@adirat Yay for triggering! 1AM is unpleasant though - for exactly the reasons you stated. Multiple alarms are key . I had anesthesia for my hysteroscopy back in February and the procedure wasn’t til like 1 - I was soooooo hangry. Definitely too late for the chick-fil-a breakfast with which I’ve come to reward myself after these things (I got ramen instead ).
@latvaughanash Just know that you’ve done everything you can And you don’t know (nor do I really) that that fert report call will be bad - it could be great news. First cycles are often learning cycles (I haven’t done the same protocol as my first one again), but they aren’t always. You have every reason to be optimistic!

Ladies the results are in. The tears are following as I get to say it is a BFP, beta is 75 which makes me nervous of course BUT they are happy with progesterone being over 40 and E2 is 447 SO I'm gonna try not to be a nervous wreck and pray for some doubling numbers on friday! I'm thinking my lil pnut took a lil time finding just the right spot to get all cozy in
Funny I didn't mention my fire vag as I"m sure you all want to kno ...the RE that was on call fit me in along with doing a urine culture. I will save the details except my RE stating she has never seen such a severe reaction before, and my vag is anger. Super inflamed and on fire from the inside out...can't wait to see how she does with labor At least I can make jokes...praying I will start to feel some relief soon. There was still a bunch of crinone that needed help coming out.

loverin I'm really sorry your other lil guy didn't make it but try to focus on your lil pumpkins for now....easier said then done. Since doing PGS I have that extra added bonus of the loss your experiencing and then hearing others are abnormal...in my heart I think they're perfect. Feel sad its you're feeling and you're allowed...its so hard IF sux straight up!!!! (TW hear in my TWW i'm trying to stay so very positive and praying my bean sticks...and I was in temple last week and there were a few new borns in the crowd and it just broke me...that should've been me with my twins this year. I tried to convince myself that my nugget is still with me for the new year just in my belly...it was the jewish new year this past week. I try to find anything to make peace with the additional loss. I cried while I was there, its the reaction but I tried to move past it.TW) Once you get your miracle it will help you feel better I hope!!!
emmasemm I"m glad to always make others smile, laugh in all forms...and yep that mean me on fire since saturday! My girl is not happy inside and out. Always lovely to shock a dr including the resident she had with her and he's like so what so you call this. A terrible reaction you don't normal see this bad...gee thanks! Love being an over achiever! How are you feeling? will you POAS?
artemis618 hope your trigger went well, best of luck in ER tomorrow hoping u have some golden eggs waiting for you!!
latvaughanash you're very smart and should relax there is nothing else you can do at this point! But it sound like you're already off to a great start!! Hope everything goes well and you have great mature eggs ready to go! The early ERs r tough...bonus for you is you don't have to worry about fasting the morning
DecemberDoll27 love the gif! Well I did POAS today and I have to say that the line did not seem darker then the day before - did that make me nervous absolutely BUT hcg takes 48hrs to double so that is what I"m telling myself. My beta was 75 so I'm praying so hard it will double on friday and i have a fighting chance...u know its one hurdle down and onto the next!! How are you doing?
adirat wow 1am good for you I would've loved a later ER, and you can brush in the morning so hopefully that will keep you a lil wet.

@Hopeful_mom I am doing ok, only about 50 hours left till my beta results. I refuse to POAS before the beta. I am being cautiously optimistic at this point. I barfed this morning! and I am gagging at everything for the last couple of days. It was like that last time so it gives me hope that my little one is trying to let me know that he is there. Or maybe I am a stress puker, that is a possibility too. Other than that I am just trying to keep myself sane.

@FuzzyDust do you have any other symptoms? My boobs used to be super sore ever since the trigger but now I can hardly feel it ( only if I squeeze them LOL). And I am bloated a little and have to pee every 60 min on the clock. But it all could be progesterone and huge amounts of herbal tea I consume all day at work. I am afraid to be hopeful I guess and I talk myself in and out of symptoms!. Ohhh and I am not sure I said proper congrats to your awesome BFP! I told my husband how you got your bfp ( leaving the test for 2 hours and questioning the second line) and we had a good laugh/cheer about it. DH is actually getting kind of interested in all of you, ladies. So after asking me how my work day was, he asks we what's new on TheBump every day. I think it is very sweet of him.

