WAYDTGKU: R/R: Rant: Temp moved back up to where it was pre-dip so hoping it keeps moving up. All other signs re indicating O is over. To be fair I did dip like half a degree so a pretty big move.
@jrm_14 GL with your crankiness...hopefully the lack of traffic helped! @nimmle fx for your rise. Love your gifs this morning, thanks for the giggles! I've been wanting to use the one from Love Actually, but not sure if it would earn me a warning....

R/R: Rant, still haven't gotten my CH, hoping it happens tomorrow. Also, I'm pretty sure I had EWCM last night even though I'm pretty sure I O'd on the 15th, according to my temps. Rave, today is my Friday. Hello, three day weekend!
CS/Q: When I took my temp today, it gave me the same exact number (down to the hundredths) that it did yesterday. So I tried it a second time and got a different number. Is that acceptable FF etiquette? Or will that mess things up? Also, it's possible to have EWCM for a day or two after O, correct? So I don't need to freak out quite yet?
GTKY: GIF or meme your spirit animal!
ETA Blanche Devereaux is my spirit animal, I'm not side eyeing the GTKY. I think it's awesome.

R/R: Almost the weekend! And it's the first weekend H and I have had no business stuff to do in AGES! So excited!
CS/Q: My BBT thermometer arrives tomorrow. Is it ok to switch after 5 temps with my basic one? Or should I just delete the old temps since they'd be AF ones anyway?
GTKY: Today, it's this little guy
@jrm_14 Haha right? It can be tricky to be my usual content self when AF hurts like a MF.
@sandbar517. You can totally PM me your possible-warning GIF! I need a good laugh! And sorry about all the rant stuff. I let them thermometer sit for a few seconds before I take it so it warms up. Maybe I'm crazy. Maybe I'm wrong.
@SkilledSailor. You took a picture of me aR my desk! Grumpiness was at its peak 3 days ago and I was pretty sure MH was going to disown me real soon.
@jrm_14 A mewnicorn! Love it. I have knee-high socks featuring kittens with unicorn horns. @nimmle Fx for more high temps! @sandbar517 I too am curious to see the Love Actually gif now! @SkilledSailor I can identify with your gif today too! It's grey and cloudy and I'm having a hard time waking up!

R/R: Rave - I'm off the bench! I've been lurking, but I'm so glad to be jumping back in. I've missed you ladies! My neck/shoulder pain is improving, and I no longer need the meds for it. This is the first time in a long while I've been excited for a cd 1! MH and I got back from vacation a couple of days ago. It was fun, but I'm glad to be home. Also, I wanted to see an acupuncturist for my pain, and my friend referred me to one that specializes in fertility (who can also help with pain). I've seen her once and really liked her, so I'm looking forward to my second visit next week. Rant - The cramps are killing me!
@jrm_14...I've totally tried to be sweet to DH to butter him up for sex @nimmle your waydtgk made me lol!! @sandbar517 Blanche is my GG avatar for sure! PS I think you are better off keeping your original temp @SkilledSailor Yay to the no business weekend!!! @darkstar42 OMG!!! So glad youre off the bench!!!

R/R: Chiiiild.... my new scheduling nurse just drove me cray this morning... I don't want to get into it too much because I'm trying to believe in peace, but I feel like she just got on my nerves which are more exposed due to all this estrogen blah!
R/R: Still (im)patiently waiting for my drs appointment but still doing all the things in the meantime. Trying not to overly focus on TTC hence my scarcity here.
R/R: Rant - I've been terribly sick the last few days so haven't been temping or doing much of anything else. Rave - Can't wait for our anniversary trip in a bit!!!
CS/Q:
GTKY: GIF or meme your spirit animal! Have y'all seen the video of a 2 year old who is video-chatting about her first day at pre-school? It's totally hilarious and she's my spirit animal!!! If I could access Facebook where I'm at I'd post it, but alas...
@dragonette505 thanks! It went from 97.33 to 97.58, so nothing extreme. And the second one fit better with my post-O rise (I'm still waiting for CH) so I was secretly hoping everyone would say to go with the second one. Boo. I guess it's not going down, so that's good. And yes, I love all things Golden Girls. Except the clothes. And home decor. LOL @darkstar42 I can send it to you, too.

@sandbar517 Ive been guilty of doing the same thing with my charts (trying to force those cross hairs!) lol What I do when I fake a temp a bit is put the real temp in my calendar on my phone so I can "know"... lol
I'm kinda guess I'm Dorothy in my head (but blanche in the bed!) lol
R/R: The puppy was up all last night with squirts poop that he stepped in (twice!) which resulted I us having to do a 2am load of laundry and a 4am steam cleaning of the kitchen floors. So that's been fun. Although part of me through it all was thinking "good practice?"
@dragonette505 I hope your scheduling nurse drives you a little less crazy the next days. I'm going to have extra fun as they only have one who speaks English, so plenty of extra opportunities for crossed wires and annoyance...!
@mschandlerbong love your user name! I feel you on waiting for appointments (see my month/cycle numbers below...). Can you help me out with RL and EOD abbreviations? (I couldn't see them in the list)
As for me - sorry in advance for long post!

