This is a place for those of us who have already started TTC but have started infertility testing and/or treatments. You can express your thoughts, feelings, and frustrations on infertility. TTC can be a long journey naturally, then add in the difficulties associated with infertility and it becomes a whole new ball game. The road to infertility can be lonely, frustrating, and complicated, so let's make this a place where we can vent, ask questions, and support one another. Feel free to resurrect this thread at any point in the week if you have something to say. Treat this like an ongoing conversation.

AF came unexpectedly yesterday only an 11 day LP which is rare usually they are 14 days long so I was surprised. I go for BW tomorrow and then start on BCPs tomorrow night to prepare for hysteroscopy next week.
How are things going?
Eh okay. I talked to my nurse she said the BCPs is to keep my lining thin for the surgery next week. Which since AF came early will be day 13 instead of between day 6-10 which is what they need. She said usually the doc will say you can stop the BCPs after the procedure and then get a period about 4 days later.
Any questions?
Anyone been on BCPs for a short time before? Did you get a period between 4 days once you stopped them? My nurse said once they’re done you can start trying again but I’m worried they will cause an issue. I want to use all the time we have before IVF just Incase I am a SS

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) Consult
How are things going? They are starting to get going - IVF consult tomorrow afternoon! I told my coworker last Fri because there was really no good way to explain my soon-to-be frequent tardiness (we share a work space) and she was super supportive and willing to make the scheduling work, so that was a relief.
At my IF meeting last week, one of the ladies said that your body processes anxiety and excitement in the same way (I have not looked into this claim), so if you can convince your brain that what it's feeling is excitement and not anxiety it can help reduce and convert some of that nervous energy. I'm not sure if that's working, but I guess it's worth a shot.
Any questions? Nope, I have 2 pages for my consult tomorrow, so that's probably enough for now.
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why? Summer I love the warm air and all of the stuff there is to do. I hate being cold, and summer is so fleeting here that I have to soak it up while I can.
@beachbunnyxo123 Sorry about AF.
@shortstack930 Fx for a good u/s tomorrow!
@RVAmom315 Glad that you aren't experiencing Clomid side effects! That must be a relief. Fx for a good u/s!

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) First consultation appointment with the RE tomorrow. Feeling anxious, but also glad to finally get an interpretation of my bw, the hsg, and the sa.
How are things going? Pretty good. I've been very busy at work, which has helped somewhat. I also finally told my mom that we're ttc and going through IF testing (because I needed her help with the medical history for the RE paperwork), and she was very supportive.
Any questions? I already have a list of questions for the RE, but I think they're all the fairly obvious ones. Is there anything you learned later that you wish you'd known to ask your RE about at the first meeting?
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why? Joining the fall club! I like the cooler weather, the fall holidays, and the excitement of back to school season.
@darkstar42 Good luck tomorrow! All I can say is, it's a very overwhelming appointment, so make sure you ask your questions. I froze, and didn't ask as many questions as I wanted to (although it was mostly covered in the discussion) but I felt like I was being told a bunch of stuff, and then when it hit me later I had a million questions.

Diagnosis: PCOS
Cycle/CD: 9/20
Status: TWW
What are you doing this cycle?: Testing. Had my HSG this cycle, and an US on Saturday. DH has his SA at the end of the month.
How ie are you doing?: The last week or so was pretty rough, but I'm in a much better place today. I don't have answers yet, but at least I feel like I'm doing everything I can possibly do this cycle.
Also - this is my third cycle including Tribulus in my naturopathic regime, and it works really well for me. I've been ovulating a couple days earlier (for me - so around CD 18) and with a much stronger LH surge. Before I always had trouble with OPKs because they were just barely positive, but now they are much more obvious.
Any questions: Does anyone go a bit crazy on ovulation day? I've noticed I tend to be as bad or worse for one day on the day I ovulate. I feel like DH has no idea what hit him because I go from happy and horny to a meltdown.
GTKY: I think it's a toss up between spring because of the potential and summer because I love being out on the boat or working up at our property.
Cycle/CD - I have no idea
Status - Pondering
What are you doing this cycle - making health a priority so we can get KTFU next year. I think we're gonna do our first consult next month. I talked to DW about doing a partner IVF deal if they do that with INVOcell. She had a crazy good response to Femara (2-3 follicles each time for IUI with just 5 mg). I figured she could probably do the lowest stim they offer and still come out on top whereas I would need the higher dosages (I think I did 300 iu a day over 6 days when I did IUI with Follistim - and that only yielded 2 follicles for me). Then she'd also get her bio baby and not have to carry. That's a major win for her. She's terrified of giving birth whereas I didn't have a traumatic experience and while I wouldn't be super excited to go through it again the end result is worth it. Anyway, not sure what difference it would make if she used her eggs and I used my body to carry other than having to synchronize our cycles. But we'll find out more with the RE.
How are you doing - meh
Any questions - nope.
GTKY: spring 100%. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing everything come back to life, feeling the sun again, and breathing in the scent of lilacs and hyacinths.