@loverin I'm so sorry you don't have any Blasts to freeze. I'm in the same boat (2x now) and It's really hard to emotionally cope with what that means. Let's just keep praying on our little ones in us! They are our hope!
@latvaughanash and @adirat good luck with your ER tomorrow! You will both be great! @adirat I'm so confused, I had a late trigger too but could still eat/drink until midnight the day before my ER. Are they making you fast sooner?! That is no fun- I'm sorry- but It will be worth it!
@Hopeful_mom Edited: YAY!!! Okay thinking of you still (per previous comment) but this made my day. Hope your angry vag (lol) also starts to feel better soon!
@DecemberDoll27 your DH sounds like a sweetie! I love that he knows our stories!
@krenee124 How did it go today!? Was the cyst still there? I hope the doctors eased your mind!
AFM, I gave my nuggets a pep talk on determination and perseverance today. They better listen to their momma! Is anyone getting major headaches and cramping? I usually lay off the meds but I took my first round of tylenol this AM because I just couldn't deal anymore. Maybe its the Progesterone?

Omg omg omg @hopeful_mom!!! That is awesome news!!! I am so happy for you! And hopefully you are the start of a great set of results for September!!! I really do ho hope your vag calms down soon! Oh and I have been POAS every day since trigger (once I started I couldn't stop) - so since Saturday have seen definite negatives every day, trigger definitely out, and as I am only 5dp2dt I don't expect a positive yet anyhow (I mean it's like 7dpo) - next Monday/Tuesday I guess could be the earliest
@decemberdoll27 this has to be the only situation where I get to say fantastic news on barfing lol! I have everything crossed for you. And I already have an hour countdown going on for my beta on 6th October. I'm trying to think up excuses to get them to accept me on 4th already...
@adirat that's really strange they said nothing to drink. Firstly that you need to stay well hydrated. Secondly that I had nothing to eat or non-water drinks from 12 hours ahead, and to drink last water 2 hours before. If I were you I would check with them again.
@cxsimo08 yes im in the headaches and cramping club. And nausea and dizziness and a feeling similar to low blood pressure or blood sugar. Also weird fluttering feelings. I'm also not sure if it is all just from the progesterone or if anything good or bad else is starting to happen. That's on top of my giant boobs and alternate hyper energy and extreme tiredness. I'm am literally falling asleep on the couch within five minutes each evening. Oh yeah and peeing like crazy (but I'm also drinking 4+ liters a day so it has to go somewhere...)
@latvaughanash great to see you back and ready to go tomorrow! Fx for good numbers!
@artemis618 also gl to you tomorrow! Fx for your count!
@loverin awwww so sorry to hear about the one they were watching, at least you gave it every possible chance. And fx for the ones you're cooking inside
@businesswife I bet you are super nervous for your report on Friday too, but I have everything crossed you will have a great freeze report and all you need in the bank for your big family wish
All the activity is crazy to keep up with but it is so great to have you all to go through this with. Nobody IRL (except my DH and doctor) knows we are even TTGP let alone doing IVF so you are the ones I can be open with about it all. September ladies rock!

OK, sorry for not keeping the spreadsheet up to date every day - but right now it should be up to date! Link is above.
Once again you can view, but please PM if you need something changing if I've got it wrong reading through our 13 pages of action! You can't change it yourselves as I was concerned about any crazies or drive bys messing with it.
Also if you want to be added to or taken off the spreadsheet, just shoot me a pm. Totally optional.
Who needs to watch TV when you can follow our awesome September thread ;-)

