@RosieMommy2016 Cigarette smoke for sure! It also gives me anxiety to walk by smokers even though I logically know the danger is consistent second hand smoke, not 2 seconds on a sidewalk, but my pregnant anxiety brain does not know that, haha.
@maureenmce The smell of powdered bone and tooth. And blood. And other people's breath. Oh! And cigarette smoke.
Bovie smoke is seriously the worst smell in the entire world. I hate it when I'm not pregnant. I think if I was forced to be around it now, I'd probably barf on the sterile field.

I am the same. Saw a picture of a burger and was like "ugh. Who eats those?" Funny thing is I love burgers. Anything heavy or overly sweet like pancakes is a turn off.
My aversions haven't started yet. Honestly they are usually hit and miss for me. Mine are typically more visual than anything else. I remember with both of my previous pregnancies staying far away from Pinterest because just the photos made me want to hurl.
Put me in the all carb category. I have to make sure not to fall into that trap though. I had gestational diabetes last pregnancy and will likely have it again. So... I have to do my best to watch my diet from the beginning.
Fish. All of the fish. Which sucks because I am a huge seafood eater and we usually make fish a couple times a week. DH is not a fan of this aversion. Also avocados which are my favorite. I just started being able to do fruit again this week, and hummus. I really, REALLY miss liking food.
@frenchiekinplusone I really miss liking food too! I hate that all the good produce from my garden makes my stomach turn (most of the time). I just want to eat normally again...

Pretty much the thought of anything has been making me nauseous lately!! I loved ranch before I was pregnant and now I can't stand the smell of it and I can only pair it with vegetables.

@hedgepig I knowwwww. I am normally a person who will eat pretty much anything. Lover of food. This shit sucks. Sidenote, did your doc say anything about gardening/eating what you're growing? Mine said yesterday that I really shouldn't be gardening at all but to use gloves and a mask if I must (toxoplasmosis risk). I only do flowers and whatnot but I was surprised!
@allowachick makes sense now! At least I can be thankful gardening season in my area will be over sooner than later so I won't have to worry about my yard looking terrible for too much longer... holy weeds batman.
I think I just started getting aversions as of yesterday. A few days ago I was eating eggs, and then I tried to make myself eggs this morning and could barely choke them down. The taste of the yolk was just...ugh.
I always heard of women getting food cravings, but is it really that the "craving" is the only food that doesn't seem horribly repulsive? Hmm...
I don't know what my aversions are until I make myself food. The other day I was making pita and hummus and couldn't eat it. Today, I don't know what I'll make for dinner bc I'm scared I won't want it lol.
Luckily I haven't had many aversions, but today I had packed some quinoa for lunch and I couldn't even open the container. Just the thought turned my stomach-ick! In that moment all I wanted was a big everything bagel piled with cream cheese and lox. Sigh. I had grapes and pretzels instead
@frenchiekinplusone My doctor said not to worry about it, and fortunately most of my garden work at this point is just watering and harvesting. However, I've always gardened and have had outside cats my whole life, so I would be amazed if I hadn't already had toxoplasmosis many years ago...

That smell never bothered me when I'm not pregnant. Not pleasant. But not enough that I would barf.
