Because I love love and we're all trying to make babies let's see that magical day that brought you and your SO together forever. You can answer any or all of these questions bonus points for pictures! Note -Please put pictures in a spoiler so we don't freeze the thread up.
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? What was the song you chose for your first dance: Any drama or funny stories?: If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: Pictures (In Spoiler):
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? We did a first look What was the song you chose for your first dance: The way you look tonight - Frank Sinatra Any drama or funny stories?: My H and we're staying at the same hotel but on different floors. As I was about to leave to go to get on the elevator I decided to take the stairs at the last second. No one could confirm where H was and I wanted to avoid running into him on the elevator. Good thing I did! When I got to the bottom floor a friend ran into the stairwell and told me to stay because the elevator doors opened and there was H getting out. He had to go around the corner and wait for me to get in the car. Lol it still makes me laugh thinking about how he almost ruined our first look. I have a bonus short story. As my husband and I were saying our vows a car alarm went off. We were all thinking how rude it was... months later we pieced it together that it was MY car! My alarm had been having issues going off in the middle of the night sporadically. H and I felt so stupid once we figured that out. If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): if I could change anything I would have gotten the venue for more hours. We were dancing so much and having such a great time I wasn't ready to leave. My favorite moment was everything! I had all my best friends and family around me and we danced so much. It was amazing. Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: We both wrote our vows My favorite line from my vows to H was: "you are my person - my love, and my life, today and always. I love you." My favorite line of all our vows was at the end of H's: "All the brilliance of the stars and galaxies in the night sky could not compare how much pure love and devotion I have for you today" Pictures (In Spoiler):
@galactickates, I'll play! But our wedding was very small and simple.
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? We had a teeny-tiny wedding, just DH's parents and my dad and BFF. We'd been together for 8 years at that point and didn't really want to do a big thing, so we got married in our living room. Except for when I got hair/makeup done, i spent the whole day with him. He didn't actually see me in the dress until I came down the hall, so I guess saw each other at the aisle?
What was the song you chose for your first dance: Didn't do a first dance. We just did a ceremony and went out to dinner afterward. Came back to our house to eat cake.
Any drama or funny stories? We got married in early April. I wanted to do a winter wedding and DH refused b/c he didn't want it to snow on our wedding day. Well, guess what, it snowed on our wedding day! Just a little in the evening, but still. He would have been better off agreeing to get married in the winter, we'd hardly had any snow!
If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): I don't think that I would change anything. I might have said let's do it earlier in the day (we did 4 pm so dinner would make more sense), but we had enough time to do everything and had like 45 minutes buffer time between getting everything set up and the ceremony starting.
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: "You are my best friend. Today I give myself to you in marriage. I promise to encourage and inspire you, to laugh with you, and to comfort you in times of sorrow and struggle. I promise to to love you [...] when life seems easy and when it seems hard, when our love is simple and when it requires an effort."
Awww @catlady2015 I love your wedding. The big wedding was ALL DH. I wanted to run away to the coast and party around a Bon fire lol but I still had a great time. Ps I LOVE your dress! Eta I also love your vows. It's my favorite part of any wedding
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? We first saw each other down the aisle.
What was the song you chose for your first dance: Um....... Yikes, I was trying to think of this the other day. MG could tell you!
Any drama or funny stories?: We got married the day after MIL’s 58th birthday. We asked her if there would be any strong feelings, and she said of course not. We should have know better. She snarked about it close to the wedding & then had FIL put candles on our cake at the rehearsal sinner & bring it our & sing happy birthday to her. Our catering/reception dinner was a cluster. We had doughnuts instead of cake!
If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): Not getting married the day after MILs bday & our reception dinner location.
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: If I *had* to pick, I’d likely say either the first line or the last. Vows in spoiler. (We identify as Christian).
According to the will of God, I give you my life this day. I will love you as Christ loves the church. I will be faithful and honest with you. I will forgive you as we have been Forgiven. As we share our life with God, I will respect you and trust you. Through trials and triumphs, I will help care for you. I promise to grow our family in His name. By my desire, I am leaving my father and mother in order to become your husband/wife.
Did you do a first look or see each other other at the aisle? At the aisle. I came across a bridge and walked through the grass of the yard at his parents' weekend farm house. We hadn't seen each other in a week. It was very emotional for the both of us.
What was the song you chose for your first dance: Love Is Not a Fight by Warren Barfield
Any drama or funny stories?: Not really
If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): If I could change one thing, I'd go back and do it again only this time, I'd take it really slow and soak everything up. We were so nervous and everything happened so fast that neither of us could be very present. We barely ate a thing.
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: In sickness and in health; til death do us part. Imo, there is no better promise than that.
Picture in spoiler.

