@lalala2004 I love fondue. If I had my way, all meals would consist of dipping things in melted cheese. I hope you have an awesome time.
I woke up this morning desperately wanting eggs benedict, so I looked up a new restaurant near the dinosaur museum so we could get some before our trip to the museum. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't especially good. I was pretty sad. Plus, they seemed to forget about us, so it took forever to get our food, which was not okay while pregnant. Next time, we're going some place we've been before.
Although, they had pancakes with brie melted on top. I was reeeeeally curious, but I decided to stick with what I came for. We may go back someday just to try it. I'm can't decide if it even sounds like a good idea.
@ecwk I had french toast this morning too! I usually make mine then put PB on one slice, jelly on the other and cover the whole thing with syrup. It's the best PB & J ever.
We are going to a fancy fondue place tonight, and I’m one excited pregnant lady.
I have been craving fondue cheese and chocolate all day!! We used to have a Melting Pot that was closer but I just found out it closed. The closest one is about 1 hr and 15 mins away and I am trying to schedule a time to go!! I have been drooling over the menu all day!
@lalala2004 BOOOOO blackout days! But I'm glad that you are going back!
I brought 4 different things for breakfast this morning and not one of them is appealing. I want @jsnakehole's waffles lol. Note: do not open this thread while trying to make yourself eat hard boiled eggs. Blah.
@lalala2004 - for like 3 weeks I could only handle an egg mc muffin. But I also seriously love mc donalds coffee so it was a win/win
I went through a spell where breakfast food was one of the few things I could stomach. All day breakfast at McDonalds is the best thing that ever happened to me. And the second best thing was when they finally started serving both Mcmuffins AND biscuits all day. I had been complaining about that for two years
@lakesideknitter Oh man - I wanted McDonald's breakfast SO. BAD. yesterday! I wanted both pancakes AND a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit. But I was good and had breakfast at home. Then I had a dream I stopped at McDonald's for breakfast and ended up being late to work.

I def need it this week.
I was late to work because I got McDonald’s. Well, to be fair, I was already late, but I still needed breakfast!
Okay, I guess I'm not ready for this thread. I had a bad experience with an egg McMuffin as a kid, so just the smell McDonald's breakfast makes me sick on the best of days. There's no way I can handle even thinking about it while pregnant. I'm glad everyone else is enjoying it, though!
My baby still only seems to want sweets. I choked down pasta for lunch and then chased it with a whole bunch of sour patch cherries. I'm hoping this last bout of all day sickness ends soon. I just want to eat real food.
