month old little lady! I work for a medical revenue cycle management company, on their clearinghouse side, and I hate every minute of it! Once this lo arrives I will be staying home, and also have decided to go to nursing school during my time home! I’m a little worried about sharing the love between #1 & #2, but everyone says your love just grows! Husband and I have been married for 10 years, together for almost 17 years. He doesn’t know yet...I can’t wait to tell him!

It's true. Your love multiplies. Think of it this way, as a kid did you love one parent more than the other? If you have siblings did you love one more? Maybe you got along better with one but the love is there. Love multiplies. It never divides. You'll be fine.
Hey ladies! I'm 29 and this is baby #2 for us. DS is 19 months and I should be do around January 9th. This pregnancy was a surprise as we weren't trying for a second yet (I feel really bad saying that after reading how many of you have struggled with TTC. ). But I'm excited to add this little one to the mix! I have a doctor's appointment Tuesday so hopefully everything goes well!
Hello fellow mamas. Stm here with #2 on the way. Little one is currently 19 months old. It’s so nice reading through the replies and hearing some similar thoughts from you all (as in how do I take care of two kiddos now?!). I’m very excited to be here and get to know everyone. I wasn’t very active posting my first time around and hoping to be more involved this time.
Hi everyone! Excited to be posting here. I am expecting my 2nd on 1/19. It is super early and I am cautiously optimistic. TW- I suffered 2 early losses prior to my son being born so fingers crossed!
Hi everyone! After a year of TTC, we finally were successful with our third medicated IUI. We already have a daughter who is 2.5 years old. I really appreciated the support over on the TTGP board, especially with the IF ladies, and am happy to see so many over here for January 2019. I'm looking forward to supporting each other through this exciting time.

Hi all! I'm Katie and I'm due January 4th with my first. I live in Boston with my husband and two cats. So excited to be able to live this with all you ladies!
Hi! My name is Sarah and I got my BFP May 2. The day my baby turned 9 months old. I also have a 26 month old so I’m creating the same age gap again. Excited to go on this journey and meet all of you wonderful ladies! Be well.
Im 40 and my husband is still in the 30 something gang. We've been trying for number two for over a year. I have high FSH and was scheduled to do a round of very expensive testing this cycle, but got a strong BFP on 14dpo this morning. Due on Jan 12 by my ovulation date (i was temping... looking to hire someone to cross stitch my chart on a pillow btw) but will most likely have a repeat c, so Jan 5 is my guess. Knock on all the wood. Looking forward to taking less supplements, and hanging with you ladies.
Edit: irritating typo plus too excited when figuring out my due date and was WAY off, fixed it
I’m super excited to join this board! I got my bfp yesterday at 3+3 (so it’s super early still) with an EDD of Jan 17. I’m 28 and my husband is 37. We’ve been married nearly six years and have an awesome 20 month old DS. Im still in a bit of shock and currently doing everything in my power not to blurt out my news to everyone who walks by. Cant wait to get to know you all and have a group of women to learn from and support over the next 9 months!!
Hi ladies! My name is Brittany, I’m still in a little bit of shock. I got my BFP yesterday and confirmed this morning, DH doesn’t know yet. We have been married for 5.5 years and have a 2.5 year old boy and my daughter will be 1 this Friday. Dh was set on only having 2 kids so he’ll be in for the shock of his life tonight. Fun fact. I found out I was pregnant with DD 1 week before DS’s birthday. I guess history is just repeating itself.
ETA: I’m due Jan 18... I feel like pregnancy brain is starting already!
So I am cautiously joining the group. I'm 36 and DH is 37 and we live in the province of Ontario in Canada. After TTC for 28 months we finally got our BFP on Saturday . Because I had low AMH but all other diagnostics were 100% normal our RE did not want me to take any medication or do IUI's. We were waiting for provincially funded IVF to start. We were trying naturally while we waited to start IVF and looks like it has happened au natural (Fx). Because we are not actively on a treatment plan with our RE right now, I called my family Dr. this morning. Have to wait until the end of the month for my appointment with her and for blood work.
I am so happy...after so many disappointments and BFN after BFN this feels like a miracle. Looks like we are due Jan 9th! I'm heading to NYC with my mom this weekend and I can't wait to surprise her (she doesn't even know we were trying).

@kiwielopingbride Yes! Finally another Canadian! I thought I was going to be the lone Canuck for awhile My BFP is a result of my OHIP- funded IVF cycle (well, 3rd FET to be exact). Surprise BFPs are the best! Congrats!

Hi everyone! I’m so excited that I can finally post. I’ve been lurking for about a week. I’m 34 and DH is 37. We’ve been trying for 8 months so my BFP on 4/29 was very welcome. I’m a FTM and this will be the first grandchild for both of our parents. We’ve told my parents and sister, and I’m excited to tell my in-laws on Mother’s Day. We live far away from both of our families so this is going to be a hard ride! My first doctor appointment is on 5/10 and first ultrasound is 5/24. I think my estimated due date is January 3rd. It is nice to “meet” all of you!!
Hello!!! After about a week of waiting I can finally post! I am super excited as this is my first pregnancy. I`m 31 and my DH is 29. We have been married since November of 2017. Right now we live in Philadelphia, PA however we are planning to relocate in September to NJ for my husbands new job. I`m a FTM and this will be the first grandchild on my side of the family and second on his. My estimated due date is Jan 14th. I have my first appointment on June 4th and if all goes well we are planning out announce the news to our families on July 4th (which will put me at a little over 12 weeks). I am super excited to meet everyone!!
@tosh24 I'm also glad I checked the spreadsheet earlier today and didn't see any other Canadians. It will be nice to have someone to chat to that has the same healthcare, maternity leave, etc., options (someone that knows what OHIP is for example!)

