I am lazy and have a LONG list remaining so here is a screenshot of it (in spoiler)! Purple = can wait, red = must do. There are also columns to the right for category/extra notes/status.
@blueskies17 We are a spreadsheet family too. I've started tagging things in our big list "NGH" for "not gonna happen." I find it really cathartic to just admit that a) I don't have time and b) I don't care that much.
I have gone a bit crazy/OCD with my lists. I have every day on a spreadsheet with 3 list; a pre-baby to do list, an at work before maternity leave to do list and a post baby arrival to do list. As we get things done and assign a task to a day I mark it off and as you can see some days nothing gets done... but such is life. I have also created a calendar for the maternity leave with a section to the right with all our possible combinations of pay, days avaible and additional deductions that will come before and after for insurance. Also one that could live with out google drive:)
@blueskies17 I love it! I'm always making these to-do lists and spreadsheets in Drive and sharing them with H. But I would wager $20 he has not even looked at the Baby Tasks sheet
For anyone else who loves making lists, I'm a big fan of Workflowy. It's a bare-bones, outline-style list maker but super simple. You can also #hashtag items to categorize things and then search your list by the hashtag (full disclosure I have not really used that feature but it seems cool!). I like Google Drive better for short-term, high intensity projects but I have had my workflowy lists going for years and reference them often.
Ex my Christmas organization list I reference every year
I tagged a few things #fun for fun as an example

I'm the type A personality as well, I've had a spread in my bullet journal for months now of all the prep we need to get done. I have a spread for most things, even keeping track of our diaper stock pile. I may have a bit of OCD as well.
We are doing the baby diaper BBQ on the 21st - Before then we have to finish scrubbing walls Buy bookshelves and reorganize the boys' room Buy the crib mattress (our old one apparently has mold on it ) Get the dresser from our friend so we can get baby clothes put away and Finish hanging pictures in my bedroom.
After BBQ Pack hospital stuff Make a plan for where the kids are going to be Find a coming home warm outfit Get a carseat cover Clean the infant seat Freezer meals Get everyone at work ready for me to be out Finish shopping/wrapping for Christmas