WAYDTGKU: PNV BBT CM CP OPK Ava Ubiquinol, no caffeine, no alcohol, ugh reduced sugar, BDing, and scheduled our first IVF cycle today!!! For the first time ever I can't wait for AF to be back again!!!
R/R: definitely a rave today - omg I did not realize I would be sooooo excited to get the green light to start IVF.I guess I need to try to stay realistic. If AF plays ball we should start stims first week of September. My RE was super, talked through everything and all my (our) questions. He was really impressed with how much I have learnt about all things cycles and fertility so a HUGE thanks to all those who have been posting and giving info and sharing as it all helps. Today unmedicated I have three big follicles already (all over 20mm on CD8) which he says fits with my high FSH and Estrogen and also can still try naturally this month just in case.
Rant: my AMH is only 0.65 :-( Sorry if this whole post is TMI for WTO, but would like to hang out here and on TWW still if that's ok.Also sorry for only lurking the last few days as was juggling family visit, back to work and nerves for today's appointment.
CS/Q: all my OPKs are showing high fertility already, but the RE said that's because of my monster follicles and he still thinks I'm several days away from O at least and my best indicator will be temp and CM. He said if you have multiple big follies naturally then you will get highs. But FF and all my other apps are saying next week for O, plus no change in CM yet.
GTKY: ok this is my first attempt at posting a gif...

Late to the party today! Don't have much time so I will comment as I can
@jrm_14 Hopefully you can play nice with YH enough to get him to HIO!
@sandbar517 I often temp twice in a row in the morning. Probably not good "etiquette" but I do what I want! At least I'm consistent? Also EWCM after O can happen! That's why we use all the signs together instead of just relying on one.
@JennyColada Sick puppies are the worst hope you were able to recover today!

@SkilledSailor. I think it's totally fine to switch to the new bbt at this point in the cycle. A lot of people don't temp during AF. I usually have a longer cycle with a late O, so if I'm feeling lazy, I won't start temping until CD8
@dragonette505. Yay so IVF starts officially this month? How are you feeling?
@emmasemm. That is exciting that you can move forward! Are you doing the egg retrieval this month?
@JennyColada. Sorry for the puppy poop disaster! Hope you get some better rest tonight.
@SkilledSailor@dukestar5 Yu... CD1. I go for my first monitoring on Sat and if she thinks I'm ready to roll, i'll begin stimming sunday or Monday...she may coast me a couple days , but for sure this week!
@darkstar42 Yay! You're off the bench! So glad that you are feeling better. Be careful during FW not to injure anything out of excitement @dragonette505 I decided long ago I am not above buttering him up. Sorry about your nurse I hope it gets better. ETA: Excited for you this week! @thshaw Where is your trip? How long have you been married?? @kiwi2628 I'm glad your day is going well! @Jennycolada awh, poor puppy. And whoa, Buttercup, that pizza! @emmasemm Way to go on the first GIF! Are you doing IVF out of country? (Only one English speaker) @nitnat007 That GIF makes me giggle every.single.time.
@JennyColada Noooooo!!! Omg! I would be in panic mode! (My doggie vomited blood this past winter and I lost my ish!) I hope your pup is going to be ok!!
Thanks all for the support. Right now it's super exciting but I think it's a bit or nerves mixed in too. This is 2.5 years from the start of our TTC journey.
@dragonette505 - sorry I don't remember your history fully - is this your first IVF cycle?
@MrsMiller8588 I'm with you on the giving blood - I'm convinced we have a city of vampires here I also had an MRT for my autoimmune issues today so had blood taken from both arms and an IV for contrast...
@dukestar5 it depends on AF, if I'm on a 29 day cycle like average then stims should start around 8th and then he doesn't want to stim me too long so thinks max two weeks - but within September - could be ER falls on DH birthday...
@skilledsailor ha - see what you mean lol... you guys know more about my cycle and our BD habits than anyone ever has IRL!
@jrm_14 with the gif I do have to admit it took me over an hour and I tried on my computer, my iPad and my phone before being successful. I wanted to put it in a spoiler but I gave in before I threw the computer through the window lol! And I used the great how to post a gif post... without that no chance! We live in Germany, I'm British - and have both lived all over the world including the US. So you could say we're out of country! We have relatively good coverage here I think, but Germany is ultra conservative- for example PGD and PGS is very restricted only in case of major problems found in ***TW*** living children or tests after multiple miscarriages ***end TW*** and it is forbidden to know the gender. Apparently only about 400 embryos PGS tested each year in the country! IVF is also only allowed to be covered if you're married, under 40, and have been referred after first monitoring with the "Frauenärztin" (ladies doctor). So we've been busy jumping through hoops the last 1.5 years...
@jennycolada oh no!!!!! Oh I do hope the vet can narrow the cause fast and get fast treatment going - sounds like you're in the right place now. Sending positive vibes across the Atlantic.
ETA @jrm_14 I did also try UK and German forums, but in the U.K. there seemed to be no rules or control and everyone was posting photos of HPTs and scans all the time even in the IF groups - some of the guys here need to join for a day and roast them I think... I have watched in awe at the amazing sarcasm on show - for anyone who thinks you guys in the US don't get sarcasm they just need to see your responses to the recent drive buys - I take my hat off to you all! And the german forums were very limited, I think also due to the conservative approach here. So I found and love you guys here :-)