Hi! I’m 5w3d, and really excited to have had blood tests confirming rising hCG! I’m 33 and my wife is 32, and we conceived with IUI. First kid for either of us We’ve both told our siblings because we are really close with them, but I want to tell my parents when I see them in person in a few weeks.
So far I feel really good, apart from being really tired. My boobs feel gigantic already, and I feel thirsty all the time! So far I’ve been enjoying being pregnant but my enthusiasm will probably drop once the nausea kicks in
Hello! I just got my BFP today but have suspected for a little while. EDD based on LMP is 1/11, but may change because my cycle is wacky. I have a 3-year-old daughter who was delivered at 25 weeks due to pre-eclampsia. This pregnancy was a surprise, but a welcomed one. I’m happy to be here and get to know everyone!
Edit: 35 weeks, not 25. My brain is also being taken over.
**TW** Suffered a MMC at 10 weeks in December. **End TW**
I'm super early 3 weeks 4 days ish. I went yesterday for my first beta at 10 DPO it was 14, praying that tomorrow it goes up.
I haven't even got a chance to tell my husband, as he is working out of town. And I'd prefer to tell him in person. Today's my day off though and I'm planning on driving the 3 hours to tell him in person.
Hiii everyone my name is Jessica and we’re expecting baby #2 we already have a 19 month old girl. We live in Jax Florida and my husband is in the military. were super super excited! I have an appt on the 15th but that’s just for a mandatory parenting class we have to take and to get some blood work. No idea when our first ultrasound is which always has me worried until we see that little bean
Hi fellow January moms! Expecting baby #2 on 1/11. DD just turned 2 (any April ‘16 Moms here?!). We were very surprised to see a BFP and we’re still trying to get our heads around it.
I had pre-eclampsia with DD and was induced at 37 weeks 3 days so hoping this baby isn’t high risk otherwise we might have a Christmas baby.
Hi all! So excited to join a BMB! I'm a 30 yo FTM, and DH and I have been TTC for three years. After two years of fertility treatments with an RE, 5-6 TI cycles, 3 failed IUIs, and so many freaking needles, we finally had success with our first IVF. Our 5dt was on 4/19, and I got the first BFP on 4/27. It still feels surreal, but the three betas have helped calm my nerves a bit. We go in for the first u/s on 5/16.
I was active on TTGP in 2015-2016, but drifted away when all the infertility stuff got to be too much. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone!
And now, to practice my extremely rusty GIF skills:
Hi all! I got a surprising (and exciting) BFP on May 3rd, with EDD 1/15. This will be our 2nd child. My first (DD) was born in Jan17 and I was very active in that BMB (and still active daily in our facebook group). I was very active in the TTGP group around Feb16-May16, so when I got the BFP I was starting off knowing at least a few people. This time around we weren't going to start trying until August, so I haven't had a chance to get to know anyone yet before moving here! I feel a lot more out of place than I did last time, but I'm very excited to get to know you ladies! I'm 30, DH is 33, and we've been married 10 years. I'm a marriage and family therapist, DH is in IT. We live in the northern midwest. I can't wait to add this second LO to our family!!
@sweetyjenj Were you active in TTGP back in 2016? Your name is reallllly familiar to me. I was also briefly in January 2017 before my first loss (I was AliciaGoose back then). Either way, glad to see you here with us!
Edit: Man. Probably should have read the WHOLE post before I posted. I see that you were active in TTGP!

@BitterBetty12 AliciaGoose sounds familiar! There's a few other names here that seem vaguely familiar, and I can only think it must be the TTGP board. I'm sorry about your loss in J17, and I'm glad you're here!!!
Hello new moms and returning moms. I'm Leshae or Shae I just turned 23 my husband is about to be 29 this is my second child while this will be his first child I got a positive test on the 5th and according to my last period I'm 4w5d and I'm due January 11th. We are both very excited as we been trying for a year and a half for a baby and now it's finally here . I have my nurse appointment and ultrasound set date on June 15th . I look forward to my journey . Congratulations all
Hi Everyone! I am 31 with 1 beautiful, sassy 5 1/2 year old girl. She was kind of a surprise so we have waited a long time/ my husband wasn’t ready for another. I on the other hand have been dreaming of another baby since we had her! We had literally just decided we were ready to start trying this year. I will be honest, when I took the test I was wondering where my period was and had no indication that I was pregnant. I was in complete shock. It took me a whole day and 3 other positives to convince me. My period had been very sporadic the last 6 months and I was honestly worried that it wouldn’t happen easily when we did start trying so you can imagine my surprise. Its been a few days and I am overjoyed and praying for this bean to stick! I am excited to have you wonderful ladies to talk to!
Hello, all! Another TTGP grad joining the January group! My husband and I had been trying for 18 months and just got our BFP from our first IVF cycle. We’re pretty shocked (and elated!) that our only fertilized egg has made it this far! My due date is January 15th. (Typing that feels so surreal!)
I’m 35, DH is 37. We live in Central Illinois, where I work in a public library and DH does QA for a software company. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
