I was worried to tell her for feeling judged, and I guess I was right. We are talking, but it’s so awkward. I hope it’s better soon. We are really close, but I am offended. She asked me if I meant to have my kids this close together, and how I was going to pay for 3 in daycare. So basically all the things I’m worried about & self conscious of people thinking (not sure if that is the right word), she brought up. Yes this baby was intentional. Yes I already have my hands full. I’m probably being extra sensitive about it. Ugh
Last time I announced to my mom and ILs with a book. Inside I wrote, please read this to me when we meet in May. Love, Baby xx( las name). FB was our beach chairs, a kids chair and our dog. I wrote newest beach babe coming in May. I'm not sure how to announce this time. I may have to announce to ILs next weekend as we will be at Disney and I won' be able to drink or ride the roller coasters. Sometime in June my mom and I are going to visit my sister who is will have just given birth to my niece. I may make an announcement there.
I'm not sure how we will tell our parents yet, but we will tell them once I am past the 12 weeks mark.
For our Facebook announcement it will be our son sitting next to the chalk board and it will say, "All the best superheros have sidekicks... Coming December 2018" (Our DS is named after a superhero.)

Now she is angry with me for not telling her. I told her it was my information to share when I was ready and apologized for the way she found out. There is tension between us now. I’m so upset with how this went.
#1, Complain to the company! Be nice, but firm because the address issue was clearly not corrected.
#2, I hope the feelings clear up and she stops being mad at you for not spilling the beans immediately. At least your mom can talk about her feelings! Mine is passive aggressive AF and only expresses negative emotions when they hit critical mass and everybody loses.
#3, Do you scrapbook? Just curious because I haven’t printed photos in ages

@AdorkablePixie I have only told my brother (well now my mom and Dad too), but no one else. @echo-charlietango 1) I complained to the company and they offered to ship ignored again to me. I was clear that would not help, and that wasn’t the problem. 2) I’m only sorta glad she told me. I knew she was mad because she ignored my calls, but I wish she wouldn’t have been so mean. 3) I keep photo albums - real ones, but not scrapbook. I look at them with my kids. Should this have been a UO?
We just told me sister and her husband last night over the phone. Called them up and said "Hey, are you guys coming out for Christmas?" They said, "well, probably. We usually do." Then my husband said, "Good, we're hoping you can babysit for us!" They were super excited.
We're telling my husband's parents this weekend. Going to try to capture it on video, so do the picture taking method where it's really a video. And say something like, "how does it feel to be grandparents?" We're not quite sure about what line to say for them.
My parents are gone for a couple of weeks, so we'll have to tell them when they get back.

I have a real photo album too! My 6 year old niece requested a photo album of “her entire family” (extended family) for Christmas last year. Cue tears. Lol, I don’t think they are that unpopular yet?
@Activebaby that is so wrong for her to ask you those things. How many children you have and when you have a it’s up to you and your SO. Sending creepy internet hugs your way!
@Activebaby I use regular photo albums too. Always wished I was creative enough for scrapbooking but I suck at it. I print real photos because I feel like otherwise they get lost on my phone and I never look at them again, and I didn’t want that to happen with my baby photos.
Oops @AdorkablePixie I just saw this! Thank you! We normally wouldn't have shared that news the day that I got the BFP, but FIL needed some major uplifting.
