CD/DPO of first BFP? 28/15 How many months/cycles had you been TTGP? 6/4 What did your chart look like?
What were you doing TGKU? Clomid, temping, pnv, HIO How was your timing? -3-2,-1 and O What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)? So far, the biggest symptom is my breasts are sore. I have been a little light headed and dizzy, but I get vertigo a lot, so I am not sure it is related, and I am pretty crampy. How are you going to/did you tell your partner? I was trying to hold out and tell him in some cute way. But he noticed I was in a better mood than I have been lately so he asked if I was pregnant and I said yes. At first, he didn't believe me, since I was so convinced it was impossible yesterday since I had a negative test. We are still both pretty shocked. Anything else to add?
Thank you ladies so much for all your support over the last few months. I hope you all get your BFPs soon, and I will be stalking you like crazy.
I'm
in absolute shock and completely overjoyed (also completely terrified)! I'm
knocked the f*ck up!!!!!
CD/DPO of first BFP? squinters at 10 DPO, and then tests darkened nicely at 11,
12, 13, & 14 DPO (yeah, I’ve peed on ALL the things). On Monday my beta was at 28 on 11 DPO, and yesterday it was 143 at 13 DPO. I've been having some pink spotting today, but doctor said not to worry. The
anxiety is REAL y’all, and you can thank my anxiety for me holding out on you
guys for a whole 5 days
How many months/cycles had you been TTGP? 12 months / 14 cycles
What did your chart look like? not
very interesting at all since I wasn't temping this cycle.
What were you doing TGKU? OPKs,
PNVs, Co Q 10, Vit D, CM, 200mg/day progesterone after O. Also, I had my HSG
this cycle which may have given us a little edge.
How was your timing? according to my
chart -1, +1, but the +1 was literally at 4am because I had to get DH to HIO
before he left for work since I was going out of town that day.
What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)? Well ... if you're inviting me to symptom spot
...
I dare say that a lot of my symptoms were due to
being on progesterone (which you can see on my chart), but my first possible
clue was that my gag reflex was way worse than normal. The last couple days
before my first +hpt I'd been very emotional and could cry at the drop of hat,
but, this isn't completely abnormal for later in my TWW. Also, I don't usually
have cramps until AF arrives, and I'd been crampy for a few days before the +. If
you want me to go way overboard with the SS, I could say that I had a few
twinges and a couple instances of what I can only assume is lightening crotch.
The moral of the story is that there really wasn’t anything that made me think
I was actually KU - the night before I tested I had convinced myself that I was
out.
How are you going to/did you tell your partner? he was out of town until yesterday evening, so I kept
it a secret for 2.5 days! I was actually glad he didn't come home Sunday
because I didn't think it was a good idea to tell him when I only had
squinters. But, I had a onesie buried deep in my dresser for a year now.
So
when I got home yesterday evening couldn't possibly wait any longer, so I said
"oh, before I forget, I got you something at Target a while ago that I
keep forgetting to give you" and grabbed the bag out of the pantry. He
gave me a weird look, and then looked in the bag and gave me an even weirder look
- almost annoyed thinking that I was giving him baby stuff in the midst of our
shitty IF situation. I just told him to look at it, and he pulled the onesie
out of the bad and just kinda looked at me like "WTF?".
Then I said "I'm due in early April!" and he got this shocked look on
his face, and his eyes got HUGE and he said "ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!?!?" I
said yes and we hugged - I was still shaking like a leaf at this point. I
warned him that it's still really early, but said that WE DID IT! And he said
"I KNEW WE COULD DO IT!" lol. Then he continued to say stuff like
"hot damn!" and "oh man what did we do???" (in a joking
way). He was so cute, he went and put the onesie on our fridge with
magnets.
Anything else to add? a year ago I wouldn’t have ever imagined that
TTGP would turn out to be my “home” for a year, and that I’d find some of the
most amazing women and support. You guys kept me sane, and kept me firmly
rooted in SCIENCE! I’ve forged strong bonds with many of you, and I’m forever
grateful for the humorous R/Rs, the detailed descriptions of CM, the steamy
After Dark Threads, the flamings that were on point, and the mending of many broken
hearts. I’ll be lurking and rooting for all of you, especially my IF sisters!
O! M! G! @LuND I can't believe it!!!!!!! You are totally KTFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll certainly miss your snark and sense of humor around here but so so so damn happy for you girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
