@sparklingdiamond Oh, I am so happy for you and those results!!! And its true, every CDH case is different. We had 2 in my June 14 BMB and they both went through different trials and successes, but both are thriving 3.5 year olds now!! Im glad you were able to speak to him today!!!!
@sparklingdiamond YAY for some positive news! Keeping all my fingers crossed that the positives keep coming and that Dr. Kays can give your little Jasmine the best possible care!
@sparklingdiamond I’ve been keeping up with your caring bridge and am rooting so hard for baby Jasmine. She already sounds like a force to be reckoned with! I really appreciate your honesty and sharing your story with us. So much love to you and your whole family.
Thats great news! I am so happy to hear your update. You have been so strong and positive during all of these trials and I just want to say i think you are doing wonderfully and Jasmine is one lucky girl to have you fighting for her.
@sparklingdiamond You deserve this good news so much! I'm really happy for you You're truly amazing... I hope you know how much we're all rooting for you and Jasmine!

Just now getting caught up here and I'm so so happy to hear your good news. Seriously brings tears to my eyes! I'm so happy you and baby girl have Dr. Kays.
I know there were a few of you asking about an update. There hasn't really been much to update lately! I switched from my old MFM (who was just too freaking negative and I got tired of it) and saw my new MFM last week for the first time. Other than that, just kind of waiting to go to FL.
Since I happened to be on here and see the notification, I will give an update.
Sadly, she was born on March 11 and was stillborn. We went in for a movement check the Sat before and I just knew in my heart she was already gone. When we had gone to my appt on Tuesday, we learned she had developed hydrops. The doctor said basically we delivered soon and spend a few min with her or she would likely be stillborn. Dr. Kays took three days to get back to me (which really pissed me off) just to say they wouldn't do aggressive treatment. I called around and made an appt at Houston, but due to the decreased movement they wanted me to go in for a movement check. So sadly, this did not have a happy ending.
@sparklingdiamond my sincerest condolences. All I can say is that I am sure she felt loved while she lived inside you. I pray that you and your family find healing and peace in this time of grief and tragedy.
@sparklingdiamond I'm so so sorry to read about your sweet baby girl.

@sparklingdiamond Oh my god I am so, so sorry. I was active on this board through the first trimester and then got distracted and pulled away and haven't commented since. I logged on today to check birth announcements and saw this. I so enjoyed sharing experiences with you at the beginning, and I'm thinking of you now. I can't imagine what you're going through, and I know healing will take time, but I'm wishing for it.
