What do they do for work? He does email programming right now, but he can also do graphic design. Right now he works for a marketing firm with some pretty cool clients, but I won’t name drop. Just trust you’ve heard of some of them!
What is one weird habit or quirk they have? He doesn’t dip fries, nuggets, strips, wings, or anything in sauce. Whereas I dip everything. I just find it odd. Not even ketchup.

What do they do for work? He works for a company that does captioning on phones for elderly/hard of hearing

What do they do for work?
He is a sales manager for a craft brewery.
What is one weird habit or quirk they have?
He can't swallow vitamins/pills normally. A 'normal' person would put the vitamin on their tongue, then take a swig of water and swallow both vitamin and water together. He can't do that. He takes a swig of water first, holds it in his mouth, then shoves the pill/vitamin between his pursed lips into his mouth and then swallows. It's really bizarre to watch him do it. It's how I imagine a 7 year old might try to swallow pills because they don't want the pill to touch their tongue. His mother has no idea where he learned it from.
Are they older or younger than you? Younger. He turned 32 last month and I’ll be 35 in November.
What do they do for work? He’s officially an applications engineer! His degree is in mechanical engineering and after workiNg HVAC for a bit, he just started working for a company that makes different automated systems.
What is one weird habit or quirk they have? He doesn’t like eggs, which I find so weird. When he eats a meal, he completely finishes each item before eating the next one (e.g. he’ll completely finish his main dish, then eat all of one side, and then eat all of the other side dish).
We met in Israel while I was on a trip there, he was a soldier there. After the trip we stayed in touch and I visited multiple times and even got my masters there so I could be close to him. After around 2.5 years we got him a visa to the us and we got married.

He is younger by 6.5 years! It seems like a lot but he has always been more mature then me lol

He is a field estimator for an auto insurance company

he makes these sounds when he’s sleeping that sounds like he’s eating, I guess he’s always dreaming of food.

When he sleeps, he manages to kick the flat sheet to the bottom of the bed, but keep the comforter on. And when he's bored, he rubs his feet together. He's also a concrete thinker, and doesn't like to hypothesize. For example, if I ask him who he thinks this baby will look like, or if it'll have a specific hair color, he'll just say I don't know.
He had dated a girl I went to high school with so was friends with a lot of my guy friends and was living with them in a house in college when they broke up. We got drunk at karaoke one night and that was that haha

He works as a budget analyst for the government and is also in the National Guard

He can be pretty loud when he talks. He claims it’s because he has scarlet fever so many times as a kid that he only has partial hearing in one ear, but his dad is loud too so I dunno about that lol. It gets worse the more excited he gets or if he’s telling a story.

Online, though we met previously in passing, when I was in high school. We were friends with a set of siblings. At the time, I thought he was a weird "old" guy.

At home, he sits to pee. His mom growing up would yell at him as a kid for missing the toliet, and highly suggested he sit to pee to make it less of a mess.

Oh, this is embarrassing. We started dating in high school. We didn’t get married though until I finished law school.

He’s a few months older.

Post-doctoral fellow in a federal laboratory.

Constantly talks and sings to himself.

I was his substitute teacher on his first day freshman year. It was an emergency type thing, and I was the only person with a shop clearance in the area, so even though I had just graduated in May, I got to sub.

4 Year’s younger, almost to the day.

He is a truck driver. Just got through all the paperwork/steps to start driving for Pepsi.
What is one weird habit or quirk they have? He can put any toddler/infant to sleep in about 45 seconds. Something about how he holds them snuggled in, and just breaths. They all pass out.

In high school he was my friends super good looking but nothing but trouble older brother with gorgeous messy hair. We met again a year after I graduated high school through mutual friends and drank shitty alcohol and played Euchre together even though I was a terrible card player. He was still nothing but trouble but I couldn't resist his charm and ended up breaking up with my super geeky high school sweetheart for the bad boy. I was only 18 and he was just turning 21, we moved in together right away and went through lottts of growing pains but thankfully have worked most of the kinks out over the last 13 years. I love seeing him as a Dad, he is wonderful.

He wakes up to pee and get a drink way more times then I do even when 9 months pregnant. He also is a night eater eats handfuls of trail mix, protein bars or beef jerky in the middle of the night and comes to bed chewing these said items loudly. Drives me crazzzy.
In middle school. I distinctly remember telling my English teacher that I didn't want to work with him because he's mean. I do not remember why I thought he was mean. We had the same group of friends in high school, and started dating when I asked him to prom at the end of senior year. We waited 9 years to get married, though.

He's an English teacher. This year he's teaching 10th grade English and history.

Oh, man, I don't know. I feel like I used to think he did so many weird things, but now I can't think of anything. He cuts up all his food before eating it, and he eats the side dishes completely before starting on the entree. Oh, he also sees nothing wrong with making pizza bagels out of cinnamon raisin bagels.
He dated one of my friends. He asked me out a few months after they broke up. My friend was cool with it. In a weird twist, she ended up dating my ex and now has a kid with him.