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) letrozole and TI. And I have my IVF consult Wednesday morning!
How are things going? I am so excited for Wednesday! I am hoping to discuss everything with my RE, but especially timing. I am hopeful (although not confident) that we can get the ER done by Dec. 31st. This is my 5th cycle and I should get AF on the 29th, which means my following cycle (assuming its my standard 25 days long) would end on Nov. 23rd which gives me 1 1/2 months to get insurance on board, start BCP, start stims and do an ER. It will be tight, and based on insurance, may not even be possible, but thats the goal.
Any questions?
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why?
Fall! I love sweaters and boozy apple cider and fires in the fireplace and leaves crunching underfoot and all the colors and scarves and Halloween and my birthday and pumpkin picking and pies AND AND AND !!! Yes, I am so very basic.
Diagnosis (If you've been): MFI, AZFc
Cycle/CD: Cycle 16ish
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): Waiting for FET
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) Everything went amazingly well during last Thursday's ER. (29 eggs retrieved, 24 mature, 16-18 fertilized.) This Friday, we'll learn how many made it to day 5 and had snippets sent off for PGS testing. I'm still hoping for a November FET, but they said I'll most likely be December, depending on the PGS results timing.
How are things going? I was in a funk yesterday, but DH and I went for a walk in the evening and it was beautiful. My boobs are so confused by all the hormones and they've been hurting, but at least my ovaries feel 99% normal!
Any questions?
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why? Spring. It gets so dark here in the winter (no time change), so when it starts to be sunny into the evening and everything explodes with blooms, it's really spectacular.
@beachbunnyxo123 Yes, I have been on BCs for really random amounts of time. My cycle is pretty good at re-regulating itself, but it can jumble things up. I do hope that you'll be a SS, though!
@shortstack930 Good luck with your IUI this week! I hope your u/s looks awesome.
@RVAmom315 I hope your u/s goes well. That's good news that the Clomid isn't destroying you, but boo about the Gonal-F!
@zwink1 That's a neat way of thinking about the stress. Hey, it if works, that's a good way to think positively.
@darkstar42 There isn't really anything that I wish I asked (I had a pretty good idea of what would happen from participating on the boards), but I do recommend writing everything down and don't be afraid to question something if it seems wrong. From missing medications to conflicting information, you really have to become your own advocate during this process.
@Sailing_Mama I never used to notice the shift in my body until I started TTC and realized that I do that same happy/horny-->moody shift during O time. Now that I know it's coming, I try to use self-talk to guide myself through it. It doesn't always work, but ice cream soothes the beast. Hee hee.
@wishiwaspreggo I hope you get some good answers during your consult. I'll be interested to hear more about this process.
@rallykat14 I really, really, really hope that this is your time. Burrow in there, little embryo!

Cycle/CD: month 15/ cycle 10/cd30

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) finishing it on our own with progesterone suppositories
How are things going? Ok. Progesterone is screwing with me. My boobs are sore which never happens. So I know the progesterone is working. And I had my HSG this cycle. So I'm trying hard not to get my hopes up but it's hard. Bfn this morning brought them down although I'm hoping it's just too early. And telling myself even if it doesn't happen this cycle, we're doing something next cycle
Any questions? Yeah, 3
1) my dr wants me to stop taking progesterone if I still have a bfn on dpo 14. How many days after stopping progesterone did you get AF?
2) my re wants me to start taking ovasitol (which she said is expensive so I can take pre-mama instead) has anyone used either of these?
3) has anyone's H had to do a Semen culture (not analysis)? H said the urologist said to do a culture, not an analysis, and he can do the sample at home and just bring it in to Quest. H isn't the best at really listening so I'm not sure he's right
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why? Does football season count? If not, summer for sure. No school and I love tank tops and shorts.
@purplg8r progesterone also screwed with me re symptoms. And I still have them 1.5 weeks after stopping! However my RE said progesterone alone should not delay AF - mine came completely on time as per my normal LP.