What fun! I love seeing photos and hearing about your weddings!! They are all so different but so perfect.
We actually got married on a cruise ship with 34 of or closest family and friends.
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? At the aisle for the first time since the day before. He cried. It was adorable.
What was the song you chose for your first dance: Close your eyes - Michael buble
Any drama or funny stories?: When we were saying “I do” DH got so excited he said “I do” before the officiant was done and he had to tell him to hold on. He also got my age wrong on our marriage certificate so we had to fix that!
If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): I’d want more photos (we have none outside!) and id have spaced out my day a little different. my favourite moment was between the reception and dinner we went back to our room to drop some things off and just sat together for 15 minutes going “holy cow, were married!”
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: We didn’t write our own vows since I know I wouldn’t haven’t been able to get through them. So I wrote mine to him in a letter to read in the morning and vice versa. The ceremony itself kept a nautical theme (by choice) which was super cool!
@jrm_14 I can't even believe she did that. That sounds like a serious personality disorder.
P.S. Your spoiler is beautiful!

Did you do a first look or see each other other at the aisle? First look. DH was cranky because it was early and you can totally tell in the pictures. It's pretty hilarious. What was the song you chose for your first dance: We didn't do a first dance. I was going to do Chasing Cars, but I decided I would rather not have any extra attention. Any drama or funny stories?: MIL insisted that we had a groom's cake so that people would know that DH's family was a part of the wedding. DH told her he hates cake and wasn't going to pay for it, but if she wanted to pay for the cake and everything needed to display it then he didn't care. There was not a groom's cake. One kind of funny thing did happen with the invitations though. We sent one to DH's distant relative (he had never met them and knew nothing about them, but MIL insisted they would be offended if they weren't invited) and addressed it to Mr & Mrs Whatever their names are. A couple weeks before the wedding we were going over family members who didn't RSVP with the in-laws and I asked if I should assume that couple wouldn't be attending. FIL said, "I sure hope not considering that Mr. Whatever is dead." I felt horrible! But it's kind of a family joke now. If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): I would have done a significantly smaller and simpler wedding. I wanted 50 people or less, DH wanted the biggest wedding possible, but without spending any money. We ended up with a little less than 200. We did a morning wedding and served lunch and were done by 3. It was nice, but I would have preferred something more intimate. Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: Is it bad that I don't remember them? We wrote our vows straight from scripture which I loved. I do remember one line: "I promise to love God first, and you second." Pictures (In Spoiler): Meh. I'm too afraid of stranger danger. lol the internet is scary.
We did not have a traditional wedding. We were married in a courthouse in Germany. We had to hire a translator to understand the justice of peace. I remember we were running late that morning. We got ready in the same bathroom in our apartment. I was rushing to put on a little bit of makeup, and to run some gel through my curls. He was fussing about having to tuck in his shirt. I wore a little white sun dress that I bought for $19.99, and little white leather flip flops. Him a black collared shirt, and jeans.
We didn't write vows...we just said I do, and took turns signing our names. It was short and sweet. I remember we were giggling the whole ceremony because even though we had a translator, we still had no clue what she was saying. We needed a translator for our translator. Afterwards we went out for cheeseburgers and milkshakes with our friends that offered to witness our ceremony.
My only rant is that we've still never had our first dance. We have never danced in public or private together. Weird. In our ten year marriage anytime there's been a function where that could have happened, he was deployed. But oh well, one day
My W and I have been together for 13 years. A long ass time. We wanted to get married yeeeeeeeeears ago but (yay America!) gay marriage has been illegal up until 2015. As soon as it became legal, we got a license, made dinner, and a friend of ours came over to eat with us and sign the papers as she's an ordained minister. I mentioned this casually at a family event and everyone got mad at us. "What? Why did you get married without having a wedding??" Um... because we needed legal recognition a lot sooner than we needed to have a party.
We'll have a wedding someday though. Funneling our resources into completing our family first, though.
In any case, love seeing the pictures!! I hope others post as well
