@sparklingdiamond my beta was only 14 at 11DPO. It freaked me out, but the nurse congratulated me on being pregnant, said it was still suuuuuper early, and had me come back for another blood draw in two days. As long as it doubles, you're good! I'm sorry the nurse you spoke to put some doubt in your mind.
@sparklingdiamond I was in the same situation as you also. My first beta at 12DPO was 32! at 14DPO it was 78. I was worried too, but my nurse said as long as its doubling that it's good. Last week I got to hear a heartbeat! I know its hard but try not to stress, or worry.
I had my follow up today after having bright red gushing blood last week. I was shocked (and so was the dr) that everything is fine! The baby had grown and had a heartbeat of 125. The dr was a little concerned the baby only measured a half week bigger even though it's been a full week but said measurements can be off this early. He also said the heartbeat is the most important sign. Sooo relieved and happy!
@kimmerann3 I'm really sorry to hear that. Sending lots of ((hugs)) your way.
So I didnt get an u/s but I finally got in for some bloodwork. I know the real thing that matters is that HCG is doubling within the appropriate timeframe, but I just had my first result come back. At 5w/4days, my hcg was 13,000. So even though I dont have a before and after to compare it to, I know that it being a high number, it means its moving in a positive direction. Progerstone was perfect too. OB wanted to check for RH negative blood type while I was in there, but I am A+ so everything was great. Looking forward to my actual u/s in 2 weeks!!
