Well I've failed terribly since posting a goal of exercising because of this chest cold. I've been getting winded going up stairs. But I'm on antibiotics and getting better so exercise is still on the list. @ashtuesday yeah, some of the spinning babies stuff I don't get but I'd like to do the upside down position daily with my yoga. If anyone has any tips for getting into/ out of that position without assistance, I'd be glad to hear it.
@fatstagnation I’m a huge wuss so I always have made MH spot me on the inversion.
So today was a positive and a negative. I spent my morning on the yoga ball but this afternoon has been a waste—my hips are driving me absolutely crazy. Maybe tomorrow I will do better. I’m going to do yoga before bed.
After laughing off the Spinning Babies stuff the first night, I actually did the streches yesterday and really liked them - and I was somehow actually much more comfortable the rest of the night! Recommend to anyone in the achy-all-the-time mode like me.
Ladies, I have started to tackle my car's trunk. I looked at my ticker and realized I have like 2.5 months...and that's if LO decides to behave. And reading some of those birth stories have been a real wake up call!
I finally had motivation Saturday morning to go to yoga. I get there and after waiting, the instructor doesn't show. Are you kidding me?!?! Took me 2 weeks go get my butt there and then that happens. Guess I don't need to work out. Haha
In other news I've been good about my water and hitting my 8k step goal. I changed it from 10k because without my run, I'm just not hitting it.