@josie12367 The first time we ever danced was on our wedding day! And we have never danced since then. Your curls are gorgeous!
@wishiwaspreggo ::sarcasm voice:: How dare you put being legally recognized after a lifetime of oppression before a party for your family & friends?! Sorry they couldn’t be excited for you first & foremost!
ETA: MH hired two photographers for the engagement. Serious bonus points!! Deidentified pictures in spoiler. (Don’t mind my cat’s face over the food logo!). And yes, I think it is pretty funny one of the doughnuts in the case looks like a pile of poop
So love reading about everyone's weddings, this is awesome!
We had a 50 person wedding w/ almost no family and all our closest family-friends. The reception was at our favorite resort out on the beach. There was some friends from H's side, but 0 of his family, which made for a very stress-free evening. I think one of my favorite parts was that since it was a destination, I got more time with my brother's gf (now wife) - it was great to get to know her more because I just absolutely adore her and am so grateful to call her my SIL.
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? First look - we went to our favorite ice cream spot since we figured we'd miss the appetizers during photos later.
What was the song you chose for your first dance: that Michael Buble and Colbie Callait song. I forgot what it's called
Any drama or funny stories?: H's family wasn't there. Not a surprise, but definitely drama.
If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): Honestly, I probably wouldn't have had a wedding party. I also would have splurged on our honeymoon - money was stressing me out but I should have just gone with it. Oh and I would have been more insistant that someone brought us apps and left some more cake up in our room!
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: We just did the normal 'church-y' ones.
@galactickates It sounds like your wedding was amazing and that venue + the flowers are incredible! that car alarm story is too funny. @catlady2015 that sounds like such a beautiful and peaceful day! @jrm_14 ugh, family drama. please tell me it doesn't come up again every year around that time? I would be so snarky and get her a cake with 8000 candles in it every year. or maybe a box of doughnuts filled with candles. Love love love your engagement photos! @kristah2 I love that idea of cutting away for 15 minutes. Wish we would have thought of that! @acciocoffee Jealous you did not do the first dance. I hated it - the DJ was supposed to invite everyone on the floor with us and forgot. Never again, for any reason. @josie12367 so what would your first song be now? I think your day in Germany sounds awesome @wishiwaspreggo #priorities @suzycupcake I haven't heard of that song! going to go find it today!
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? Ours was very informal, planned it 3-4 weeks ahead. We were both hanging out with our guests together before the ceremony What was the song you chose for your first dance: we didn’t have one! I kind of wish we had. Any drama or funny stories?: we got pretty drunk with our friends afterward. H almost got in a fight at the bar we went to after *eye roll emoji* If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): *TW I was 4 months PP, would have pushed it back so I could’ve lost a few more lbs but no biggie in the big scheme of things *end TW/ i loved drinking champagne and sitting around outside with our guests. It was a gorgeous day. Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: we had a quote from Mark Twain (got engaged in Hannibal, MO where he was born) that is awesome but I can’t currently remember it
@flyingmombula I want to go have champagne on that patio RIGHT NOW. Please tell us the fight was over something completely silly, that's too funny (but only because it was an 'almost' fight!)
Did you do a first look or see eachother other
at the aisle? First
look, but not captured on film or anything spectacular planned
What was the song you chose for your first dance: Drunk On You by Luke Bryan, when we first
started dating this song came on in the car and he started singing it and I
knew then that this was the man for me… that voice!
Any drama or funny stories?: We are minimalists and while I still wanted
the white dress and dancing, I didn’t really care about everything else…. So we
ended up ordering pizza for everyone lol. If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment
(R/R): I would definitely
love to have had a different photography.
We have no good photos from the day. I guess that’s what you get when
you try to stay cheap. One of my favorite moments was my maid-of-honor sang her
toast to the tune of some Disney song, which I can’t remember which one at the
moment.
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: We didn’t write vows but we had MH’s uncle marry
us and we wrote up what we wanted him to say.
We definitely had something in there about watching Netflix together
till we grow old lol. Pictures (In Spoiler): these are the best photos which are all pretty bad...

