TW: bad u/s today

i went for a follow up after meaduring 6w2 last thurs (at 7w0) and today baby was 7w0 and no heartbeat. Abnormal yolk sac, my mw said that points to likely issue with baby. My loss last fall was similar point but 2 week mmc so I'll likely take meds so i am not waiting so long.

Im in shock, I've been feeling terrible nausea. I thought this was it. Gl to you all
