@luckycharm324 no burping, but other digested related issues...I'll leave it at that lol
@maureenmce sorry to hear about your headache! That's so rough! I like to keep those mini-pill bottles everywhere so I have some in case of emergencies (because I can never remember to bring those types of things). hope you're feeling better!
@kristah2 yes!!! I managed to force a little out the other day, and then FINALLY this morning woke up and was able to go. I've been constipated all weekend though!! So annoying!!
I am so tired it hurts. It took me an entire hour to really feel like I could hold my eyes open, and now, two hours later, it's still questionable. I was in the shower and the only thing that consoled me is the fact that between pregnancy and having a newborn, this tired is the most tired I've been. I wasn't even this tired with a baby! I guess that's comforting, lol
@texas_t now that you say that, I think I was more tired in first tri with DS than when he was newborn. I never realized that before. I think having a newborn makes it seem worse because there's crying involved, lol.
@CecilB93 Right? I remember being in my third trimester and not sleeping well and waking up in the middle of the night SO SLEEPY thinking.... how in God's name am I going to take care of a baby in the middle of the night? They shouldn't even allow him to go home with someone like this, lolololol. Once he was here, my body wasn't back to normal, but I guess I didn't realize what toll being pregnant can take on your body! Plus, when the baby isn't here, the payoff is different... when they're a newborn, they're so squishy and sweet. It's a trap.
2. How are you feeling? Soooooo tired! Also extremely bloated and burping nonstop, sore breasts/nips, dull pain/stretching feeling in my hips and uterus area, and a headache. I'm also starting to break out a little. Anyone else burping an excessive amount??? I'm surprised no one I know has called me out on it yet!
I am burping a ton! The only person that has called me out on it so far is my husband lol
@mbelow6103 my husband noticed it right away too! We haven't told our parents anything yet, and yesterday my mom asked if I wanted Gasx because I was burping so much lol. Sorrrrry mom!
I'm about to pass out at my desk, so tired!! Also, this morning three of my emails I sent were supposed to have attachments, and I forgot. On all three. Right in a row. I can't wait until I can think clearly and remember simple stuff again!!
2. I’m feeling good. Had nausea over the weekend, but that seems to have subsided. My boobs are super sore and progesterone suppositories making me a little crampy.
3. First time mom! I’m 39 and we did IVF. So excited to continue my journey!!
Been having some pretty nasty cramping right above my pubic bone all day and have been feel very flu like. Aches and pains and feverish. I have an ultrasound tomorrow. Praying that it's good news and my nerves will calm down some.
Good morning nausea. I woke up feeling so sick. I'm dizzy, have to diarrhea, feel like vomiting and have a headache. It feels like a horrible hangover. And I don't know which is worse.
@runrinserepeat Still having cramps here too. I KNOW this is normal and I had it with my last pregnancy and everything was fine, but doesn’t stop me having anxiety over it!
@orangecrush29 I took half a unisom before bed and the B6. Half a unisom hardly made me a zombie, just helped me sleep a bit. But make sure it’s the regular unisom (doxylamime) and not extra strength (which is benadryl).
@nerdeebird I had the same sharp right side pain with my first pregnancy and I have been getting it again with this one too - I think it just "growing pains" or whatnot
@maureenmce@kadeephd Ultrasound was perfect! Baby looks great and heart rate was 125. I still feel pretty terrible but at least the anxiety has subsided. Thank you. ❤
I thought I wasn't experiencing pregnancy brain yet but then I left the house without my keys (so was locked out of the house too) and had to climb in the house through an unlocked window. Then I got all the way to the check out lane and realized I left my debit card in my work ID badge holder and my grocery store doesn't take credit cards. Sigh.

@CecilB93 I have days like that also I could literally sleep on my keyboard I’m so tired. Also walking sometimes only makes me more tired. My memory is completely gone I cannot remember who I’m talking to on the phone or send an email to the wrong client it’s bad I spend more time double checking myself than actually working now
2. How are you feeling? Pretty good. Some headaches and exhaustion (sometimes it feels like I took a sedative!) but no nausea at least yet. I escaped morning sickness with my first pregnancy and am crossing my fingers I’ll get lucky again.
3. Do you have any 1st trimester survival tips you rely on? (Or if a first time mom, has anyone given you good suggestions?) I remember worrying a lot during my first pregnancy first trimester that I didn’t have nausea and wondering if that was a bad sign. I saw a few people mention similar worries in this thread and I just wanted to offer a word of calm. I think the stat is about 25% of women never have morning sickness in early pregnancy. So don’t worry yourself until there’s something to worry about (and be thankful! Not everyone is so lucky).
One more first trimester tip for those not announcing their pregnancy for a while—if you find yourself at a bar or party before people know you’re pregnant, it really is true that no one pays much attention to what’s in your glass. I had a work event last and was prepared with my cover story if someone asked why my “champagne” looked like sparkling water and no one even noticed. Don’t stress about it.
I was hit hard yesterday. Migraine ad throwing up all day and night. I ended up having to leave work and I’m just waking for the day and don’t feel much better which is really scary. I cant eat or drink.
My husband went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist told him to give me gravol. The real pink stuff not the ginger one. Anyone know if that’s ok?
ugh sorry you've been so sick @kristah2 I don't know what gravol is but I assume your H told the pharmacist you're pregnant? A pharmacist should know what meds are safe for pregnancy.

6 weeks on the dot and morning sickness has fully arrived! Nauseous on and off all day. So far, unpleasant but bearable. My PGAL brain feels better to have stronger symptoms, but yes, this is all very much as unpleasant as I remembered. If it's anything like the first tri with my daughter, I will feel nauseous all day for about 8 weeks but not throw up. At least I'm not having any aversions (yet!) And at least I'm feeling like things are moving a little bit faster the last few days.