@galactickates Omg at your beautiful pictures and your adorable cake topper! Thanks for starting this thread. So fun! @jrm_14 That's so neat that you did donuts instead of a cake! I love that idea. @acciocoffee We didn't do a dance either! I thought I was the only one in the world! @wishiwaspreggo I love your story too even though you didn't have an official wedding ceremony. How sweet and intimate that you were able to get married just the two of you. And yay for finally being able to get married, although I hate that it took so long for it to become legal. @josie12367 Ahhhhh your story is sooooo sweet. I love it. You are a great storyteller as someone already said. It's weird seeing you with brown hair though as I picture you as Drew Barrymore in my head.
Did you do a first look or see each other other at the aisle? We first saw each other at the aisle. What was the song you chose for your first dance: We didn't have a first dance and we didn't dance at all! Neither of us like attention and we picked a cute historic venue for our wedding location, and we didn't want to have to use the big tent to have room for dancing. Any drama or funny stories?: When we did the cake tasting before the wedding, MH wasn't crazy about any of the cakes. Afterwards, I secretly planned for us to have cheesecake (which he loves!) instead and I was soooo excited to surprise him with it. On the wedding day when the cheesecake came out, he was just like "oh cool, cheesecake." I did not get the reaction I was expecting and I was kind of sad about that! If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): I remember kind of regretting spending soooo much time picking out specific things like flowers, when the wedding was over in just a couple of hours. My favorite moment was probably the look on MH's face when he saw me at the end of the aisle. Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: We just did the regular vows, so nothing special to share. Pictures (In Spoiler): The only pic I could find without our faces and a pic of the said cheesecake.
I LOVE this! Hearing all the stories and seeing all your pics gives me goose bumps! Weddings are one of my favorite events. @galactickates I love your doxies on your cake!
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? MH didn't want to see me before the wedding so we didn't see eachother until I walked down the aisle. What was the song you chose for your first dance: I Just Call You Mine by Martina McBride Any drama or funny stories?: We had booked a limo because we had about 4 hours between the wedding and the reception, and I was really excited. On the day of our wedding, the limo company called MH and said they doubled booked the limo so we would be getting a party bus instead. MH knew I was going to be pissed because all of the party buses we had looked at looked like old short buses that didn't fit very many people. MH didn't tell me until after the ceremony and pictures because he knew I would be upset...which I was! However, when the bus showed up it was huge and fit a ton of our friends so it all worked out. If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): The one thing I would change was that we didn't get a lot of individual pictures with family members, especially grandparents. I would definitely have liked to have more pictures, but we only had about 30 minutes at the chapel after the ceremony. Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: I don't really remember them exactly (we have a copy of them somewhere but 5 years later and about 4 moves, I have no idea where). I just remember MH telling me that I was his best friend and he couldn't wait to spend forever with me. We wrote our own vows and they were really special.
@offtoneverland Omg, if you did the feeding each other of the cake thing, I hope you smeared that sh#! all over his face ha ha!
Is that a tatt on your back?

We got married outdoors in a state park with a fairly small group of guests. We didn't have a wedding party, and kept things fairly simple. We had cupcakes (four flavors!) instead of cake.
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? My two best friends did my hair and makeup and helped me get ready, then we did a first look before MH and I drove to the venue together. We both hung out with our guests together before the ceremony. What was the song you chose for your first dance: No first dance for us! We pretty much cut all of the traditions that weren't personally meaningful to us, and this was one of the first to go. Any drama or funny stories?: No drama at the wedding. It was very small - only about 50 guests - and the crazy relatives didn't come. If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): I don't think I'd change anything! It was a lovely day for us. Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: I don't remember them off the top of my head, but we did write our own together and a good friend married us.
@spartan4life I love your cake and photos! @suzycupcake I should have smeared the cake all over his face! lol. Yes, it is a tattoo on my back. Good eye! I found another pic that shows my tattoo if you want to see it. It has no significance at all, I just wanted to be cool like my big sister and get a tattoo (she married a tattoo artist so she has tons of tattoos!).
@offtoneverland Well, I like it. It's pretty. That's a beautiful veil. So simple and elegant.

Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? First look—-although it wasn’t as private as I was hoping
What was the song you chose for your first dance: Lost in This Moment by Big & Rich
Any drama or funny stories?: my flowers were the wrong color—they were pinkish instead of purple. I was surprisingly calm about it and didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. And after we saw the pictures, the colors turned out great! As for funny story, during the unity candle ceremony, we couldn’t get the candles out of the holder. I almost whispered to just forget it when we finally got it.
If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): I am no longer friends with my Maid of Honor. I wish I hadn’t had her in the wedding. My favorite was the carriage—on the way over with my dad and on the way to the reception with H
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: after 6 years, I don’t remember!
Pictures (In Spoiler): I love pictures! It’s so hard to only choose a few!
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? We saw each other at the aisle. We both cried. What was the song you chose for your first dance: Swept Away by The Avett Brothers Any drama or funny stories?: They didn't serve our cake, but I was too busy to notice! At the end of the night, they asked if I wanted the leftover cake and I said sure. They gave my drunk ass an entire 3 tier cake in a box. I served it to strangers in the hotel lobby. If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): I would have picked a fancier venue than the country club that we were at, but we also didn't go into debt for our wedding, so it was worth it. I can't pick a favorite thing. It was such an incredible day. Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: We did very traditional vows. Pictures (In Spoiler):

@darkstar42 We (ok, I) also nixed several things that irked me or didn’t have significance to us. Both my parents walked me down the aisle, no one “gave me away”, the unity candle/sand was the first cut. We didn’t do a cake cutting/smashing. There was one more bridesmaid than groomsmen. The length of your dress is so pretty!! I don’t know why, but I laughed a bit too hard at your ‘block head’ edit
@acciocoffee Are you from the StL area, too? @flyingmombula Pracino in St.Charles has mimosa buckets for $35. You can get traditional or strawberry orange. Freaking delicious.
@spartan4life I hear you in wishing I had more pictures. Our photographers called me 2 days before Thanksgiving (which was 4 days after I found out I broke my foot in 3 places) and quit. So, we ended up with a much more talented photographer. I was so overstimulated I’m like “We don’t need 14 bridesmaids pictures!”
I need to go look for my flash drive so I can add pictures tomorrow
@flyingmombula I went to a friend's wedding there like 6 years ago! It was gorgeous! @jrm_14 I'm from the KC area, but I have some STL friends from college.
@purplg8r Your wedding at Disney looks gorgeous!! @jrm_14 I felt the same way...everything moved so fast and was so overwhelming that I didn’t even realize the pictures we missed until everything was over. I just tell MH we need to do it again
@purplg8r so jealous of the Disney wedding!! It’s so not DHs thing but it was on my list. We settled for a cruise in Turks and Caicos but I would have been down with a Disney wedding!!
@spartan4life I'm definitely right there with you on wanting more photos. We had way too many with other people in them and not enough of just us. And the photographer managed to capture a double chin in every photo... she really didn't understand how angles work. I'm seriously considering doing a "trash the dress" photo shoot, even though it's been over 2 years, just so we can get some better photos (and give me an excuse to put the dress back on lol). Is that crazy?

@purplg8r - I am swooning over your Disney wedding!!! How fun!!! We are no where near Florida but if we were I would totally make that happen.
We were thinking of having our wedding at the Indianapolis Children's Museum, specifically in the carousel room. Thought it would be fun for the kids (lots in the family) and it makes for a beautiful setting. You get to ride the carousel as many times as you want, and there are play houses, doll houses, and a mirror room included in the area.
Re: GTKY - Wedding Edition
What was the song you chose for your first dance: The way you look tonight - Frank Sinatra
Any drama or funny stories?: My H and we're staying at the same hotel but on different floors.
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?:
We both wrote our vows
My favorite line from my vows to H was: "you are my person - my love, and my life, today and always. I love you."
My favorite line of all our vows was at the end of H's: "All the brilliance of the stars and galaxies in the night sky could not compare how much pure love and devotion I have for you today"
Pictures (In Spoiler):

@catlady2015 & @galactickates Love both of the your vows & the pictures!!
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?:
If I *had* to pick, I’d likely say either the first line or the last. Vows in spoiler. (We identify as Christian).

