@Hopeful_mom so do you do PIO daily for the first 6 days and then once every 3 days? How much do you inject?

as for Lupron, since it is considered "fertility" I won't be able to get it paid. Because it goes to my lifetime. If I paid OOP it would have been $600. But from the insurance they charge 1.5-2 times as much. So I will end up paying for it "insurance" cost. Which is much more than the $600 OOP. Oh well. I stopped caring a while ago. Haha

As of now i'm doing the PIO every 3 days...i think its because i'm on the crinone 2x that i don't take the PIO as often at least for now...should i be taking an extra shot of it for good measure

Follow their protocol. I'm sure they know what they're doing! Be happy you do PIO every 3 days. It makes PIO really not bad. Because I think the worst is that one side hasn't recovered and you already have to inject there again.

Almost had a heart attack. I have a bag with Lupron and ice packs and when I went thru security the bag disappeared. So I thought someone took it. So like a crazy woman I started running in circles looking for it and yelling to security that someone took my bag. Only to find out they put it aside as they wanted to do the extra check on it because of the ice packs. Pffff

hi ladies,
ugh, i'm extra exhausted! between back to work and bad sleep, I am tired! I do wonder how long I will be at work. I will stay as long as possible, but my feet/ ankles are so swollen that I don't even have shoes that fit!

@hopeful_mom -I am SO HAPPY that your level is 300! and that your transfer is on MONDAY!!!!! this is such awesome news! also great the PIO is only every 3 days...I don't wish that shot on my worst enemy.

@prudence9-2 -your bag story is hilarious...they probably did think it was something suspicious with the way you were acting! did you have to explain it was IVF drugs? also awkward! lol...SO glad it wasn't actually missing. I also think you should fight with insurance so you can pay OOP price!

prudence9-2 you ordered it through freedom pharmacy? yes you can call and tell them to change it! I did the same thing with my ovdreal trigger (i'm spelling it wrong i know) And insurance was charging me 150 and freedom charge 99, so in the end i paid the freedom price.

@LoveDontCostAThing sorry your tootsies are giving you so much trouble already!! I'm sure its hard to teach and sit BUT try and think of yourself first and get off your feet through the day as much as possible. I know your suppose to bend and look over kids papers but you sit at your desk and make then bring it to you. improvise as much as you can!!

Traveling back to sf. This time around I knew they'll have to perform extra checks so when my bag with Lupron was missing again I wasn't too worried.

Hi,
Nothing much I can do about the swelling...watch my salt, but I don't think that'll do much anyway at this point. Today I was on my feet all day because after work I had dog training! They look like balloons now! At work I am able to sit a lot because I have a small class and aids in my classroom, but it's hard to put my feet up too often there.

@hopeful_mom -How did it go???? So exciting you are PUPO!!!! Ahhhh I hope that you are feeling great! Can't wait to hear your symptom spotting!

hi ladies!! I am PUPO yay!!! Its so exciting to type that and its for me woohoo!!!
It was an interesting day. Of course I didn't get much sleep and was headed to the clinic bright and early for acupuncture first. Got there and they basically tell me I'm not scheduled for my transfer till the afternoon....really thats odd AND thats not what they told me on saturday. SOOOOO regardless we get things moving and the RE doing my transfer is awesome and tells me he'll fit me into his day and it won't be a problem. I was thrilled all systems were a go. OF COURSE I was already stressing but i really was just trying to stay calm and go with it.
I won't lie till I found out my lil pnut thawed ok and was ready for transfer I was nervous....OH was running late of course cause it wouldn't be him if he wasn't

And after 60ozs of water I was ready to go. My fresh transfer I held my bladder through acupuncture and it was torture so this time it really was so much better. Did Acupuncture right after and was exhausted by the time I got home and slept the whole afternoon....I think I slept more today then after my ER this time...not kidding. Hopefully that lil nugget is getting all cozy and snuggly.
Just had my pineapple drink...let the symptom spotting begin...you know I already had a lil cramp and was like yes lets keep it coming and then nothing...

Why I'm acting like I've never been through this before I guess I just have to hope I'll have similiar symptoms since it did work prior and thats what worries me...I'll try not to drive myself too crazy... or you

I'm stuck at school for back to school night until 8:00pm...ugh. No point for me because barely any parents come since I've had these kids FOREVER. Yes, my swelling probably will get worse! Although, it's this heat/ humidity making it worse. We had one week a couple of weeks ago that was cooler and the swelling was better. I try to put my feet up...helps a little, but ohh well it is what it is. I definitely don't put them up enough.

@hopeful_mom- So happy to hear an update! I figured that you were tired and resting! How do you feel today? And yea, right, you will be symptom spotting like crazy! We will listen! I like hearing updates!

I'm exhausted! Couldn't keep my eyes open last night and then i'm up at 7a for no reason! Ended up having to do some traveling and OH for some odd reason is acting like the pregnant one here and decided he wanted taco bell...I swear I haven't had it in I don't know 25 years, it was never a thing I ever liked much. I literally had a few bites of his and have been feeling like poo ever since. I now the tummy issues dont start right away but this is just annoying feeling so blah! here's hoping this nugget is getting cozy!!