@RVAmom315 Thank you! I’m trying to think through all the questions I might have so I can make sure to get them answered. I think the consult will raise a million new questions for me though.
@Sailing_Mama Good luck with all the testing!
@wishiwaspreggo Sounds like you and YW are talking through a lot of possible options. I hope you’re able to get a consult soon and figure out a good path forward!
@rallykat14 Fx for good bw results!
@kiwi2628 So many consults happening this week! I really hope yours goes well!
@AlohaKumu Fx for your results on Friday! Thank you for the advice. I will make sure to write everything down.
@purplg8r I hope it’s just too early for testing and this cycle will still be the one for you!
@shortstack930 GL at your appointment tomorrow and I'll keep my FX that everything works out with YH's schedule.
@RVAmom315 Wishing you all the best with the Gonal-F! Curious to see what it will with your ovaries. I got headaches my first Gonal-F cycle pretty bad but subsequent cycles weren't as bad luckily.
@zwink1 I heard something similar about nervousness and excitement because a lot of the physical and mental feelings are the same between the two. If you are a nervous public speaker, it actually works pretty well. I've used it when I'm feeling like I'm going to throw up before speaking in front of a large group or for an important meeting - you can somewhat trick yourself into thinking "This is so exciting and that's why I feel this way. I'm feeling really jittery because this is important to me and I'm excited to talk about it." I haven't done it with anything other than public speaking, but I can see how it might work in other areas too.
@darkstar42 GL with your appointment! Ask what to do if you leave the appointment and have more questions. That way you know exactly how to contact them, and if you do have more questions, you won't feel like you can't call/email/patient portal/whatever.
@kiwi2628 GL with the consult! The timeline does sound tight, but doable! I am also wondering if my best bet, for stupid insurance reasons, is to try to get in a retrieval by the end of the year.
@AlohaKumu Can't wait to hear the update Friday! Glad you got a good walk in with DH to help get out of that funk.
@purplg8r So far I always get AF 1-3 days after stopping progesterone. I haven't taken ovasitol, but I do take myo-inositol which is supposed to be good for PCOS. I don't know if it really does anything for me (I'm still here), but in studies it's shown to help regulate ovulation and improve egg quality. I actually don't know what a semen culture is... Sorry, no help there!
@rallykat14 How did it go?

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) treatment break
How are things going? I still have no idea when we are going to pick treatment back up and what that treatment will be. I feel like there's so much going on in my life right now that I don't have a handle on anything. Thinking about TTC feels depressing, and I need to change my attitude.
**TW** A few months ago some of you may remember that I was excited because one of my friends gave me a whole bunch of maternity clothes. She got KU accidentally again and now I have to give them back. Ouch. **end TW**
Any questions?
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why? Summer! Flipflops, swimming, tank tops, vacations, long days, barbecues, spending time outside.
@purplg8r From what I've seen most people get a period pretty quick upon stopping progesterone.
@50wife Any news today?
Afm -- just chillin' and taking my estrace, and by "chillin" I mean "quaking with constant anxiety about when we will get a pgd report and what it will say"
@madspunk I'm sorry about having to give those clothes back. Ugh, take care of you and focus on the things you can deal with first. You aren't alone and you'll work through this crap soon. I just know it!
@adirat Thinking of you and that report... Fingers crossed!
@purplg8r I usually get it within the week after stopping. I think once was 5 days and another time 7... Last time was 9 I believe.
@shortstack930 fingers crossed for you this week!
@AlohaKumu I'm so happy you such a successful retrieval. Hormones definitely impacted my mood for about a week after each retrieval.
@kiwi2628 I love everything you listed of fall!

@darkstar42 I will second @AlohaKumu in that my main advice stemming out of my own experience with my first consult is to be your own advocate and keep in mind that RE is not the only one out there....if you don't feel comfortable with them, move on to a different doctor. I had a bad experience with my first RE but I absolutely love the place I am at now and my new doctor!