What was the song you chose for your first dance:
Close your eyes - Michael buble
Any drama or funny stories?:
When we were saying “I do” DH got so excited he said “I do” before the officiant was done and he had to tell him to hold on.
He also got my age wrong on our marriage certificate so we had to fix that!
If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R):
I’d want more photos (we have none outside!)
and id have spaced out my day a little different.
my favourite moment was between the reception and dinner we went back to our room to drop some things off and just sat together for 15 minutes going “holy cow, were married!”
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?:
We didn’t write our own vows since I know I wouldn’t haven’t been able to get through them. So I wrote mine to him in a letter to read in the morning and vice versa. The ceremony itself kept a nautical theme (by choice) which was super cool!
P.S. Your spoiler is beautiful!

I do remember one line: "I promise to love God first, and you second."
Pictures (In Spoiler): Meh.
But oh well, one day
Pictures (In Spoiler):
We only have a few pictures from that day...
We'll have a wedding someday though. Funneling our resources into completing our family first, though.
In any case, love seeing the pictures!! I hope others post as well

Pictures (In Spoiler):
I think your day in Germany sounds awesome
@wishiwaspreggo #priorities
@suzycupcake I haven't heard of that song! going to go find it today!
...and pretty much obsessed w/ all the photos...
What was the song you chose for your first dance: we didn’t have one! I kind of wish we had.
Any drama or funny stories?: we got pretty drunk with our friends afterward. H almost got in a fight at the bar we went to after *eye roll emoji*
If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): *TW I was 4 months PP, would have pushed it back so I could’ve lost a few more lbs but no biggie in the big scheme of things *end TW/ i loved drinking champagne and sitting around outside with our guests. It was a gorgeous day.
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: we had a quote from Mark Twain (got engaged in Hannibal, MO where he was born) that is awesome but I can’t currently remember it
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? First look, but not captured on film or anything spectacular planned
What was the song you chose for your first dance: Drunk On You by Luke Bryan, when we first started dating this song came on in the car and he started singing it and I knew then that this was the man for me… that voice!
Any drama or funny stories?: We are minimalists and while I still wanted the white dress and dancing, I didn’t really care about everything else…. So we ended up ordering pizza for everyone lol.
If you could change 1 thing what would it be/Favorite moment (R/R): I would definitely love to have had a different photography. We have no good photos from the day. I guess that’s what you get when you try to stay cheap. One of my favorite moments was my maid-of-honor sang her toast to the tune of some Disney song, which I can’t remember which one at the moment.
Care to share a couple of your favorite lines from your vows?: We didn’t write vows but we had MH’s uncle marry us and we wrote up what we wanted him to say. We definitely had something in there about watching Netflix together till we grow old lol.

@galactickates I love your doxies on your cake!
Did you do a first look or see eachother other at the aisle? MH didn't want to see me before the wedding so we didn't see eachother until I walked down the aisle.
What was the song you chose for your first dance: I Just Call You Mine by Martina McBride
Any drama or funny stories?: We had booked a limo because we had about 4 hours between the wedding and the reception, and I was really excited.

Pictures (In Spoiler):
@suzycupcake I should have smeared the cake all over his face! lol. Yes, it is a tattoo on my back. Good eye! I found another pic that shows my tattoo if you want to see it. It has no significance at all, I just wanted to be cool like my big sister and get a tattoo (she married a tattoo artist so she has tons of tattoos!).

@chopchop25 yeah it was was something really dumb, I feel like someone made fun of his dance moves or something
What was the song you chose for your first dance: Swept Away by The Avett Brothers
Any drama or funny stories?: They didn't serve our cake, but I was too busy to notice!

@jrm_14 I'm from the KC area, but I have some STL friends from college.
@jrm_14 I felt the same way...everything moved so fast and was so overwhelming that I didn’t even realize the pictures we missed until everything was over. I just tell MH we need to do it again
