Garlic bologna was me, and it's still delicious! Muahaha! Seriously, it doesn't taste too different from regular bologna, maybe a bit higher quality ingredients and more savory? Unlike everyone else, I can't eat all the carbs and sugars I want, so it makes a good breakfast/lunch sandwich.
I had a few sips of my husband's beer at dinner out the other evening, Founders Red's Rye IPA, it was delicious!
My friends had a get-together today to do some Easter stuff and drink mimosas. I bought some of that Fre alcohol-removed champagne so I could 'participate'. It's not completely alcohol free - it has like 0.5%, but it was alright tasting. Like juice, but a little drier? I probably won't buy it again (I'd just get real juice for cheaper) but it was a fun novelty..
I measure out 4oz of red wine and occasionally have a glass. I nurse the hell out of it so it doesn’t feel like such a small amount! I just can’t do beer during pregnancy though. DH and I went to the melting pot and our cheese had beer mixed in and I could taste so much of the alcohol that I didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would.
Ugh, I’ve been eating like crap and have had zero motivation to workout. Please tell me I’m not the only one doing zero exercise!

You mean we are supposed to do more than walk while grocery shopping, or to and from the car at work?

Mmmmm, garlic bologna is so good!!!! Y'all are crazy. If you don't like bologna, I get it, but you're missing out if you do. I'm gonna have to get some now. I've had two footlong cold cut trios (cold, not toasted) from Subway this week. I only ate half, but I stole the meat and cheese from the other half and trashed the bread. Then I put ridiculous amounts of oil and vinegar and Italian dressing on it.
I had Chick-fil-a TWICE today, and I've tried to quit that place but I just can't. "Their chicken doesn't taste like it hates gay people."
I’m back. I had a glass of Malbec, blue cheese on my delicious wedge salad, medium cooked 16 oz ribeye with horseradish creme fraiche, house made Parmesan tater tots, and little fresh made donuts with dipping sauces. It was amazing!!! I savored the heck out of that wine and it was the perfect treat to go with such a delicious meal
That being said....... I could see how having one drink could become a slippery slope into too much, so I’ll be waiting a long time to have another, if ever.
@ladygali That sounds amazing!! All of it. I'm obsessing a little over food right now. Also I won't be having any beer or wine for that reason. Not counting the occasional sip of hub's drinks just to taste.
@pghctwife you are my people. Sip a sunshine is one of my favorite beers. Living in MI we don't get distro here so H trades MI brews (FFFC- shipping beer is illegal shh) to get east coast goodies. Single and double ipas are my favorites. I haven't had more then a couple tastes of beer this pregnancy but definitely don't judge a few ounces here and there. Good news is that in August it will be hot as balls still and the ipas will be extra refreshing after the babes are here.
@neeraja_k yay MI representing good brews in your neck of the woods!
@juliebird6 I know your a MI beer girl too, H and I will take a special trip to Old Nation brewing sometime after August. M43 is so delicious if you like ipas.
@calimom2524 dying right now after reading the microwaved crawfish. Can't even.
**TMI warning* Speaking of FFFC regarding stomachs turning after reading a post.. we're all family here now so i feel okay calling this one out. I am not a weak stomach person at all and can be pretty nasty myself sometimes but one older post I cannot shake. It was in a TMI Tuesday so definitely was in the appropriate area but the wording said something about digging white stuff out in a spread eagle position after showering?! No idea who posted it but that was one visual i wasn't expecting.
I haven’t worked out since DS was like 16 months to lose the baby weight
Garlic bologna (and any bologna) sounds absolutely nauseating.
@rachel1008 girl I know. I love me some Chick Fil A. I feel a little guilty eating there but it’s one of the only fast food places where the chicken actually appears to be real chicken.

@brzvice I’ve only been there once! We went when I was pregnant with DD so I couldn’t even enjoy anything. I’d love to go back and actually try all the beers! PMing you. ❤️
@rachel1008 My friends and I were just talking about that yesterday... I have this huge moral dilemma every time I go to eat at Chik-fil-a - but it's so freaking delicious!!
I've only eaten at Chick-fil-A once, and it was good. But there isn't one in my town. Usually when we're in the city that has one, it's a Sunday, so they're not open. But then again I don't really agree with their recent politics, so I'm a one and done customer. I just either get the Spicy Chicken from Wendy's or the chicken sandwich from McDonald's, neither of which aren't too bad imho.
I have no guilt eating Chickfila. When I worked there I worked with other employees who were gay. The individual stores are franchises. The beliefs of the CEO don’t directly affect the every day running of the business, I understand if people feel different, but I’m against boycotts in general because if you really want to shop with your morals in mind, you would severely limit yourself in where you could actually shop and what you could actually buy. If people want to do that, more power to them. I’ll just stick with my laziness and then I don’t have to worry about being a hypocrite with a half-assed boycott!
Oh, a chicken sandwich does sound lovely--but the last time I had Chick-Fil-A was in kindergarten, and the closest one is two hours north of us. Maybe next time we go up there to see friends, I'll make a case for it, but... Probably not. We do have a KFC/A&W though...
@scottishlass1213 girl yes. It was here! I'd have to go "dig" back but I believe it was one of our very first few Tmi Tuesdays. I was still in blend in mode so just went with it but made me more hesitant to open future tmi tuesdays. I did though, of course. Like a moth to a flame.

I have to admit that a large portion of my paycheck goes to CFA. Sometimes we eat there 2 times a day. There have been times where we have eaten there 3 times a day. I could walk to our closest location. FFMC.
@Firemanswife11 I’m a little jealous you’re so close. Ours is 20 min away and I’d love to get breakfast there more often, but it’s rare that I get out of the house early enough with DS. So I sometimes go get lunch there right around 10:30 when they stop serving breakfast, and maybe like 40% of the time they’ll stick a leftover breakfast biscuit in my bag with a “free sample” sticker on it. I’ll take it!