He falls asleep in the bathtub. Like he will sleep there all night if I let him.
How did you meet?
He had just moved to my town, and was looking for a gaming group. I was in the local game store, and I invited him to join our D&D group. That was in 2005, and we've been friends since.
Are they older or younger than you?
13 years older. When we became friends we were both age outliers in our group. The average age was 25, but I was the youngest at 19, and he was the oldest at 32. We didn't start dating until years later.
What do they do for work?
He's Senior Principle Technical Support at Oracle. I just say "IT."
What is one weird habit or quirk they have?
I don't think I really even notice them anymore! He can't yell. He's soft spoken in general, but he physically cannot make himself loud. He just gets a bit higher pitched and frantic when he's really worked up. As a roller derby referee it is a skill he's had to actively work on so that skaters can hear his calls.

He was in the military and I was in college. I would go on the Military base and would run into him often. He was a Military police officer and you would have to go through him to get on, right after 911.

He is one year younger to the day.
What do they do for work?
He works for the Gov. but I can’t give details because of the type of work he does.
What is one weird habit or quirk they have?
He is overly detailed. I mean annoyingly detailed. When he tells you a story he will tell you everything thing including the shirt the person was wearing. We have gotten into plenty of arguments about it because I lack patience. I always tell him to wrap it up and get to the point. The important thing is, this annoying habit is definitely what makes him very good at his job. So there is some Benifit to it, just not when talking to me.

He microwaves his coffee constantly. If it's not boiling, he is zapping it in the microwave. He microwaved the same cup of coffee at least 5 times yesterday because it wasn't hot enough....

I honestly can't think of anything that's just outrageous lol. He's pretty normal. I guess one thing is he has a hangup about "losing his hair," so he goes through phases of growing it out or having it shaved close.

What is one weird habit or quirk they have? He hates twist ties or those little plastic things that hold the bread bags closed. Pretty much every loaf of bread or bag of hot dog buns in our house just has the plastic twisted and folded back under itself.

In elementary school, twenty five years ago or so. He was friends with my brother. We never dated. We married other people. Both divorced. I was out of state and moved back home. And from the first time we purposely met up, we were both like DAMN WHY DIDN’T WE DO THIS YEARS AGO. It’s perfect.

He’s a year younger. But he’s 7” taller. I’m 5’9”. He makes me feel small. I love it.

Commercial construction superintendent - he started out as a carpenter 20 years ago, climbing walls with his bags on - it was so sexy. Clipboard is just not as sexy. Hahaha. I still love the shit out of him.

Nothing. He loves me. He loves everything I cook. He loves my girls like they are his own. He wants to be with me. He still thinks I’m beautiful even tho I look like a swollen pig. Lol.

How did you meet?
We met at @ a Trailways bus station in Iowa. Neither one of us are from IA but just so happen to be visiting.

He's exactly 9 months older and I constantly tease him about it.
What do they do for work?
He's a local truck driver but doesn't want to work such long hours when our baby is born. We'll see what happens.
What is one weird habit or quirk they have?
Since I've been pregnant, he will talk to our baby ANYWHERE/ANYTIME. He's 6 ft. 3 in. and will bend all the way down to talk to our son in the cereal aisle, while I'm bra shopping, buying movie tickets, during a full conversation with my mother, while I'm cooking. He doesn't think it's weird at all but it can be awkward for me.

What is one weird habit or quirk they have? Man this actually hard because I think we have been together so long I just over look stuff and don't even think about it or it just doesn't bother me anymore. I am sure I will think of on later.

What do they do for work? Currently he works in video editing for one of the local news networks but that was kind of a stop gap job when he moved here to live with me (now 2 years ago, oops) and he is looking around at other options, previously he was an on air reporter which he enjoyed a lot more.
What is one weird habit or quirk they have? He has very inexplicable distinctions of what is acceptable to wear. We live in Austin which is sooo laid back, so I will walk around to Trader Joe's or whatever in the same leggings and tee shirts I wear around the house, but he has "outside" casual wear and "inside" casual wear which are literally exactly the same and it makes no sense to me. So I'll tease him "okay we need to go to Trader Joe's, change into your *fancy* Under Armour."

At a New Years party. We had mutual friends and his brother was dating a girl I went to high school with. We actually were each other’s “third” New Years kiss. Meaning we both kissed two people the same night prior to kissing each other and managing to hit it off. So wild.

If he’s drunk or hungover he HAS to have Jack in the Box breakfast jacks. It is so weird to me and so gross because I can hardly stand jack in the box and something about the egg smells like it’s already rotten when you get it. No offense to anyone who loves jack in the box’s breakfast! I’m sure that they taste fine but something about the smell just drives me crazy when he gets them!
