I was wondering if anyone is adding a protein drink or anything healthy like that? My friend sells it works and they have a "greens" powder drink. IIt has all your veggies and fruits in it. Just wondering if it's worth it???
@MeganRusticBarn Did you mean to double post this? If so, I will reiterate what @kmalls said on your other post, which is that this is a great question for our weekly question thread. If this is an accidental repost, then you can't delete it, but you could edit it into one of our regular daily posts, which you can find on the "Board Guidelines" post, or just let it die and get covered up by active threads.

It's a pyramid selling scheme, like Scentsy, dildo parties, and Oragami Owl.
Now, to actually answer the question:. Eff no, I would take some random non-FDA reviewed powder, and expose my baby to it. For all I know, there is powdered monky teeth in there. There's zero laws that regulate the contents. Nope, nope, and nope.
I usually take a greens powder in my drink, pregnant and not. Amazing Grass, heard of it? No MLM prices. I buy from Amazon. I took it religiously during my last pregnancy. Mixed it up in a small cup of OJ.
