R/R: DH is still down for the count. on his second sick day and my temp is climbing. I think I'm going to wind up with no timing this month.

R/R: MH is a trooper! I was so ready to throw in the towel for this weeks BD EOD (I’m so tired!!!), but last night MH came home and was the one that pushed me through (it’s normally the other way around). He seems to be more aware of how cycles work and how important the timing is. In the past I’ve struggled so much with getting him in the mood during FW. It was frustrating. But now we’re on the same page and have an unspoken understanding that we need to BD EOD. He’s taking charge!! I needed that.

WAYDTGKU: Nothing at the moment. DH has his SA Monday. Just having testing done to be proactive.

R/R: Rant: I had to go to the chair of our department and tell him that my program director (male physician) has a bad odor. That was awkward. It's SOO bad though! My 2 coworkers and I all have wax warmers in our offices and in the lobby. YUCK! Rave: It's almost the weekend!

CS/Q: Q: Do any of you pay for the VIP membership on FF? I'm just wondering whether or not it's worth it! There's a sale going on now for a year membership.

@catlady2015 I'm with @kristah2 ... Use the no kissing rule! I was sick last cycle and that's what my DH and I did. Gotta get that BD in!
@LJMoon6 Ahh I'm glad your DH is taking the reigns! It does get so tiring!!

ladies, thanks for the encouragement! We did try last night for awhile and it just wasn't happening. and now DH is upset b/c it wouldn't cooperate and doesn't want to try again until he's feeling better.

@ljmoon6 that’s awesome that YH is taking charge and being involved in the process and recognizing that cycles matter, etc. It is really unfair that we women have to bear the brunt of all the “work” while TTC

@meladams10 I’m excited to hear what comes out of the SA. I hope nothing news worthy! As far as VIP FF - I went ahead and got it because it gave me a trial which included all the analysis tools (or as MH likes to call them, obsessiveness tools) and when they stopped working I couldn’t live without them! They helped me so much in TWW.

@meladams10 that’s so awkward having a convo like that. To answer your question, (in spoiler because TW)

I’ve had two back to back losses so I had blood tests to check endocrine function (which came back normal) and I’m having a phosolipod antibody screening next week and a hysteroscopy next cycle (unless I get KU this cycle).

@coco2787 Thank you for sharing! It's nice that they are able to do such tests but, I can imagine how nerve wracking. Fx for you for this cycle!

@meladams10 So what did you say exactly to the chair person? I'm curious because I've had coworkers like this too and didn't know what to say.

Also, if FF is offering a discount on VIP, take it and take it now! Yes, I pay for it, but always get it on sale. It's totally worth it.

@leafyarch Great idea to stress less. I am practicing that this time around too. Even if it doesn't do what I want it to do, it's making life so much better in general.

@cate03 Peppermint tea really really helps with cramps and I hope you have a heating pad. Sorry it's so horrible for you this cycle. I hope you find some relief very soon!

WAYDTGKU: Lotsa stuff

R/R: This feels like last day of period, which means no AF while we are away (last cycle was a bit of a cow and was on and off for forever). Which means BD and jacuzzi bath. Now getting quite excited for Queenstown, holiday will make the next two days for work easier to get through!
On a side note as my cycle is more normal this month apparently this is the first month we are actually trying according to H.

I was a wee bit gobsmacked at this, but if trying for less time makes him happy then that is up to him. Even though I assured him that we were definitely trying last cycle and I have many charts to prove it.

CS/Q: Nope, was apparently very cold this morning but other than that.

@cate03 Sorry you're having bad cramps. They suck!!
@suzycupcake I told him that the director has a bad odor and it has become disruptive. I am concerned that he's not taking care of himself. He said he'd address it. He's a psychiatrist so thankfully, he's used to sensitive subjects! Still so awkward though!
@leafyarch Have fun!! I loved San Fran so much when I visited last year!
