@anewadventure Because I tie them like once a month... and then just slip them on and off. And they're the only things wide enough for my superwide pregnant feet.
@oldersis@dkizz82 That's amazing. I had a supervisor several years ago whose bump would kick so hard her ID badge (hanging on a lanyard) would go flying. I keep waiting for that to happen to me but no such luck yet
Ugh @kyrwyn yes. I wish I had slip ons for work but with only a few weeks left I'm not buying a whole new pair of work shoes, and I am sure as hell not wearing any of my other shoes in the dirty hospital.
I'm so pregnant that last night I literally spent 30 min cooking dinner on the stove only for my husband to come look and tell me that the burner wasn't on. I didn't even notice wtf

Lmfao these are alllll so freaking hilarious and true.
Im so pregnant , a client asked what I we were having and I answered breakfast burritos, lasagna, chicken pot pie etc..... I started naming all the freezer meals I’ve been preparing and eventually realized what they meant, if we were having a boy or girl. I can not stop thinking of food. Lol
@Skcobb girl you and me both!!!! SO bought super mega rolls from charmin last time at the store. Its like 6x the amount of a normal roll. He said if i go thru that in a day or two then something was wrong lol. I told him challenge accepted since your daughter kicks my bladder a lot. I started a roll today at 4pm so well see how long it lasts lol.
I'm so pregnant, that I almost cried happy tears when I woke up this morning and realized it was morning and that I slept through the night without waking to adjust positions or pee!

I'm so pregnant, I was in the kitchen and smelled gas....and that's when I realized I'd managed to accidentally activate one of the stove burners by nudging the dial with my enormous baby bump.
@jennasaisquoi when I was pregnant with the twins I actually burned my stomach on the edge of a pan because I did no accurately account for how large I was as I was reaching up to get something from the cabinet above the stove.

I’m so pregnant that in Target today I sat on the display shelf on the floor while the employee checked in the back to see if there were any of my favorite Oreos. Lol
I'm so pregnant I left the house without a bra for the first time in my LIFE. Just completely forgot it! I was going to Target to buy flannel sheets for the winter. Brought them home and washed them up. They are queen size and I have a king. Is it December yet????
I'm so pregnant that one of the VPs at work asked me what the "protocol" is if I go into labor at my desk. (He does not have children.) I have 3 more days before leave; it's not likely to happen.
@kyrwyn That's hilarious that they asked you that.... But I am seriously starting to think through what happens if I go into labor at work and the legit 'protocol' I'd follow. I'm hoping to work up until delivery, so this might not be out of the realm of possibilities... oy.
After putting a pair of leggings on our cart I suddenly forgot i had on pants at walmart on sunday and wouldn't come out from under a clothes rack for five minutes despite protests from SO. Only reason i came out was because SO texted me a picture of pants that i was already wearing.
@abcola My "protocol" was: I'll call DH; please tell building management not to tow my car; I'll get picked up by DH and go to hospital (if active labor or water breaks). If just cramping or starting contractions: I'll either drive myself home or, if unsafe, I'll call DH; please tell building management not to tow my car; then I'll chill at home until active labor/water breaks and it's time to go to hospital.
If DH can't be reached then there's plenty of people who would drive me to my delivery hospital. Then DH can come straight there from work. I'm not sure if this is the appropriate protocol, but it seemed OK to me from what I've learned in our childbirth classes.
