Thank you for your replies and creepy internet hugs. I'll take them any day.
Had some more brown spotting this morning, but no cramps or anything of that nature. Just that weird tampon feeling. Really hoping that when they call with my blood draw results that they'll be willing to squeeze me in for an exam. I'm not allowing myself to be too optimistic about the outcome. I'd rather this happen sooner than later if the worst case is going to happen.
Best of luck. I know you're waiting for them to call with results but you should always call with any spotting/bleeding.

Thank you all. I really appreciate your kind words. They said labs looked normal but they managed to squeeze me in for 1.45pm seeing as I'm spotting and still having a strange sensation down there. I don't know if the labs mean very much being that they're my first draw and there's nothing to compare them to. I've called my mom and shed a few tears, but she reassured me that my body knows what it's doing and whatever's meant to happen will happen.

All are welcome!
I got checked out by the OB/GYN nurse and she didn't find any cause for the weird "tampon" feeling down there. I didn't really press for a reason as I was just so relieved to hear that everything was normal. No prolapse or anything. They also tested my urine for infection, but nada. So I'm just going to accept that it might be one of those weird things and see if it eventually goes away on its own.
She did see some brown blood when doing the internal exam and said, "It looks like the blood at the end of a period." So not quite sure what to make of that! But again, she wasn't overly concerned as it wasn't bright red. She is sending me for another blood draw on Friday to determine if the numbers are increasing appropriately, and in the meantime I'll be taking progesterone orally at bedtime. Will know more by Monday.
Thank you again for thinking of me and offering words of support; I really hope I get to stay with you lovely ladies!

The bloat is oh so real. As long as I feed myself small meals throughout the day I am able to fend off the nauseous feeling for now. I know it will get to the point where it's over powering. I'm so used to not eating, just super unhealthy but it's just the pattern I had fallen in. Actually forcing myself to eat something in the morning has been tricky.
