@RatParade +1 for team freezing! I cannot for the life of me get warm sometimes. I told MH I think its because all my blood is going to my ute but I just made that up I'm not sure if that is actually the case.

I'm still so tired and I still cannot sleep. I've been a little nauseated which seems to be directly correlated with how hungry I am. If I let myself get too hungry, I get nauseated and this morning I puked in the shower. Yay!
I had been constipated in the very beginning, and that seems better now. But, and sorry if this is TMI, but my b-hole hurts every time I go, and now I'm getting blood. This is my first pregnancy, but how is this happening ALREADY. I'm only 5 weeks and 4 days! Any tips would be appreciated- I'm trying to increase fiber and fluids, and have take a few baths to help relax. Thank you from me and my bhole.
@bearmoons Triple Paste diaper cream is gold - it helps with lots more than just a baby’s raw bum...your raw bum, rubbing under your boobs when it gets hot....
Another night of hardly any sleep. I woke up covered in sweat and shivering. Nausea is horrible. I tried eating crackers in bed. Only helped enough to get dressed. I cried the entire way into work this morning and sat in the parking lot in hysterics. I want to go home and get in bed. I keep reminding myself what all this is about and of course it makes me smile. But this morning has been the first time I completely lost control of my emotions. I wish I could hibernate for a few weeks.
@missylaneous419 I’m so sorry you feel so sick. Have you called your dr and asked them for some recommendations? I have heard adding B6 and B12 and unisom (unisom at night) to your routine can help with sickness and it will help you sleep. Check with your dr on anything you do of course.
@missylaneous419 I am so sorry you feel like crap. I went through that last pregnancy and had a total meltdown the day I went in to talk to the Nurse. I second what @zamora_spin said, and I would call your OB. You have to be able to eat, and function. They put me on Diclegis and it helped so much!! I'm sure they will have other recommendations to help as well. *hugs mama*

I will definitely call them today, thanks ladies! I have been taking a prenatal vitamin and S.O. just gave me a bottle of Vegan B Complex with B6 and B12 in it last night. So I will add that into the routine today. I'll definitely be asking about Unisom!
I'm having all the feels today about dd. I mean I obviously love that kiddo immensely but pregnancy hormones are about making my heart burst out of my chest. She's going to be a great big sister but it's making me sad because she tells me all the time she wants to stay little.
@LaceyBee522 - I listen to Pregnancy Podcast and Pregnancy Confidential. Pregnancy Podcast has more actual informative podcasts while Pregnancy Confidential has like weekly update things that start on week 9. It's really just a few women talking together and I probably won't continue to listen to it.
A cold is trying to creep up on me. It wouldn't be so bad if I could actually take a day off. I've been at my job 4 months (and 2 days) and you can't take PTO (vacation or personal/ sick) until you've been here 6 months. So any time off is unpaid. So I'm suffering through. I'm dressed completely unprofessional. I have on faded leggings under a long sleeve dress. I brought my hose to change into but honestly this is comfortable and Idc.
@missylaneous419 I asked the doctor today. She recommended half a pill of unisom every 12 hours (no more then one pill per day) and B6. She told me to take unisom kid to late morning with my nausea which hits early afternoon.
Y'all can add me to the weepy train... my sister sent me pictures of my baby niece (at my request) and I am fighting back the tears because she is so cute.
I was weepy but I haven't been for about a week. Sigh. Now I'm just sort of perpetually irritated.
Honestly, pregnant me is like the worst most exaggerated version of regular me. Nothing is actually that different from non-pregnancy, it's just MORE now.
@ffw0617 I'm new to my job as well and in the same boat. I left a job I loved with great benefits and a plethora of vacation to move here. Now I am starting all over again when I need those things the most, lol. It sucks when you can't take a needed rest day. I keep telling myself to fight through these days because I know I will need the time later on. I just have to control the tears at my desk. I feel like a full on loon. I'm not even upset about anything but the tears will just flow sometimes. And I've never been a crier! *shakes fists* damn you, hormones!
@marcus7676 thanks for the info! I put a call in to the office I am hoping for a callback soon.
Glad I guess that I’m not alone.... I’m almost 6 weeks today and feel like garbage. Threw up my lunch yesterday of soup. Felt sick the whole day after that and had to take the afternoon off. I’m so tired all the time and sleep like crap. Been at my job a long time (4 years) but still am afraid that all of this might effect things as I manage a ton of people. I already missed some work from the IVF process. Ugh. Hopefully it starts to get better.
TTC 4 years. 7 failed IUI's with either Clomid, Femara and/or Trigger Shots. Started IVF journey in February 2017. Polyps removed in May. 1st IVF Transfer September 26th. BFP. Expected due date 6/14/18. Baby boy born 5/25/18 at 6 lb 9 oz. My bundle of joy.
I'm not sure if this would help anyone else, but do you think we could format responses in this thread to add what week people are in when they post their symptoms? If I'm the only one obsessing about when certain symptoms might hit/affect me, please feel free to ignore this.
Two days in a row of migraines my last pregnancy I had a prescription of fiorecet but when I looked it up today it's Class C which makes me slightly nervous so I want to ask my OB at my appt on Tuesday.
8 weeks today (estimated until my US Tuesday) and the smells are overwhelming. I smell something at work that is making me queasy and I don't know who is responsible for said smell I just want it to go away. I had a dream last night that a nurse told me in a rude tone all my tests were negative for pregnancy. It's been a fun morning.
I am angry AF today, everything smells STRONG and HORRIBLE, if I eat I get heartburn immediately no matter what, if I don't eat I have this constant low-level nausea that makes my mouth water and it's so disgusting. I can't quit thinking about nasty foods and it makes my nausea worse. I need a flucking break from work but I have to save all my PTO for next year and I'm just alghsdjkfhgkljsdhfkjsefhjklklhfdgkjhsdfjkhd.
So yesterday I got some sort of bug and have had almost constant diarrhea for the past 36 hours. I'm pretty sure there is nothing left in me now. And there was a lot to get rid of because I had been battling constipation prior. But this bug has gotten rid of most of the cramps and bloating - it seems that those were just symptoms of constipation and not really pregnancy. So now I feel all weird because 80% of my pregnancy symptoms got pooped away

The nausea is BAD today. They had Reuben sandwhiches in the cafeteria today and I almost barfed walking in there. Instead I just high tailed it to the salad bar. .
I feel like I could die of thirst. And feel so weak. Totally my typical pg feeling. But hello could I just not feel lightheaded and like I’m going to faint 24/7.
@RatParade honestly, I'm so jealous of you! That sounds amazing (Although I am sorry to hear you're not feeling well) I haven't had a satisfying BM in about a week. I've had a lot more cramping this week too which I know is because of the constipation. I'm desperately trying to get things moving at this point
@bkrahn Exercise and drinking water helps me the most. Doesn't have to be vigorous, even just a long brisk walk wall drinking lots of water. Hope things get moving for you soon.
@tammy574 I’ve been feeling lightheaded/dizzy recently too. I try to up my water intake to help, but lying down is the o key thing that really helps.
@bkrahn I’ve found having a probiotic in my prenatal makes a difference along with my morning cup of coffee. It’s actually made me more regular than I was prior to being pregnant.
