Holls214 so this project i'm on is suppose to end on the 15th so its strange as that could be my transfer day too...I'm still not sure...I think some time off will be good...I think. I wouldn't mind finding something easy. Only difference is that I've worked with this company before so I work through the stressful moments easier...unlike my last project that I cancelled my FET. I've had stressful days BUT I'm hoping they're over and I will just have long hours...BUT I did the last time during my transfer and became pregnant SO hoping the magic will happen again!!! Where u at?

@Hopeful_mom long days aren't too bad but stressed days suck.. You are only a week away. as for me I started bleeding horribly today on day 17 of my cycle. Heading to the doctor in an hour to see what's going on.... I'm concerned something happened during the ultrasound or I dunno what is going on. I'm hoping we don't have to cancel this cycle too. Frustrating.

That is most likely was my period again. Wtf. I start Femara on Saturday then go in on the 20th for the day 14 check. Then maybe a FET like a week or so after that if all goes as planned... so strange. Fingers crossed for you tomorrow.
@mrsa2017 are you doing okay? Been thinking of you with all this hurricane stuff going on.....

Holls214 Did your RE have a reason for why your AF is all of a sudden here and you're n so much pain?? Sounds insane!!

what is femara suppose to do exactly? someone else is taking that as part of their protocol for FET... I'm still working I don't know how i'm getting up for theRE tomorrow. Hoping my body will be cooperating!

No answers which is frustrating for sure. I'm doing a natural or semi natural FET now. Taking the Femara to help lining and grow follicles. Then a trigger shot then FET a week after trigger shot. You take the Femara for 5 days. I had all the bad reactions to Femara so not really looking forward to it. Wish I could take clomid but I guess that doesn't thicken linings.
Hope you were able to get some sleep. Let us know what the doctor said. Fingers crossed for you!!!

AFM: So I worked sooooo late that I was late to my monitoring this am and my blood work won't come through till tomorrow...lets hope its on point at my lining is at an 8 woohoo...apparently I hear over a 7 is where they want you to be...so hoping things continue moving in the right direction and looks like next friday will be baby transfer day

AFM: Finally heard from the dr and I have to go back in for monitoring tomorrow

My E2 is 172 and it needs to be at 200 so we shall see what tomorrow brings....it's always something...

The one say I can finally sleep, it never fails!

My RE that is doing the transfer is due at the end of sept so we shall see if her pnut stays put or not. I'm nervous enough and the thought of a new RE doing a transfer will flip me out! Granted one other RE did my fresh transfer so I guess I would trust him to do it...lets hope he's the one working!!

ugh!!!! WTH!!!!

Frustrated doesn't even begin my feelings right now!! So they're changing my protocol to still taking 3mg of estrace but 1 vaginally at night UGH seriously, i'm so not a fan of that, but whatever! This now pushes me till at least next week as I first go back wed for monitoring! I'm so angry! My lining is fine but who knows if its going to happen this month or not....

I hate this roller coaster ride, I really was expecting to get the go ahead!

Finally it's let me login to post! @JaeJayStark I live just 10 minutes south of Portland. Finally the smoke has dissipated.
@Hopeful_mom I'm so sorry for the bad news... I hope it turns around and you get the green light soon. I swear sometimes it's one thing after another...

Thanks for the support ladies, very appreciated!! I think my freak out is more if I'm missing My "receptive time" The fact that its medicated helps getting the ideal time which is the point. We have in our heads that our body just has the one moment it can become pregnant so its hard to forget that aspect. You get this calendar and look at it by law and if you deviate from it you then halt and get nervous. Its not like the calendar has extra boxes saying you can go 5 days later and that its ok too....I think thats why i'm so concerned over it. Everyone gets a date and pretty much stick to it...its the ladies that got a date and then it was delayed did they still have success. Its a tricky thing and knowing you have this one chance you don't want anything to jeopardize it.

Thinking that the extra few days could screw things up. It sounds like the progesterone days are the most important!! So I'm trying to relax! Lets hope my lining and E2 will cooperate on the next round. I'm also upset that i'm pretty sure my RE's LAST DAY if baby doesn't come early would've been friday which then means someone else will have to do my transfer. When you've been through so much its very hard to have someone that really doesn't know your struggle do a transfer. I feel like they wont be as invested and i'll be a nervous wreck!

I agree about not feeling on point anymore. I was curious the other day how many different meds I have taken in the past year. 15 prescriptions. 15! That doesn't include supplements and vitamins. No wonder haha.

***TW**** My RE is in labor go figure, we knew it was bound to happen so regardless of my delays she wouldn't have been able to do my transfer on friday anyway booooooo! Her water broke this morning and I'm laughing that I get a call at 8am from the nurses to let me know HAAAAAAA!!! AND this one nurse has no TACT at all. She basically says the DR forwarded the email I sent to her and am i now cancelling my FET. um why?? Because I said I don't want a new DR doing my transfer? Not sure why she doesn't realize I've been with this clinic so long I have had the other 2 REs at this point...they have brought on a new dr that I just dont want. Does that sounds horrible sure, she could be the best, I just don't feel like dealing with it. Is that the right decision who knows.
Back to the clinic I go tomorrow...