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) Clomid + IUI
How are things going? Tomorrow morning I go in bright and early for my US to see if the Clomid had the desired effect of making me produce on my open side (one tube is blocked). So Fx!!!!!! If there's nothing on the right, we won't do the IUI this cycle....but if so then we will. It will be my first! I'm so anxious/excited....lol
Any questions? I'm kind of stressing about timing right now. H needs to go in on the day I get a positive OPK and make his deposit and they're also going to use that same sample for his SA....they said that for that sample to be ideally 2 days since last ejaculation but no more than 5 days. And we are supposed to be doing BD every other day now since I'm in the O window. So basically I really need for my O day to be an "other" day for the timing to work out....did anyone else struggle with this? How big a deal is it really if we BD one day and then I O the next and he gives his sample on that day? I want his SA to have the best possible results and the IUI to have the best possible chance of working, but just don't know how much to stress about trying to time it perfectly...
And to answer what I'm sure is a question you'd have, reading the above...no this wouldn't be his first ever SA. We had one done at our previous place last year but they lost the freaking records of it and we are at a new RE office now. So we have confirmed he has functional sperm and thus IUI is fine to go forward with...his last SA had low volume, however, which we blamed on the fact that he had just gotten over food poisoning. So this new SA will confirm, plus give our new doctor an actual record of it, heh.
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why? Definitely summer, I love warm weather, sunshine, the beach, and the garden producing fresh veggies and herbs in abundance. :-p

How are things going? Went to therapy yesterday so definitely doing better this morning. Of course, this long cycle is irritating.
Any questions? Has anyone ever bought a new BBT? Mine is over 2 years old and I'm afraid it may not be super reliable.
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why? Toss up.
@beachbunnyxo123 I think our bodies know when a test is coming up, and give us a wonky cycle just to add to the frustration!
zwink1 Glad things are working out with coworker.
darkstar42 Hope your RE consultation today goes well!
Sailing_Mama I definitely have all the emotions on/immediately around O.

@beachbunnyxo123 I have been on/ off BCP several times since starting treatment. I always get my period a few days after stopping.
@madspunk I would have had a hard time with that. I'm really sorry you were put in that position.
Diagnosis (If you've been): DOR
Cycle/CD: on BCP
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): waiting to start DE IVF
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) our donor has passed all the screening so now we are finishing up legal paperwork and then I think we can start cycling. I was told we should have an update mid-week.
How are things going? Ugh...the waiting. So much waiting.
Any questions?
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why? I'm in New England so we have beautiful seasons and I love them all for different reasons...but I hate winter. I hate being cold. If I didn't love the holidays so much I would just hibernate the whole time.

Take a look at my blog
@Sailing_Mama RE: Ovulation day...I have always had worse "PMS" around ovulation day, and hardly anything arounf my actualy period. I found out within the last year that I "probably" (words of my therapist) have PMDD, which is basically PMS on steroids. There isn't a ton you can do about it, but just knowing that my irrational meltdowns aren't my fault really helps... and it helps H too.
@AlohaKumu - I am so happy ER went so well. I am crossing all my fingers and toes that the bulk majority come back looking pretty and healthy and genetically a-okay!
@purplg8r - Progesterone didn't delay my cycle either, but I also didn't respond to it at all. Seems like you are responding, so I'm sure it'll be the average of 3-5 days for you.
@madspunk - uhm, what a crotch kick. Giving you clothes and then taking them back? Ugh. I hurt for you. If you figure out how to change your attitude regarding TTC, let me know. I've been trying to figure that out for years and I am still as depressed and bitter as always. Sorry friend. Solidarity?
@adirat - Ugh, the wait for the report has got to be the longest wait ever. Forget TWW, that's the worst.
@rallykat14 - I am crossing every finger and toe for you. I am praying so hard that this works!!!!!!!
@sapphire86 - Unless you have known male factor issues, it's better for the sample 1 day since last ejaculate than 5+ days. I would go every three days for now till you get a positive.
Diagnosis (If you've been): MFI/RPL
Cycle/CD: Cycle 40, I don't know or care what CD. I should be about ready for AF though.
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): TWW AKA WFAF
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?): I am seeing a new OBGYN at the end of the month. He'll be doing my monitoring for IVF, so I am just getting established.
How are things going? WHAT EVER is basically how I feel.
Any questions? Nah. I really need to get ISWTE to prepare for Jan ER, but I jsut haven't yet. Ugh. I am so over everything right now I hardly want to try.
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why? I would say Spring, but allergies, man. UGH.