Hope the swelling is going down lady!

@hopeful_mom -being tired is a good sign!!! overly exhausted was my first symptom...like hit by a train tired. i'm tired too!! it's so hot today...swelling will never go down at this rate!!

@prudence9-2 -can you take tylenol for the headaches?

@LoveDontCostAThing yeah, I'm taking Tylenol extra strength. But it doesn't help too much. I suffer from migraines. Luckily, Lupron headaches are not migraines. And they are so weird. All of a sudden they go away, and then, 30 minutes later, I'll have headache again. So strange. Anyway, tomorrow is my baseline. And after that, I will probably start with estrogen patches. So headaches should go away!

Waiting to get my first blood count test... which will be the baseline for when I use neupogen.

Then, in 2 hours my baseline u/s. And if I get the thumbs up, then start with the patches.

@LoveDontCostAThing I don’t start neupogen until transfer day (or around that time). I think side effects are mostly bone pain. I did the first blood count blood test today. So they will know my normal levels. They will have to make sure my levels are not too high as it can cause spleen rapture!!!

baseline was good. My lining is super thin. (Probably because my period after the cp was the strongest I had in a very long time). So got the thumbs up for patches.

How are you feeling? Did you try putting you feet up at home? It might help a little with the swelling.

@prudence9-2 -bone pain, yikes! This drug BETTER work!!!!! I'm happy your baseline went well. what is your estimated transfer date? I do put my feet up and have been extra tired and since I'm off yesterday and today I try to lay down...doesn't really help the swelling. It is what it is!

@hopeful_mom -where have you been, ms.?? resting/ working?

The lupron headaches are are still here even though I started the patches yesterday. Ahhhh.

My estimated transfer date is the second week of October...

during the 2ww it is the date I was suppose to give birth... and my guess is that the beta will be on my bday. I better get good news on my bday!!!!

@prudence9-2 glad that things r progressing and you're back in the game!!!

Today I think I'm considered 5dpt and first my vag is bothering me from the crinone 2x a day I think i'm to sensitive to it soooo I think its PIO for me everyday now with crinone 1x a day and 2mg still of estrace. I did crinone for my fresh transfer but I don't get what the issue is this time around. I took a shower and just ran cold water to try and get relief. I would like to think the pain from this is taking my mind off other symptoms i could be having!! I was pretty nauseous this am actually and know its too soon, 6 wks to the day is when that started with twins. I keep reminding myself its one so its ok if i'm not feeling the same things prior. I actually thought my boobs felt a tad sore for a sec and got excited...talk about grasping at straws

My BW came back with E2 at 617 and Prog at 8.1 so i was switching to PIO every to her day anyway. They say these numbers mean nothing and I dont have anything else to compare it to.

A part of me wants to test and the other part of me is scared out of my mind to even try it!!

I can't get over my vag its like pouring salt into a wound at this point...I keep downgrading it but its really annoying!!!

the jewish holiday because I had a 4 day weekend!!! I finally actually relaxed, which was nice and needed. I need lots of breaks nowadays lol...I'll do a 30 min. chore, lay down, do another 30 min. chore, etc. thanks for asking for us to have healthy babies, but mine is a 2017 baby!

I can't believe it either...that there are only two boxes to go!!! My shower is on Oct. 15th...crazy, right? Who says you can't feel nauseous this early? I feel like other women on here have. When is your beta? Are you planning to wait until then? I always like to test close to the beta to be prepared.

@LoveDontCostAThing last time first beta was on my dad’s bday. And even though it confirmed I was pregnant. I knew it was probably a chemical. I really hope to get good news on my bday!! FX!!! But we’ll see beta might be on a different date. But will def be around my bday.

Was up at 7a in pain and first fell bac asleep a few hours later...I literally want to rip my vag off!! I heard bac from my RE and I think for now will switch to just PIO and see how that goes. we already know my butt will not thank me but it is what it is...this is killing me to no end. The only good thing is he reminded me this can't hurt my pnut just me...so that makes me feel a lil better.

this site is acting crazy huh!!! since last night!!!

I stopped the crinone 4 days ago and i still want to rip my vag off, i can't!! And lets add that i look like i just went through puberty with a scratchy throat to add into the mix, i have to be pregnant right.

I did test again and I got a squinter I mean its sssssuper faint BUT it is there so let pray this nugget is in the right spot and my beta comes back good!! At least its another day of hope so lets keep praying for me sticky bean, come on!!!

I'm thrilled see something YES!! But of coarse nervous too as it has to get a hair darker at least. I'm nervous about it all!!!

i tried some plain yogurt to help the fire I felt a lil relief for a few but nothing permanent ugh!!!!

i don't know why I have to be so special that every RE is at a loss of what to do....well that's great REALLY!!!!
