    If by "smut" you mean Romance novels, I will read anything by Bertrice Small, but especially the Skye O'Malley books. 

    If by "smut" you just mean not good literature - well let's see, there's the Dragonriders of Pern series (fantasy) and all sorts of chic lit.

    The Black Dagger Brotherhood (about Vampires) was really entertaining for a bit (specifically books one and three), especially if you can ignore some crappy prose.

     And HEY! no dissing Dragonriders as bad lit, it beats the heck out of some Mercedes Lackey any day. ;)

    It IS bad literature.  Doesn't mean I don't own every single book, including the news ones by her son.  Then again,  I also read the Valdemar series by Lackey and the Gryphon series.  I have a thing for fantasy lit.

    Also, in reference to the original question, I also really like the Dark Hunter series by Sherrilyn Kenyon.  Vampires and sex.

    if you liked BDB, you should try the Demonica series by Larissa Ione. yesssss, yes you should lol.
