    Month/Cycle: 5/5

    CD/DPO: 26/11

    Timing: O,-1,-2,-4,-5

    Testing: Blaring BFN this morning.

    Typical LP Length: 12-13 Days

    Rant/Rave: BFN plus the fact that my boobs completely quit hurting this morning has pretty much made me lose all hope for this month. I can’t beleive we’ve been TTC for 1/2 a year already. AF due Monday per my app. I’m betting it will come a day or two sooner than that though.

    CS/Q:

    GTKY: 4th of July & Christmas. I love BBQ’ing with friends and fam and watching fireworks. I am a total Christmas nut though. I'm obnoxiously in love with all things Christmas.

  • @margorita30 - Sorry about the BFN. :( Crazy how fast time goes! I love the 4th of July too! Fireworks and BBQ's are my favorite things!

    Timing: -5, -4, -2, -1, O

    Testing: Beta on the 30th

    Typical LP Length: 13 days

    Rant/Rave: Busy day at work today- broken jaw on a kitten (I am so happy the owners have insurance!), back to back to back apps, but its lunch and making phone calls time so its nice to take a breath

    CS/Q:

    GTKY: What’s your favorite holiday and why? CHRISTMAS

    @margorita30 sorry about the bfn.
    @ajsanders-2 I’m super jealous of this Harry Potter fest and I have so many questions. What happens there? What kinds of things do they do? i hope you have a great time.
    @shortstack930 I’ve got everything crossed for you! Are you scheduled for a beta or testing at home on 14dpo?
    @kiwi2628  oh no! Poor kitty. Glad you were able to take a breather at lunch.

    Month/Cycle: 12/13

    Timing: -3,O

    Testing: I don’t do that.

    CS/Q:

    GTKY: What’s your favorite holiday and why?
    This is tough. Christmas and thanksgiving are neck and neck. I love giving people gifts and I love when my whole crazy family gets together for a meal. My grandmother LOVES to cook for the family and does it all for Thanksgiving.

  • @margorita30 sorry about the BFN

    @avrilmai yay for half days!

    @kiwi2628 did you have to wire the jaw? We had a cat with a wired jaw who was happy for about ten years after- she just drooled a lot!

    @kiwi2628: Glad you got a moment at work.

    @emmasemm: Sorry you’re not feeling well. Here’s hoping it goes away soon.

    Month/Cycle: 4/4

    CD/DPO: 28/10

    Timing: Warming the bench.

    Testing: No.

    Typical LP Length: 14

    Rant/Rave: The house is under contract! One more double mortgage month and then freedom!

    CS/Q: Chart in spoiler. I’m curious about temperature differences between FP and LP.

    *TW: loss* My OB tested and I had very low progesterone right before my MC. Some of my research has suggested that lower temperatures might indicate lower progesterone levels, so I’m kind of a bit obsessed with trying to see if my chart indicates that or things I can do to support hormone function. *End TW*

    If someone has looked into this or has more information on it and could direct me that way, that’d be awesome. TCOYF is on my reading list this weekend. I do have an appointment with my OB in the next few weeks and I’ll be checking with her about that.

    GTKY: What’s your favorite holiday and why?

    I love Thanksgiving. I enjoy spending time with my family and missed last year due to being on our honeymoon.

  • *Visiting from WTO* :)

    @lunapup Please let me know what you find out about your progesterone question.  I am curious too.  And TCOYF is on my weekend reading list as well.  I recently purchased a second-hand copy from Amazon and I need to dig in.
    @margorita30 Sorry for the BFN.  <3  Do you have any fun weekend plans?
    @ajsanders-2 Tell me more about the Harry Potter festival.  Do you go in costume?
    @shortstack930 Rooting for you! <3    Also, I agree 100% with your GTKY answer. :)
    @kiwi2628 Aw!  How did the kitten break it's jaw?
    @Avrilmai GL getting all of your errands done!  Is the wedding close by?   I love weddings!
    @blackhottamales  I miss you, friend!  <3  Did you change your little profile pic/avatar?  Sorry about the spotting...hoping it means something different.  Any fun weekend plans?
    @nmbrcrnchr1 Do you travel a lot for work?  What line of work are you in, if you don't mind me asking?
    @emmasemm I am so excited that YH is flying out to see you there.  What an adventure! Do you all have a lot planned or are you going to take it day by day?

  • @lunapup thanks :-)

    oh and it's really interesting with progesterone and temps.

    I always thought my progesterone was fine and the blood levels show fine in all testing over 2.5 years. I always get a clear temp shift after O and it stays up until AF.
    But! Last month I had my first IVF cycle and as there was no corpus luteum then you have to supplement progesterone- I used a vaginal gel and omg my temps were literally text book. So whilst my normal ones are still in normal range, with the supplementation it was a whole other level. Also temps fell much slower after CD1 which messes with the FF logic for determining the next O.

    However if you supplement vaginally you can't use blood work to know if you're getting enough progesterone working in your uterus as it passes straight there not over your blood. And with the supplementation the symptoms I got were soooooo strong. Messed with my body and my head! So I would also not recommend taking extra progesterone without needing to. Always with an OB or RE control.

    I learnt a lot the hard way about progesterone the last four weeks!

  • @emmasemm: Thanks for the info! I definitely wouldn't take progesterone without consult. I'm pretty rigid in following rules and reading the entire pamphlet that comes with any sort of medication. The only thing I've done is to be more diligent about taking magnesium and being consistent with my vitamins.

    @dukestar5: Will do!
  • @ajsanders-2 that sounds awesome! I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan.
    @dukestar5 I'm feeling better, thanks! This was actually my fourth IUI but my first one post endometriosis removal surgery and my first one on Femara instead of Clomid.
    @Avrilmai my RE only does a beta if you get a positive HPT so I'll just be testing at home at 14dpo. Enjoy the wedding tomorrow!

    @lunapup I'm pretty certain they can see hormone issues in our bbt charts. I have a low temp in my follicular phase; runs from 96-97 right before O. In my LP when we were doing natural cycles, I seemed to be 97-98 range. I'd be curious to know what you find out about yours. Keep me posted?

    @blackhottamales So sorry. Hugs.
