@llamamama14 Mmmm, I'd make bread pudding, or a french toast casserole for breakfast. I love using really savory breads (like sourdough or rye) in sweet applications, because I like the balance.

@l2589 I had a similar thought about May birthstones as I was reading this, then saw your comment. DS was supposed to be born in Dec and came in November so it's not the craziest thought. I have a May birthday and my grandmother always bought me things with my emerald birthstone. Such a pretty stone.
Pregnancy farts are the worst when you're a teacher.
Once I was sitting at my desk and let off a really smelly fart just as a student was coming up to ask me a question. I told her she might want to stop a few feet away bc I'd farted, and it really smelled.
Last week, I farted while sitting in my desk chair which has a pleather cover and everyone totally heard it.
Hope my fellow Chicagolanders (@amys614, @bearmoons...who else?) are staying safe in the snow today! Our whole family has a snow day. Kid is napping, H is shoveling, and I'm "working" from home right now.

Ugh...August started a discussion called "Names You Really Want Opinions On"....nothing has gone down yet, but it feels like a thread that has all the makings to go up in flames.
@MoonOverGoldsboro I'm in the north burbs, it was messy but I made it to work fine. Just slow going...probably not as bad because almost no one was on the road! And today is the last day I'm driving my tiny little car to work....bittersweet, haha. Getting an SUV tomorrow, so we can all fit in the same car when baby comes Hope you and @amys614 are safe and warm!
I just realized I'm 5 months pregnant - 4 months until due date as of yesterday !!! - and I just got called out for being pregnant by our weekly delivery service guy ahahahaha!!! He's got 4 kids, so prob why.
Also really thinking kidlet will not like being swaddled like myself as a baby. It must be the way she's sitting, but I can feel her rebelling against the maternity band on my pants so I typically sit here with it rolled down. Her comfort? Leggings, pj's and lose tops. Anything that could constrict her, I can tell she rebels against {not anything I would personally feel pressure against}

There's a few jewelers in my area that do this idea, so I've told my H that I'd like a snowflake necklace for xmas next year with baby's birthstone Mine is Sapphire and his is Ruby so it's a nice mix ironically!
