@sarahhedger7 I think most hospitals will provide Dermoplast, but doesn’t hurt to check.
@thevoughts-2 I completely understand. I’m 5 days away from my due date & am super anxious. My husband & I have been trying to do things we never have time to do since my MIL is in town to watch our 2 year old here & there. So besides doing things with him, we have gone to the movies, went out to dinner/lunch, went for walks, mani/pedi, etc. With our son we are doing a ton, but not all things you have to have a kid for, such as go the aquarium, local museums, etc...really anything to stay busy.
@thevoughts-2 Just sleep. Take naps, go to bed early, etc. Continue to go to the movies or to your favorite brunch place to eat. You won’t be housebound forever when you have a baby, but I felt like I was doing everything with a ball and chain attached to my foot. Enjoy that freedom of being able to just jump in the car and go get a smoothie without have to pack up and unpack.
@thevoughts-2 Even without a specific nesting urge, there’s still all the normal stuff that needs to get done. For example, I spent the other night doing yard work. I’ve also been trying to get things done that will make things as easy as possible for me later. Things like picking out a handful of recipes I know are easy and buying the non-perishable ingredients and making shopping lists for the remainder of each so it’s easier to just grab those items (and making all of the how to notes for H or my parents if they do the shopping - which item is correct, where it is in the store, etc.). I’m also a big fan of just enjoying the last few days before things change. Date night, brunch, wandering Target in peace, going to the movies, meandering around town doing what you want when you want, having dinner at 21+ places...