@zwink1 that's so great that your coworker was supportive. It's so nice to have someone to confide in at work.
@darkstar42 good luck at your appointment today!
@Sailing_Mama I'm glad the naturopathic stuff is working well for you!!
@wishiwaspreggo that sounds like a great plan that will hopefully work out well for both of you!
@rallykat14 fx so hard for you!!!!
@kiwi2628 I hope your appointment tomorrow goes well and that the timing works out for you!
@AlohaKumu I'm glad you're feeling well and that you had such great ER numbers!
@purplg8r I hope it was just too early to test but I'm glad you have a plan in place for next cycle just in case.
@madspunk yikes, I'm so sorry about your friend. That can't have been easy. Hugs, girl.
So I had my ultrasound this morning and they saw a HUGE follicle on the right ovary (34mm) and a 12mm on the right and an 11mm on the left. They think the huge one might be a cyst because it's so big but I did tell them that I had a positive OPK this morning so they said it's possible that it's an actual egg and it's about to drop. So they drew my blood for estradiol and progesterone to determine if it's a cyst or not and they'll call me later with instructions. They said that if it's just a cyst then they'll bring me back in on Thursday or Friday for another ultrasound to check on the two smaller follicles but if it turns out the big one is an egg ready to drop then we have to have TI tonight and then IUI tomorrow morning. So I just have to wait and see for now but it'll be nice not to have to do the trigger shot if we do the IUI tomorrow!

@kiwi2628 I hope your IVF consult goes well tomorrow! I really hope the insurance cooperates with you, too. (I love all that fall stuff, too. Can we have a boozy apple cider party? Hee hee.)
@purplg8r I don't have any answers to your questions, but I can certainly empathize with the boobs hurting as a result of all these hormones. The poor girls!
@madspunk :hugs: I'm sorry it feels that life is so overwhelming right now. This whole process is so frustrating and can feel so demoralizing. Super side eye to your friend, though. Ouch, indeed.
@adirat I can't imagine how nerve-wracking this PGD wait is for you. I'm thinking of you and hoping for good numbers.
@rallykat14 I hope all goes well with your work trip today. (It sounds like you have a neat job!)
@sapphire86 How was your u/s? I don't have specific advice about the SA, but personally, I would favor the option that might get me KU. Can you talk to a doc/nurse and ask?
@dpjennifer Does the manufacturer have specific suggestions for when/if to replace it? It's possible that shelf life could be an issue, but I imagine there might be guidelines somewhere on the manufacturer page or hotline.
@laurad75 Yay for finishing that legal paperwork! I know using a donor requires all these extra steps, so it's awesome that the screening is done. I hope you get the report soon.
@KristoKekerooni I didn't end up reading ISWTE until about a month or so out from my ER, but I did find it to be really helpful and thought provoking. (I borrowed it from the local library.) I'm sorry you are feeling so meh right now. I hope all goes well with your new OBGYN.

@50Wife I popped on specifically to see how yesterday went! Thinking of you!
Diagnosis (If you've been): virtual azoo, robertsonian translocation
Cycle/CD: since Jan of 2016, I can never keep track. CD 30 something which is a little long for me.
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): WFAF but she doesn't seem to want to come even though I keep getting what feels like the start of cramps but then they go away.
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) canceled IUI. Waiting for IUI with donor next cycle.
How are things going? My mood varies day to day, but today is an okay day
Any questions? Anyone been on clomid and it extended their LP? I felt ovulation, but didn't do sticks or anything so I can't totally confirm, but that being said, I feel like my LP is longer than it usually is.
GTKY: what is your favorite season and why? I sort of love them all, but summer if I had to choose. I love the beach. But I do always want to live somewhere that we get all four seasons. I feel like Santa Barbara at 73 and sunny everyday would be a little too groundhog day for me.