@FuzzyDust @DecemberDoll27 GL counting down till beta-time!!!
@adirat I had to do NPO after midnight both times, too. 1030AM definitely sucked a bit for DH because he has diabetes and will go low if he doesn't get to eat, and if I'm not eating, he's likely not eating lol 7am was much better except for having to leave at 530... but my hysteroscopy coming up isn't till afternoon so I will be NPO all morning at work, trying not to pass out lol. Will you be home at least??
@emmasemm I am so appreciative of your time spent updating the spreadsheet! Wonderful to see how much progress we have all made
@businesswife Yes, I am at home, fortunately. I'm going to try sleeping in late and seeing if that helps! We'll leave home at 11:30 so if I sleep until 8 or something it shouldn't be terrible. Also...I'm pretty sure I'm going to drink some water in the morning, anyway, because apparently the new medical advice is that water/clear liquids are OK up to 2 hours beforehand. Not going overboard, but not going to die of thirst
@emmasemm I have been ok. Super tired, sore nipples went away yesterday but could be my body just used to the progesterone levels now? Cramps and BLOATED. I get random dizzy spells,(usually if I'm walking fast at work) and after food I get kind of "picky tummy". Not full on nauseous but just like:Eh. Drinking a ton of water and peeing more than usual. It's been near 90 here in NH for the last 4 days so I've been miserable.
Trying to just keep calm, meditate each night and get good rest. (And count down til, vacation starts on Saturday!!!) You?
DecemberDoll27, Not sure which of my symptoms are from Progesterone shots, Estrogen pills, and which are from rising hCG, but here's what I have: Waking up nauseated (progressed to feeling nauseated all the time now, worse when hungry) - "nausea and dizziness and a feeling similar to low blood pressure or blood sugar" as @emmasemm put it. Very bloated, almost like I was when I had ohss after the ivf cycle. Sense of smell is crazy. Food aversion to some things (coconut lime kombucha from Costco tasted like dish soap), and cravings for warm savory liquids - Pho soup is my best friend right now + lots of tea. Need to pee every hour. So tired, and feel out of breath very easily + sore lower back. Cramps on and off, but not as intense as AF cramps. And the biggest symptom - unbeatable desire to compulsively read this forum and all I can possible google on embryo development during the week after implantation

@rainbows2018 I have everything crossed for your freeze report today!
To all the PUPO ladies here let's hang in there! Everybody's symptoms sound very promising!
AFM, I cried my eyes out last night, all the symptoms disappeared when I got home from work. My DH keeps telling me that I am prego and I am just afraid to believe it. I had very strong cramping for about 15 min in bed last night, it felt like very strong AF, I even went and checked for bleeding a couple of times ( even though I know that you can't get AF while on progesterone). Barfed again this morning, apparently coffee is my trigger. That's what triggered it yesterday as well so DH and I were experimenting with it this morning to see how it goes. 2 sips is all it took. But I still don't believe... :-( I totally psyched myself out by reading about how women imagine pregnancy symptoms and the body replicates them. I am a mess. 31 hours till beta results. Sorry for being so negative.

Thanks @DecemberDoll27and@cxsimo08 . Haven’t heard from my nurse yet - it’s driving me insane. Also, I have to say reading everyone’s symptoms is far more interesting than my work right now.
@DecemberDoll27 Those sound like symptoms to me! Coffee aversion is real! And remember it is SO early. I had hyperemesis gravidarum with my loss pregnancy and even that didn't start until 5+6 (oh yes I remember the exact day).
Ladies, I got my Fert report. Of the 8 fertilized, only 2 made it to blast. I guess I’m disappointed to say the least. I expected to be left with 4 or 3 at a minimum. Now I fear what’s going to happen with genetic testing - what if I’m left with none?? Scheduled a call with my RE for tonight to discuss but we won’t have the PGS results for another couple of weeks.
@rainbows2018, I am sorry only 2 made it to blast, but two is not that bad, it only takes one, remember? Did they already do PGS and now waiting on the results? Fingers crossed you will end up with both of them normal. Also somebody posted an article about PGS testing on here recently. It basically said that it is possible that embies that test abnormal still can self-correct and lead to a normal baby. Just don't lose hope

Hi ladies! I’m sitting here at the Chick-fil-a (conveniently less than a mile from the facility) with my reward breakfast sandwich and hashed browns . (Edit: that was supposed to be a smiley face :P)
So...33 is more than 6 eggs. No suppression apparently makes a difference. We’d be THRILLED if we got 8-10 fertilized. I’m a little concerned about quality since I’ll be 40 in a week and a half (and my estrogen at trigger was actually a touch lower than when I got 14 last cycle), but we’re hoping for the best!
@rainbows2018 I’m sorry you’re disappointed, but two blasts are more than I got my my first cycle. And quality really is what matters, so there is definitely still hope!