Mamassssss I have missed yal. So the hurricane missed us (Thank God) but that Bitch still brought us tropical storm winds, rain and a tornado ( OMG houses lost their roofs). I made my mom come to Freeport from my home island which is Bimini. Unfortunately Bimini didn't fare well and they experienced same as us but storm surges and flooding (Yikes) and the apartment complex my mom lives in lost their roof so she is flying back today. No lives were lost (Thank you Lord) so we will rebuild. My heart aches for some of our southern islands, the other Caribbean islands, Texas and South Florida that were damaged badly and the lives that were lost. My family in SFL is still without power.. Our power was out for a few days and as soon as we got it back I was trying to put my house back in order. I tried responding before but service was Shit!... I am doing well tho, thank you beautiful ladies for checking in on me. Any of you live in States were Irma hit?

TW** my cousin went into labor during the storm and had her baby girl who we nicknamed Stormy hahaha**TW

AFM.... My PNV and Supplements are stuck in FL due to Irma Irma Irma!! And I haven't heard back from BFC about rescheduling my phone consult with Doc... But AF should be here next week Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay and I can do my tests *twerk twerk twerk* I'm ready to be closer to my cycle in a few months and I will definitely be slamming your with questions once I get my results

Holls214 I'm so tired sorry for my confusing post...

sorry for the confusion...due to an email I wrote to my RE the nurse misread what I wrote and thought if my RE is not available that I would no longer to the transfer. So tomorrow we'll see how my levels are and take it from there. So far my lining was an 8 lets hope everything looks good. Should I be concerned if it takes my body a week later then others to get on point?? I have no idea and no one on the boards seems to really have an answer for me. Everyone keeps saying it only matter once you start the progesterone....so we shall see.

I believe the RE that did my fresh transfer will be working mon-wed of next week so I have a feeling he will be the one to do it.

@KZ1126 ywhoah 15wks how awesome is that - are u sprouting a lil bump? I feel like that flew by...hoping mine can go that fast too

@hopeful_mom I definitely have a bump, but you can't tell if its a baby bump or food baby just yet.... My cycles were always longer than normal people, it seemed to always take me an extra few days to grow the follicles, then thicken the lining and all that. My estrogen was borderline low prior to my fresh transfer so my doctor tried to talk me into waiting for a FET, but I think thats over precaution. Sure we want perfect conditions in there, but our bodies catch up quickly when they have to!

Oh ladies how i love theee...all the good juju thank u!!! I've been working around the clock without caffeinated coffee i might add - do i get a prize

I won't lie I was panicked this AM as I ended up not sleeping and going straight form work to monitoring,,,so I was already nervous that things might not go well. Here's a good laugh, I then learn I was taking 1 mg vaginally and apparently I was suppose to be taking 2mg...so now i'm even more concerned. Lucky for me that didn't matter and it is go time ladies!! E2 was 300 and lining is 9A so lets do this!!! First PIO shot this evening and I'm nervous,...but ready for it!! Monday will be my transfer g-d willing!!

and my lil freak out...but I got this. Working ung-dly hours I'm now happy I was delayed and can sleep over the weekend and hopefully feel rested and good for the transfer. I can't believe its happening!!!

Look up 'Putting a Bun in My Oven' on YouTube. Her and her husband came up with a method for the PIO shots to help it spread and not lump up... I'm so excited for this transfer...

mrsa2017 did my first ever PIO and the first shot going in was not cute but I managed and tried to massage the area and walk around. So far I have to do it every 3rd day so hoping that all the build up people have I can skip. I was late getting home so it was a mad dash for the estrace, crinone and PIO, big med night...now its gonna start to pick up speed for me...just praying me pnut is gonna thaw perfectly and get ready to get all cozy in my tummy!

@Hopeful_mom I hear it literally is a PITA, however it gets better!!! A friend told me heating it works well along with massage. I read somewhere that some people ice it to reduce pain but it also kinda hardens the skin and you need to push the needle a little harder. Praying for perfect thawing.

@mrsa2017 She wanted the confirmation because of the gossip - not that she cares. I don't mind the "old" label. It got me the NIPT for free and extra monitoring. I'll take other labels too if I can get more stuff

I did my first PIO last night and I screamed when the needle went in won't lie...it did not tickle. Tried to massage it and walk around too...so it wasn't too bad is it odd that the left side hurts more then the right, i'm so backwards

Lucky for me as of now I only do PIO every 3rd day and take crinone 2x day so hopefully I won't feel this torture! I've gone thorugh this much whatever i need for my pnuts.

mrsa2017 I'm laughing you're talking about my bladder, at my monitoring appt the other day I had to go so badly I was thinking I should have the transfer right now

so happy I won't have to do PIO, just suppositories. I do have some PIO though that I bought before we cancelled my medicated cycle I need to give away.
AFM last day of Femara was last night. Can't wait for these side effects to subside but I knew they were coming since I had taken Femara 6 times before and dealt with them then too. Monitoring appt on Monday day 14. Hopefully some action is starting in there.
