AFM I STILL can't get on mobile which is totally annoying. I've held out until now but I think I'll take a test tomorrow morning (it will be 9dp3dt). Fx @rallykat14 My RE likes the two x in the xdpxdt to add up to 14 before you can rely on any test. Sounds like your beta will be 12dp3dt? So should be reliable, but today being 9+3 really could be just too soon. Really hoping that's what it is.
The HCG level simulator that someone posted the other day was awesome. My resting level is really low and according to that I easily normally won't know until 15-16 days! I can't remember if it was on this thread or another so posting again.

So today is 14dpo and still bfn. Sigh. I was really hoping that the HSG magic would work. I guess the positive is that the progesterone did work some. My longest LP was 12 days one time. So it's been longer by at least a day. Although I did start spotting this morning and last night was the last night of progesterone. So I'm just waiting for AF to start our TI cycle.
A couple of questions. My paperwork says ovary check on cd1-3. But it says if you get AF over the weekend, to call and leave a message and they'll return your call on the next business day. So if I get AF in the next 3 hours, today is cd1. The first business day would be cd3. I wouldn't be able to just leave work for an ovary check. Can they do it on cd4 & start letrozole then?
And how soon after the cd 11 ultrasound do you normally trigger? That same day or a few days after?
@purplg8r I’m sorry for the BFN friend. It’s a slightly different situation, but they wanted me to start the Clomid on CD3 and take it through day 7 (could be different as it’s a different medication) Could you call first thing Monday and go in after work?
As for the trigger, I went for my US on CD 12, and triggered slightly less than 24 hours after that (they wanted me to do one more Gonal F injection CD 12 because my follicles needed to grow a bit more) so I took that at 7:00pm then triggered 7:30am the next morning (CD13)
They had me bring the trigger shot to the US because if all looked good I would’ve triggered then and there - so it all depends on how your follies look at the US
@purplg8r aw, man. That’s a bummer. I don’t have specific advice about your appointment timing, but before my ER, my doc also had me bring the trigger to the appointment and had me use it right there based on the ultrasound.

@RVAmom315 I know they said they only do them in the am. But now I'm having a hard time deciding if today would be cd1. (They said red flow before 6pm. It's turned from spotting to red but it's not heavy yet)

@purplg8r I started Femara on CD4, took it for 5 days, and then had my u/s a week after that on CD15. IIRC they did initially tell me to start on CD3, but I think AF came after they were closed on a Friday, so I had to wait over the weekend too. They weren't worried about the extra day when I called them that following Monday when they opened.
@purplg8r we have had discussions here about what our drs say to consider first full day of flow. Does your dr have a line to reach someone on call? If so, that might be a good option!

@Redpuma119 yeah, I remember reading those discussions. Before I started taking the progesterone, I spotted for a day or two. but then when it did turn red, it was definitely flow. But today I spotted for just a few hours and now it's red but not sure it's "flow". I think I'm gonna count tomorrow as cd1. I'm supposed to call the regular line and leave a message because this is a non-emergent call. (That's what it says in the paperwork)
Sorry I haven't been around today...so like a ding dong I got up around 5:30am and went to the bathroom so needless to say when I tested around 8 it was a BFN. Too early and too early without at least a 4 hour hold. Maybe tomorrow.

@purplg8r sometimes I would start the clomid or letrozole on CD3, sometimes CD 5, so hopefully it won't matter too much for you. As for when to trigger, it depends on your follicles at the CD 11 check. I triggered once on CD 10 because my follicles were ready. The latest I triggered was CD 12- but I usually O early (CD 10-12 usually) so for me that was standard.
@kiwi2628 I called today and they already called back and they're going to call today cd1 and I go in on Tuesday for my ovary check. It'll be interesting to see what the meds do because the earliest I've ever O'd was this last cycle, cd21. I'm hoping they work because I don't want to have to pay to come in again after cd11!
@purplg8r TBH I would try not to get your hopes up too much. Most people (myself included) need 2-3 scans before you are ready. Sometimes you go in first time and you are ready to go (happened to be once, but my scan was CD 10 and I O'd that cycle on CD 11...suuuuper early). They usually have you come in earlier than they think you will need to to make sure they won't miss it, and especially if you typically O later- letrozole can regulate you so you O earlier, but most likely you wouldnt be ready to O on CD 13. Just trying to help you do some expectation management.

AFM I STILL can't get on mobile which is totally annoying. I've held out until now but I think I'll take a test tomorrow morning (it will be 9dp3dt). I'm incredibly nervous and just keep going through the worst case scenarios. I feel totally normal, just like all of the other times. I know it means nothing but it doesn't give me much confidence.

My RE likes the two x in the xdpxdt to add up to 14 before you can rely on any test. Sounds like your beta will be 12dp3dt? So should be reliable, but today being 9+3 really could be just too soon. Really hoping that's what it is.
The HCG level simulator that someone posted the other day was awesome. My resting level is really low and according to that I easily normally won't know until 15-16 days! I can't remember if it was on this thread or another so posting again.

A couple of questions. My paperwork says ovary check on cd1-3. But it says if you get AF over the weekend, to call and leave a message and they'll return your call on the next business day. So if I get AF in the next 3 hours, today is cd1. The first business day would be cd3. I wouldn't be able to just leave work for an ovary check. Can they do it on cd4 & start letrozole then?
And how soon after the cd 11 ultrasound do you normally trigger? That same day or a few days after?
As for the trigger, I went for my US on CD 12, and triggered slightly less than 24 hours after that (they wanted me to do one more Gonal F injection CD 12 because my follicles needed to grow a bit more) so I took that at 7:00pm then triggered 7:30am the next morning (CD13)
They had me bring the trigger shot to the US because if all looked good I would’ve triggered then and there - so it all depends on how your follies look at the US

@purplg8r I started Femara on CD4, took it for 5 days, and then had my u/s a week after that on CD15. IIRC they did initially tell me to start on CD3, but I think AF came after they were closed on a Friday, so I had to wait over the weekend too. They weren't worried about the extra day when I called them that following Monday when they opened.

@Redpuma119 yeah, I remember reading those discussions. Before I started taking the progesterone, I spotted for a day or two. but then when it did turn red, it was definitely flow. But today I spotted for just a few hours and now it's red but not sure it's "flow". I think I'm gonna count tomorrow as cd1. I'm supposed to call the regular line and leave a message because this is a non-emergent call. (That's what it says in the paperwork)