@artemis618. Wow!!! 33! Enjoy that chick-fil-a! You earned it. ;) keeping everything crossed for some good reports.. (((hugs)))
@rainbows2018. That is so hard when you have fewer make it, than not make it. Keeping everything crossed your two little fighters both come back normal! And even if they don't, I agree with PPs, that still wouldn't mean they couldn't be transferred and correct and result in a beautiful, perfect take-home baby! I will keep everything crossed for a wonderful outcome... Will be thinking of your while you wait for results. ❤
@BusinessWife How is it going? When are you getting your freeze report? Should be today or tomorrow, right?
Me 30, DH 39 TTC since Aug 2015, BFP Apr 2017 - late diagnosed EP, right tube removed, left tube scarred. Dx: tubal IF IVF Sept 2017, 7 R, 6M, 6F- 4 blasts, 1 transferred fresh - CP FET #1 Dec 2017- BFN FET #2 Jan 2018- CP FET #3 BFP!!! EDD 12/15/2018!
@DecemberDoll27@FuzzyDust@BusinessWife Thanks, ladies! New RE, new protocol, new lab (incidentally, it was way easier than I thought it would be to switch REs - we had our initial consult on 8/31 and 28 days later we were at ER)...I'll suppose we'll see (w/fert report) tomorrow...
@DecemberDoll27 Well, six was our threshold for half ICSI/half IVF (if we had 5 or fewer we'd have ICSI'd all of them even though we had a bad experience with ICSI our first cycle), so we're doing half ICSI, half IVF (because I'm a Libra and terrible at making decisions :P).

DecemberDoll27 hope you're feeling a lil better, try and be easy on yourself. It so different and so many ppl dont have symptoms every second of the day at all. I wish I could FF (fast forward) time and feel ok about everything! Being a mom is worry worry worry from every moment in time.

Also, I had a large cyst on one of my ovaries that my doctor was able to drain at the same time, so really grateful to have that done too!

Re: September IVF
@latvaughanash Just know that you’ve done everything you can And you don’t know (nor do I really) that that fert report call will be bad - it could be great news. First cycles are often learning cycles (I haven’t done the same protocol as my first one again), but they aren’t always. You have every reason to be optimistic!

Funny I didn't mention my fire vag as I"m sure you all want to kno ...the RE that was on call fit me in along with doing a urine culture. Super inflamed and on fire from the inside out...can't wait to see how she does with labor At least I can make jokes...praying I will start to feel some relief soon. There was still a bunch of crinone that needed help coming out.

Diagnosis: Unexplained
2 IVFs, 8 IUIs (2 Clomid, 6 Injectables)

Looks like tomorrow is pretty busy - freeze report for @rainbows2018 and ERs for @artemis618 and @latvaughanash
Friday is also a bit crazy with 2nd beta for @hopeful_mom, first beta for @decemberdoll27 and ER for @adirat
Good luck to all!
Who needs to watch TV when you can follow our awesome September thread ;-)

@FuzzyDust @DecemberDoll27 GL counting down till beta-time!!!
@businesswife Yes, I am at home, fortunately. I'm going to try sleeping in late and seeing if that helps! We'll leave home at 11:30 so if I sleep until 8 or something it shouldn't be terrible. Also...I'm pretty sure I'm going to drink some water in the morning, anyway, because apparently the new medical advice is that water/clear liquids are OK up to 2 hours beforehand. Not going overboard, but not going to die of thirst
Trying to just keep calm, meditate each night and get good rest. (And count down til, vacation starts on Saturday!!!) You?
@Hopeful_mom congrats!!!
@cmiller73and @DecemberDoll27 those symptoms sound promising
Waking up nauseated (progressed to feeling nauseated all the time now, worse when hungry) - "nausea and dizziness and a feeling similar to low blood pressure or blood sugar" as @emmasemm put it.

@emmasemm you are amazing! Thank you so much for the detailed spreadsheet. The way to my heart is through excel (and food). I'm obsessed! Also, your symptoms sound amazing. (Lol not a sentence I thought I would ever say) FX! Glad I'm not the only one cramping up! Mine does happen more at night as well.
@adirat Ugh, I'm hungry for you right now but just plan on stopping at an amazing fast food joint on your way home and indulging. Totally worth it! FX for tomorrow!

@artemis618 and @latvaughanash Good luck with ER today sending all the good juju your way today! Let there be lots and lots of mature eggs!

Hope all went/is going well @latvaughanash!
@rainbows2018 I’m sorry you’re disappointed, but two blasts are more than I got my my first cycle. And quality really is what matters, so there is definitely still hope!
