Hi there! STM, I am a SAHM to a rambunctious 2.5 year old boy and also teach Fit4Mom classes. I had 2 losses last year, and now that DH is home from deployment we hope this BFP leads to baby #2-DS is requesting a baby sister and plans on naming her Baby Dragon
I mostly lurked my BMB while pregnant with my son, so hoping to be more active here! We're getting ready to move out of state at the end of Sept, so I am anticipating that will make this pregnancy interesting!
Lurking from ttgp Congratulations @charlestonchew, glad you finally got a for sure answer

Well...honestly didn't expect to be posting here today. After testing negative on like 12 Wondfos since 11DPO....AF still never showed up and I was getting really frustrated. Out of wishful thinking or stubbornness I bought an FRER today (16 DPO) and tested at work because I have zero self control. BFP. I went and bought a few cards to write on a give to hubby when I got home tonight. He cried, I cried, we are happy and cautiously optimistic. EDD May 6th.
FTM, from the Bay Area in CA. Married four years, have known each other for 18 years (went to the same middle school, and dated on and off in HS). DH is medically retired US Army veteran and I am a tax accountant. We are hoping to relocate to the DC area this year...so it's looking like we have an eventful year ahead of us.
Happy to be here and excited to get to know you ladies!
@rowboat4 I'm trying to figure out who you are, checked pinned post. @createmagic14 I figured who you are early on @KD5624 so glad your joining this board. Love all us March 15 mommies having spring kiddos.

Very cautiously posting here because I am bursting at the seams to tell someone! I was active on TTC board for only a week but I really enjoy bumping and chatting with others! This was our 3rd cycle trying, I got a VERY faint positive on a wondfo last night, an even fainter one this morning (which was scary) but then I went to be 6 AM workout class and POAS again after and it was a much darker line, so I'm saying for today at least, I am pregnant. I think I drank a ton of water before bed so I was so diluted but the workout class dehydrated me enough to give me a more accurate test. Going to keep testing to make sure things get darker but I'm cautiously excited! I told DH last night and we are both so thrilled. I literally have no idea what to do next except sit in awe. Looking forward to meeting all of you!
@bjkay22 Welcome and congrats!! My tests are always darker after a run than with FMU, even if the FMU is super concentrated. Sometimes wanting to POAS is a good motivator for me to run .
@bjkay22 I got a darker like with second morning urine (2.5 hr hold) at around 11 DPO. I think it’s sorta like you I drink water all night and had to get up twice to pee (I don’t normally have to do that non pregnant ugh).
Hi everyone! Another TTGP transplant. I am so happy to see all of you here!!! @mileswithmyles, @charlestonchew, @bjkay22, @kpc914, I'm so excited for all of you!!! I got super faint lines on my internet cheapies over the weekend, MH thought I was crazy, so I told him by leaving the FRER on the bathroom counter yesterday morning and writing, "Told you I'm not crazy!" on the mirror. We have twin girls who were born in May 2014, so I'm not sure if that makes me a second or third time mom LOL Looking forward to getting to know you guys!
Me, 35 Hubs, 32 Married June 2012 BFP June 2013- blighted ovum, D&C Aug 2013 BFP Oct 2013- twins! A&H born May 2014 BFP Aug 2017- EDD 5/8/17
I'm right there with you @bjkay22. It still hasn't quite sunk in and I am trying to not get my hopes up just yet. My 2 FRER tests are clear positives (not super dark, but def positive), my wondfos still have such a faint line I honestly probably wouldn't have noticed it at first glance. I am not sure how to think of that, but, I'll take the BFP for what they are.
Hello! FTM here. So excited DH and I were married 3 months ago and wanted to start a family right away. Really happy it's finally here. EDD around May 14.
Do we do spreadsheets? Some of the other BMB I've lurked has had them and I'm so afraid of forgetting who goes here and their details, my memory sucks!
Hi all! We just found out (last Thursday) that we're expecting our fourth child! EDD of May 5. Our kids are 14, 11 and 7 and will all be a year older by the time baby gets here. We're starting over in our 30s (both 33) and are a bit nervous about it all. We're definitely excited and cannot wait to see who this lil being is and who they're going to grow up to be. We thought we were done after our youngest was born but we decided back in April to go for another baby. Took a few months but we finally got our bfp. No one knows yet as we plan on having a big reveal. I want to do a maternity shoot around 30 weeks and let the photos be the announcement and hubby wants to wait until baby is born as the announcement. We're still debating how to tell everyone. Lol
Hi ladies. I got my BFP on Wednesday. I’m due May 4th. I was so shocked as this was only our second cycle trying and I’m still nursing my toddler so I thought I wasn’t really ovulating...guess I was wrong lol. Anyways I have a son who will be 2 in December and can’t wait for him to be a big brother!!!
Congratulations!! We plan on doing something similar. We want to have another but will wait until baby is around 1 before we start trying again. They will be our last babies so we want them rathe close in age
Cautiously joining you all... BFP this morning on a manual FRER at 8 DPO (but now I'm questioning that because it seems so early!) It was faint but a line is a line, right? I'll for sure continue my POAS addiction. Praying to have a healthy nine months and stay put right here on this board!
edited because I forgot in my excitement: FTM, EDD 5/11 going by LMP.
I'm an elementary school speech language pathologist (WOW we are taking over! Hello @ckoenig87, @KD5624, and @amystumpf86!) My husband is an engineer. We live with our year and a half old spoiled rotten rescue mutt who I am training to be a therapy dog. Our home is currently undergoing massive repairs and renovations as there were a vast number of issues not disclosed to us at sale and DH had assured me we can get the storage out of the yard and actually inhabit our second floor again within the next six months... I think the poor guy is extra motivated to work on it now! We realized we were ready and there would never be a perfect time. Sounds so cliche but when you feel it, you feel it!