@emmasemm No worries, it is what it is... I have only done one transfer so at least I still have some more frozens to try... I just want to do at least two more banking cycles... my current protocol (as far as I understand it) Protocol from a few days post O (last cycle) through start of stimming 2mg estrace 3x daily when I start stimming: 1ml omnitrope (HGH) AM - 150 Follistim, 150 Menopur PM I'll be doing that till day 5 or 6 monitoring and then either continue or have dosages changed
@dragonette505 - we're now in Hamburg, were in Bavaria for some years and my Grandfather also comes from Hessen close to Frankfurt. I've also spent a lot of time in Austria for work over the years. I know the drive from Germany to Vienna far too well... these days I just practice crossing the border to Denmark a lot!

KEEEWL..My SIL lived in Glucksburg, then Hamburg for several years... Hamburg is super cute! My MIL lives in Saltzburg so we are also often in southern Germany. LOVE Vienna! I'll actually be over after this cycle to go chill in St Gilgen ETA all my German teachers used to say I have a Hessen accent (naturally!)
@dragonette505 wow small world! Been to Salzburg a few times - the best one I did the whole sound of music tour with a load of older German male colleagues and they had no clue about the movie at all and could not believe I knew all the words. It's super beautiful there. And Hamburg is awesome - just ranked the 5th most liveable city in the world!!! And as I'm British the rainy climate is no big deal rofl Is there a particular reason you're banking so much in advance? We've said we'll see how this first one goes. My RE said unless I have trouble with OHSS or my lining is not good enough then he wants to try fresh first - but with all the tests he says I'm very low risk for either. But he was pleased I knew to ask the question. Seems freezing and FET brings a lot of legal and ethical concerns here and the extra paperwork he gave me in case to read through will take me a few days using Leo to make sure I understand it all!

@nimmle fx for your rise. Love your gifs this morning, thanks for the giggles! I've been wanting to use the one from Love Actually, but not sure if it would earn me a warning....

WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPKs

CS/Q: My BBT thermometer arrives tomorrow. Is it ok to switch after 5 temps with my basic one? Or should I just delete the old temps since they'd be AF ones anyway?
GTKY: Today, it's this little guy
@jrm_14 Haha right? It can be tricky to be my usual content self when AF hurts like a MF.

@skilledsailor I would have been your bunny yesterday
@darkstar42 fantastic that you're off the bench!

@darkstar42. Yay for being off the bench! So glad to see you back.
@nimmle. I
@SkilledSailor.
@dragonette505 Do you do IVF this cycle? Sorry the scheduling nurse is annoying.
@mschanandlerbong1214 When is your appointment?
@kiwi2628 Yay for a good work day! Those are the best.
@JennyColada Oh no! Is your pup feeling better now?
@emmasemm That's so exciting you got the green light for IVF! Definitely not TMI. I mean, this entire thread is about CM and banging.
@dukestar5 Thanks girl! I took a break the last couple of days during my TWW because it fell on the weekend and I was tired.
@darkstar42 Yay! You're off the bench! So glad that you are feeling better. Be careful during FW not to injure anything out of excitement
I hope it gets better. ETA: Excited for you this week!
@dragonette505 I decided long ago I am not above buttering him up. Sorry about your nurse
(Only one English speaker)
@nitnat007 That GIF makes me giggle every.single.time.

@dragonette505 - sorry I don't remember your history fully - is this your first IVF cycle?
@mschanandlerbong1214 thanks ;-)
@MrsMiller8588 I'm with you on the giving blood - I'm convinced we have a city of vampires here
I also had an MRT for my autoimmune issues today so had blood taken from both arms and an IV for contrast...

@JennyColada Oh no! I hope the vet has some answers for you. And here's to hoping it's nothing some probiotics and rest can't fix.
@emmasemm No worries, it is what it is... I have only done one transfer so at least I still have some more frozens to try... I just want to do at least two more banking cycles... my current protocol (as far as I understand it)
Protocol
from a few days post O (last cycle) through start of stimming 2mg estrace 3x daily
when I start stimming:
1ml omnitrope (HGH) AM - 150 Follistim, 150 Menopur PM
I'll be doing that till day 5 or 6 monitoring and then either continue or have dosages changed

KEEEWL..My SIL lived in Glucksburg, then Hamburg for several years... Hamburg is super cute! My MIL lives in Saltzburg so we are also often in southern Germany. LOVE Vienna! I'll actually be over after this cycle to go chill in St Gilgen
ETA all my German teachers used to say I have a Hessen accent (naturally!)
Is there a particular reason you're banking so much in advance? We've said we'll see how this first one goes. My RE said unless I have trouble with OHSS or my lining is not good enough then he wants to try fresh first - but with all the tests he says I'm very low risk for either. But he was pleased I knew to ask the question. Seems freezing and FET brings a lot of legal and ethical concerns here and the extra paperwork he gave me in case to read through will take me a few days using Leo to make sure I understand it all!
