It's still so early. But I'm noticing my interest in foods is decreasing. And there's one weird symptom I got with all my pregnancies... I call it yuck mouth. it's this cotton mouth feel, but it's in my throat. It starts after eating and that also makes me not want to eat. I noticed a smidge of it starting yesterday. cant forget my sore boobs. Like I cringe when I roll over in the middle of the night, while in a bra.

Just my full uterus feeling. It's a little better today than yesterday. Still waiting on the sore boobies! I feel like my nipples are a touch darker and maybe a little more sensitive, but nothing crazy.
No nausea to report. But like @catlady1215 I am also experiencing a lack of appetite. No specific food aversions, just a general lack of interest in food these past few days.
I know this is probably not true for everyone, but apparently studies show that more intense morning sickness may indicate that you're pregnant with a girl. It's believed that there may be certain hormones that are secreted by female babies that can trigger this nausea, especially in the first trimester.
I've been experiencing what I can only describe as the same feeling i had whenever I had a "let down" while breastfeeding DD. So. Weird. also, same as above, not as interested in food these past few days. Also, body aches. i spent this weekend away with some family and did a lot of shopping and my body is just killing me now! Crawling back into bed as we speak..
I am sooooo tired. I had the same symptom with my son, I'm hoping I get some energy soon. I've also had nausea, food aversions, and lack of interested in food. Other times im hungry but nothing sounds good lol. Nice to know I'm not the only one with these symptoms, I wasn't expecting them so soon!
I think (so far) I have the latest due date. Not feeling much on the symptoms yet, as I haven’t even gotten passed the “missed period” stage yet. I do feel like my boobs are more sore though. I’m kind of the opposite of you all on food at this stage; I want ALL the food. And I’m going to eat it. Because if this pregnancy is anything like it was with DS, the sickness will hit with a vengeance in a couple of weeks and I will want nothing to do with food for months. So I’m eating it all now while I want it. Gearing up for hibernation I guess you could say. Haha. I may or may not have just sent hubby on the first pregnancy food run to get me some Taqueria. I am noticing I am definitely more hormonal than normal - I bawled my eyes out watching one of the new Gilmore Girls episodes last night.

The sorest nipples EVER!!! I remember my boobs hurting last time with my son, but now just my nipples hurts. My shirt just grazing them is sooo painful!
@silvergreen - because of that old wives tale, I was convinced I was having a girl during my first pregnancy. All day sickness hit me like a Mac truck at 6 weeks and I was on meds until 34 weeks it was so bad. But we ended up with a DS A friend of mine said her DS made her WAY more sick than either of her two DDs. So while I used to think that one held true, I definitely don’t think so anymore. Haha
@chocomom2 ~ we JUST started watching the original episodes earlier this year. Super late to the Gilmore Girls party. We are ok our last episode of the new ones and then it’s all over
This is my second pregnancy. Just as with my first, initial symptom was very sensitive breasts. I've been sleepy, and it feels like I've got some round ligament pain. (Constant stretching sensation in lower abdomen) good times!
I have had MAJOR indigestion since before I even suspected pregnancy so that's still going strong. I also have food aversion. To most food. Thankfully no nausea yet- I had it pretty bad with my DS so FX I continue without it this time. I've had super sore boobs. And today I've been completely exhausted but my DS didn't sleep well last night so hard to say if that's why I'm so tired. I've had some minor cramping too but nothing worrisome.
Whoops! I checked this out a little further and apparently when they say "bad" morning sickness, it sounds like what they really mean is hyperemesis gravidarum! Referencing this study here.
The exhaustion hit me like a truck today. Should be fun with two toddlers running around. I didn't have any morning sickness with my first two, so I'm hoping that extends to this pregnancy too. No major food aversions yet, just a slight sensitivity to vinegar at the moment.
Really bad nausea in late afternoon/evening. Like almost debilitating, need to lay down as soon as it hits. I don't remember this much naseau so soon with my first.
I am so exhausted. I feel like I could sleep 22hrs a day, but still can't sleep at night. Ds just started sttn this week so my body is just used to being up all.the.time. And of course last night he got a fever and was up crying all night, poor guy is cutting molars.
i kinda got a symptom question. my last pregnancies (either successful or loss but had symptoms), the ms felt like a hangover.. which is what you hear usually. I'm curious about a just straight upset stomach. sat I had the slight hungover feel. yesterday was good till a wave of 'gross' in the evening with no appetite. but today my stomach is just upset. drinking my lime Dasani water is good and I had toast with no issues. But this early, its hard to tell if you're feeling the pregnancy or just sick. I just usually hear 'hungover' not 'upset stomach'.

