For anyone else who loves making lists, I'm a big fan of Workflowy. It's a bare-bones, outline-style list maker but super simple. You can also #hashtag items to categorize things and then search your list by the hashtag (full disclosure I have not really used that feature but it seems cool!). I like Google Drive better for short-term, high intensity projects but I have had my workflowy lists going for years and reference them often.
Ex my Christmas organization list I reference every year
I tagged a few things #fun for fun as an example
April 2016 - AMH, FSH, Progesterone normal
June 2016 - HSG clear
