@anewadventure - I like the new model of the Tula because it doesn't need the infant insert and seems to grow easier. I figured one less piece to worry about buying/losing.
I haven't tried an Ergo on, but I did try on both the Tula and the Baby Bjorn (and both with one of those 15 lb dolls) and found the Tula to be much easier and more comfortable.

For those interested, I am pretty sure the Lillebaby All Seasons will be a part of Amazon Prime Days. I haven't used it, but everyone I know that has loves it.
As for the Ergo vs Tula, I have an Ergo 360 and a standard Tula. I had the Ergo first and I don't love it but I love the Tula, but DH prefers the Ergo to the Tula.
It's like buying clothes. Everything has a different fit on different people. I know this sounds like beating a dead horse in this thread, but if you're thinking about making a purchase, try and hit up your local BWI group first. You can try on for free and check out things monthly for a $30 annual fee.
Just to add my 2 cents in here, I loved my Boba wrap when DS was a newborn. I could wrap it on me at home and then just pop him in and out while we were out. I would recommend the Boba over the Moby though because I do not like how thick the Moby is. It makes it harder to wrap and also much hotter.
Another Structured carrier that I didn't see mentioned is the Kinderpack, which I have and love! Similar price point to the Tula and they make an infant size so you do not need an insert. I've heard Tula is doin the mesh panel in the middle of the carrier now too, but Kinderpack has been doing that for a while and helps keep baby cool during the hotter months.
I am so excited for this baby because I did not get into woven wraps until DS was a bit older so mostly did back carries with him. I'm excited to try some front and hip carries with my trusty wrap I insisted on keeping even when DH wanted to sell it

@flowerpower5838 You're my hero today. Between the PrimeDay discount and all the old gift card money I had on my account, I just got the Lillebaby 6-in-1 for NINE DOLLARS.
@elcd458, that's the one I was looking at but couldn't find any indication it could be used on the back. I didn't have a lot of time to dig to find out, though.
@kyrwyn, lol, I have LOTS of carriers (too many wraps ) I'm researching options for myhubby. He liked the Lenny Lamb SSC we used to have, but I'm wondering if the Lillebaby might be better.
@kvacmak, looks good! Make sure you focus on strand by strand tightening. It will help secure that top rail more and you won't feel the need to hold the baby
@NME44 ya I plan on practicing with DS a bit more, but he was being a wiggly nutcase last night so I wasn't into it haha
Yeah, it's harder to wrap an older baby who isn't used to being wrapped.
ETA: my son was just a bit over a year when I was trying to practice on him and he wouldn't let me AT ALL.
ETA again: he's almost 4 now and will let me wrap him for short periods of time. A little bit of sibling jealousy goes a long way (meaning he gets jealous of wrap snuggles, not that I pit the kids against each other or anything.)
@ktcakes87 I got mine today, too! I seriously considered strapping it on and putting a bag of flour in it, haha. Ultimately decided to wait, preserve my dignity a little longer.
I have two original ergo babies that I got from another twin mom. We've used them a handful of times. If I had to pick again and get another SSC I would do the Lillebaby. My SIL has one and its much nicer.
I also have a Moby. I'd stay away from them. The material is heavy and bulky and hard to wrap with.
I am a part of a few groups on facebook too and for this baby I actually plan to get a Wildbird Ring Sling. They run about $100 but everyone I know that has one just loves it. They come in many different colors! www.wildbird.co I believe is the website. There is also a b/s/t group on facebook too!
Is there a better carrier or style if you are large chested? I'm like 34h. Not sure if that matters or not? I think I want a Tula but not sure. It seems easy.

Ditto what @failuretofly asked. I got a Moby at a consignment sale and it looks more intense than my k'tan. Maybe because there's more fabric involved?
FTM here but I have the K'tan and the ergobaby omni (its the newest one that doesn't need an infant insert). I followed a video to try out the K'tan with a stuffed animal and it seems pretty easy.... Clearly right now is the time where i'd want to practice but my large and in charge bump doesn't make it too realistic of a 'trial'.... I'm excited to try wearing LO around... hopefully he likes it!
@babybison I wasn't a fan of the Moby because of all the fabric. It's fine of you're wearing it around the house, but trying to put that thing on while you're out at a store or, God forbid, have to redo it in a public bathroom, you drag the ends all over the ground and pick up all kinds of nasty germs. Also, i have big boobs so it was super uncomfortable for me. I'm looking at doing a more structured carrier this time, like the Ergo, Liliebaby or Tulla.

I agree. I have a moby too and wasn't a fan. It was way to heavy and way to much fabric!!

I am both overwhelmed by the complexity of wrapping and so excited about it! Watched YouTube videos of wrapping techniques for like an hour today!
