My heart is hurting for you. I will be thinking about you, baby, and your family constantly. Take all the time you need to process. We are all here for you and hoping and praying you get the best possible outcome.
I was feeling completely hopeless yesterday. I have been doing a lot of research online and there is one potential thing that can be done pre-natally that has been shown to help with lung growth. I am currently researching that. Only a few hospitals do it though. The closest one to me is Houston.
I'm so sorry to hear about this. Hugs and lots of positive vibes for you. Hopefully they can figure out a plan soon and maybe do the prenatal option now to prevent further damage. Lots of love to you and your family.

You guys! I am so excited. I heard about Dr. Kays who is apparently THE CDH doctor to see. Spends 80% of his time on CDH patients. His survival rates far surpass the country average. Most hospitals get 30-50% survival with severe cases. His is almost 90%! We are in TX and he is in FL. As long as the amnio comes back okay we are going to consult with him hopefully in December! He even personally called me last night to introduce himself and see if I had any questions. And to tell me there is hope and to not give up.

I will rave about TCH...they saved my brothers life after we were told he wasn’t going to make it. The nurses and doctors are amazing. If you end up there, you’re in amazing hands. But it sounds like you’ve found the man for the job!