Friday my HCG was a 3.2 they said .5 was not pregnant and 5 was pregnant. So I'm all like cool, I have a chance! Buuuuuut nah it was the last fucking drop of HCG in my system from my trigger shot. I knew Friday was too early but I didn't say anything bc I'm not the fertility doctor here.
I'd like to do another medicated IUI cycle (this was my 3rd IUI but my first that was medicated) and if it doesn't work, take some time off during the holidays and do IVF come Jan. I can't believe I'm typing that we might have to do IVF...
My work insurance covers a lifetime of 3 IVF cycles, but I'm on my husband's insurance right now. Luckily it's open enrollment for my work, so once I get the specifics and confirm what is covered, I'll sign myself up and then get the ball rolling on IVF come my first cycle in January.
Fuck all of this shit, am I right??
@beachbunnyxo123 Sorry for AF and her wonky timing. Hoping all goes well next week!
@zwink1 I hope all goes well with your consult today! It is so great to hear that your co-worker was so supportive of your situation. It is nice to know that is one less then that you may have to worry about during this time.
I have my FX so hard for you @rallykat14
GL with your consult tomorrow @kiwi2628. I hope things are able to work out for you timing wise. Since we will be moving into IVF next cycle it sounds like we may actually end up with somewhat similar timeframes.
@AlohaKumu FX you get some amazing news this Friday!!
@madspunk Damn, I am sorry you were put in that situation. That is rough.
@50Wife Well shit, I'm so sorry. Hugs.
Diagnosis (If you've been): unexplained

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) Back to Letrozole+Ovidrel+IUI
How are things going? Right now just kind of coasting along. As I have kind of mentioned before, since the IVF bomb has already been dropped I have pretty much given up any hope that this IUI would work. At this point I kind of just feel like I am just going through the motions hoping that this cycle moves quickly and we can just move on already. Go back in for scan and BW on Thursday, so probably looking at IUI at some point this weekend.
Any questions?

@RVAmom315 good luck tomorrow! Keep us posted!
@zwink1 that’s an interesting theory. Can’t hurt to try I suppose!
@darkstar42 glad your mom was supportive! iF can be a real B when it comes to feeling alienated and isolated so I’m glad you’re getting good support!
@Sailing_Mama glad to hear you’re getting as much done as you can this month! Hoping you get some answers and clarity to come up with a plan moving forward!
@rallykat14 girl I have my fingers crossed so unbelievably hard for you. Really keeping you in my prayers!!
@kiwi2628 that sounds like a great plan I hope it works out! I’m trying to time out when I’m starting stims for an ER do they always put you on BCPs in prep for a stim cycle? Then they take you off you get your period a few days later and then you start stimming? I wasn’t sure how it worked and my doctor is just focusing on the hysteroscopy right now.
@AlohaKumu how long did they say it would take you to get AF after your ER? You definitely called it the other day when you said your boobs were sore!
@purplg8r I only have an answer to question #1. I got my period the next day once I stopped my progesterone. It should only take a few days
@madspunk I am so sorry friend. All the hugs
@dpjennifer I’ve bought a new one before for the same reasons!
@laurad75 you are getting so close!!!! You have been so patient throughout all the waiting within the process!
@KristoKekerooni I’m not finished with ISWTE yet but I got it for the same reasons as we are also planning IVF for January. I feel the same way, just blah about everything but I’ve made a lot of changes already from the book and I feel better about myself from doing it. If you need some encouragement I’m here! Seems like we are on a similar timeline
@JuneRoseRuby I was on femara not clomid but my LP has recently been about 14-15 days which is definitely longer than usual so it could be a coincidence but i was wondering th same thing!
As much as I hope you or I or both as SS and get KU before January, I sure am glad I have a friend that'll walk through it with me.

@rallykat14 I have everything crossed for you. Really hoping this is it (the good it!). When is beta?
@kiwi2628 GL with the consult tomorrow!
@AlohaKumu I'm glad they said it was ok. I had to get a stitch put in during my ER so it is possible to have heavy bleeding after. Hoping this is just early AF for you though. Maybe that will help move up your transfer?
@purplg8r sorry for the bfn. I don't have any answers for you unfortunately. I've never heard of a semen culture before.
@madspunk that really sucks. Hugs to you.
@adirat any word on how much longer? I know the wait is aweful.
@50Wife so sorry for the let down and false hope. Definitely get on that insurance as soon as you can!
@shortstack930 I hope it's not a cyst and you can do IUI tomorrow. FX for you!
@laurad75 I know it is such a process and the waiting sucks. You are so close though! Hope you get an update tomorrow.
@sapphire86 I'm sure this has happened to me in the past. I would prioritize getting a good SA sample (so abstain at least 2 days), especially if there was an issue with the last one. You don't want to have to do another one. Just try to get the best timing around that as you can.