@catlady1215 I don't know if I would describe it as hungover. Last pregnancy, I would almost feel sea sick. I never threw up, just had almost constant nausea - - I would feel better eating, but nothing was really appetizing. I had to keep ginger cookies nearby at all times.
I continue to get this sensation that something is stuck inside, I can't really pinpoint if it's the vagina or cervix, but it kind of feels like a misplaced tampon. It's kind of frustrating/worrying me. Google isn't helping, especially as most ladies who post about this are much further along in their pregnancy. Not seeing the OB/GYN until the 18th, but wonder if I should mention this to them?
@silvergreen my opinion on this stuff is if its something you can't stop worrying about, it can't hurt to call them and see what they say. hopefully its nothing!

@catlady1215 Your post motivated me to call, lol. I spoke to the nurse over the phone and she said it's still so early and that as long as I'm not spotting that I shouldn't stress too much. She told me I could go get labs done today for peace of mind and that if I'm still having the sensation tomorrow when they call with the results then they can make room for an appointment just to check things out down there. I've had this on and off the whole weekend. So uncomfortable. In my mind I keep imagining post-D&C scar tissue in my cervix as it's trying to close or something. So weird.
@catlady1215 ~ I can see what you mean about it being like a hangover. For me though, it was more straight up upset stomach or being sea sick like @marcus7676 said. Mine was a constant, awful nausea that was constantly present until about 34 weeks. I rarely threw up, but I almost wish I had more because it might have made me feel better. But honestly, the times I did throw up made me realize that thought process wasn’t true either.
@silvergreen it never hurts to call and go get checked for peace of mind Also, I read an early symptoms article last night and thought of you because it mentioned some women (especially STM+) can feel a feeling of fullness in their uterus as an early symptom and that it’s not in their head some women are just more prone to feeling it/recognizing it than others.
@BurlapandLace Thanks! I did find similar info that gave me a little peace of mind. My first pregnancy was more typical of the symptoms you ladies describe - super sore boobies, mild cramping and a little nausea. The two days after this BFP I had major bloat, but now it's mainly sensations in the uterus/vag with the occasional mild cramps and bout of dizziness. I was told to stay on pelvic rest for now. I think I'll feel much better if they take a look down there. I can't stop this stupid PGAL brain.
I've been feeling pretty well, but pregnancy and PMS symptoms are so freaking similar I didn't know what to think. Today I have a headache and feel sort of yucky.
I need to look up my approved med list again. Remember
@silvergreen glad you called! hopefully the lab results will help you ease your mind. but I'm glad they're being so willing to see etc!
@burlapandlace that makes me feel better to hear. not that I want an upset stomach. but I'd so much rather hear it someone else has described ms that way and it possibly be pregnancy. its just not my norm. I'm not a vomiter, I literally have a true fear/phobia of stomach viruses/vomit so I'd happily deal with it than throw up lol. but its gone now atleast, and I just ate lunch.

@silvergreen I'm glad you called and will be able to get in for labs for peace of mind!
I just have a few symptoms so far thank goodness! I'm hoping this one is like DS with very little MS! I am tired, cry easily, and peeing constantly!!

The only symptoms I've had so far are tender/sensitive nipples that seem to be always erect now. I had a full/cramping feeling all weekend that I always get before a period so that was stressful, but today it's gone away and is now just a bit twingy. No ms or fatigue though. Mostly just excitement and panic haha.\
@burlapandlace I'm glad you said something! Oh the gas! My husband is dying haha

Just had my blood draw done. I actually am starting to suspect some sort of prolapse based on what I've been reading. Kind of got panicked about it, but then found this and am a little less stressed. Is it entirely possible to have a prolapse without ever giving birth before? I know I had my suspicions that the D&C may be the culprit for whatever I'm feeling, so it's definitely something I intend to discuss with my OB/GYN if they're willing to see me tomorrow. It's a one-woman practice so it's always super busy and super long wait times!
The only symptoms I’ve had so far would be nausea here and there (especially when DH makes bacon), fatigue, and for some reason foods/drinks that I like have been tasting bad/weird.
I can’t tell if I’m tired because I’m pregnant or if I’m tired because I’m not finishing my usual cup of coffee because of the weird taste! Even my favorite dark chocolate tastes bad
@catlady1215 with my previous pregnancies it was typically just upset stomach. Once you top that with exhaustion and food aversion you might as well be hung over.
